Always very good customer service.Not bad tire prices for a full set and the set come with free installation and alignment and ECT.Very respectful.It is preferred if you call and make an appointment so you can get in better.My first time I didn't even make an appointment and they was gonna help me then and there cause they had a small spot to get me in but I decided to wait and extra day and it paid of very well, very great people, good work too.Edit: 6 months later and e new Chevy and still amazing service.got me in and out quick and with a tornado warning present even! they got me in and out in a timely manner they do care just be respectful. 03/14/2024

Walked in today to ask if they could put a tire I had bought on a rim for me tire size was 305/35/24 and the guy straight up acted like it was impossible for them to do even said "that's a Cincinnati or Louisville thing" as I stood there amused by his comment I decided to exit the shop with no further questions. Decided to go to cross country tires in Milton ky and guess what they fixed it with 0 issues! Koehler tire was just too lazy to mess with my tire because it was "too big". No sir, you was just too lazy and didn't want to do it! I'm giving 1 star for your service and I'll never be back! Also Koehler tire "specializes" in selling rims and tires but couldn't do a simple job but yet little ole cross country did!!!!

Had a great experience. We came in about a hour before closing wanting a new set of 4 tires for my vehicle. They got the price matched as close as possible to another place I had visited and zoomed to get the job done even taking a couple mins past their quitting time to make sure we were satisfied with the work and the price. I recommend this shop to anyone wanting great service. Jerrat and Deanna were awesome !!!

I stopped by Koehlers Tire today because my tire was a bit low. They got my car in quickly. Checked all tires and brakes. We bought our tires there 7 months ago and they've been great. Koehlers is the place to go!

Koehler s is hands down the best place in Madison for tires and many more. The staff there are very polite,friendly,and helpful. Very professional establishment and they have a lifetime customer in me. If you need tires look no further you won t find a better place.

The entire staff at Koehler Tire Discounter have the customer in mind when guiding in automotive decision making.The front desk staff was so helpful during my visit. If you need a new set of tires, this is the place to go. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff , and good work. I got a set of tires put on Friday and love them. I m from out of state but would consider driving back when I need new tires again.

Just got my oil changed and tires rotated today. Staff is friendly and great service. Waiting area and bathroom clean and comfortable. They provide coffee and spring water, altogether a pleasant experience!

Had em replace all rims and tires on the truck and they did a fantastic job! The techs took their time to make sure everything went smoothly and to ensure they preserved the visual quality of the new products. The sales representative did have a few issues due to the learning curve of dealing with a dually; but his enthusiasm and amount of effort never waivered. And they did everything possible to not only give me the best price, but helped me save some money as well. Great work and a great team

love the home town feeling every time we go. These people treat us like we are their best friends. My boyfriend needed a bunch of work done and they were concerned with his vehicle and knowing that he didn't have the money up front, told us about their 6 month and 1 year free financing. That sure helped out alot. Thank you for all of your help.

I have a telluride and had a nail in one tire. They were fast and efficient in fixing it and beat part was they didn t charge us. They were great! We definitely we go back there for anything related to our tires.

Had a flat tire and all the shops in Vevay were closed for the 4th of July week. Got it aired up enough to get it to Koehler and they patched us and had us on our way! We are so thankful for their fast great service and will be back!

Always been a good team of men and women too that will put air in your tire,plug it, replace it,rotate, balance,etc. They are usually thorough and if you have any problems you can just stop by and tell them what is going on and they'll check it out for you and I say there,bigo and Goodyear are my top 3 in Madison

Great, hard working people. Jody and DeAnne have always greeted me with a smile. Go to place for all my tires, rotations, and alignments. Really miss the courtesy car service but other than that a great experience.

I recently had 4 tires installed, Oil changed, and a transmission flush completed. All work was completed quickly and the pricing was great. I have done business here for years, and will continue to do so!

Koehler tire has a fantastic team. Had some less than desired outcome from service and the local team here worked with us so great to get it resolved. Don't see service like this much anymore. We will be coming back.

$250 for an oil change and for them to swap out the battery. They had lied and said that it was going to be $160 plus the oil change would bring it right to 190 instead they don't like to tell you about their hidden charges until you come up to the counter to get your car.

A few weeks ago, my low tire pressure light came on. Chalking it up to the 'change in weather,' I added more air to the tire and called it a day. Flash forward, I'm in Madison to visit family & checked my app to see the actual tire pressure....very low (18 of 35). I called Koehler Tire and they squeezed me in to assess, and patch the hole. The staff were very kind, mechanics knowledgable and the pricing was wonderful! If I lived in town, I would go there for all my tire needs!

New ownership will be the death of what was a great place. Place is a joke now. Let Jody run the front end again. We are waiting 2 days for tires to be out on. Which normally used to be a 2 hour wait.
