Over the years I've had positive interactions with Advantage Auto. They've really helped my family a lot. I've had a couple of times where things didn't turn out well, but they've always made it right. They're very friendly and affordable. One of the better places in town.

I havnt been there but my buddy took his car there and they installed the clutch wrong so he had to get itfixed again now it's completely broken and they refuse to fix it

Grubby the owner an crew go above an beyond for anyone that brings their vehicle in to them. They help diagnose your issues an give extremely fair prices for parts an labor while also helping you save money. I'm a first time customer here as of today but was blown away by their knowledge & skills & most of all their generosity to their customers by ensuring they are taken care of an able to get back on the road again! I will be bringing my car back here again for any an all future needs as this is the only place that has been able to get my car looked at in 2 weeks of waiting they were able to get me in fast an quickly diagnose my car issues down to the main problem which was internally not externally. They allowed me to watch the whole process an made me feel like family around their staff. They also tried every single option an trying an testing out every part to ensure they had the correct problem! I wasn't charged a whole lot due to the issue my car had that they weren't able to totally fix but I did leave there with my car running a whole lot better an able to have answers after spending lots of money on parts that I didn't have too the last few weeks. As a single mom it means a lot to have honest people like them around especially since I know nothing about cars. They spent hours on trying to get my car fixed an back on the road again for me. Highly recommend them for any an all vehicles needs! Best prices around for parts an labor an even better staff who are honest, dependable, an really knowledgable!

A very nice man at O Reillys recommended them to me and the guy (Donnie, I think) that helped me couldn t have been nicer. He checked my spark plug for me and while he couldn t fit me in to his busy schedule, he put my mind at ease about being able to get home alright. They got me in the same day I called. I chose to wait while vehicle was repaired. The gentleman helping me touched base with me on the wait time while I was there and offered refreshments while my daughter and I waited. They made an additional recommendation to prevent me from having further trouble in the very near future. I would have never known and appreciate that they took the time to look at all elements of my issue to fix it correctly and not have me back in there within the month with further trouble from the same situation. Very friendly and trustworthy. Customer for life here.

This place is the real deal. They are honest and fair and just awesome. Checked my car and charged me only 20 dollars then got me right in and took care of my issue and the price was just as reasonable as yo8 can get it. Hard working and awesome it feels great giving support to a local shop with a heart!

Edit: This happened in 2019. They reached out to me and apologized for the oversite and offered me a refund in 2021. That particular day may not have been their best but the fact that they went out of their way to do this to regain my trust in them is enough for me. Ill be letting my family and friends up there know that they can trust you guys for their auto needs. Thanks again!--------------------------old review---------------------------I went here maybe a year ago and got my exhaust manifold replaced. I notice a small clicking noise but they told me it was normal for my engine. After waiting for 5 hours for them to give me car back I was too tired to care. A few months later it became extremely loud. I moved back to south Carolina and got my dad to look at it. Turns out they left several studs off and didnt put all the bolts on. My exhaust manifold warped due to this.

My car started shutting off (wouldn t idle), so I barely pulled it into a parking lot down the street from Advantage. I was referred to their business by three people so I called Aaron Grubbs (Grubby) and he told me to call him when I was back to my car. He had left but probably conveyed my situation to his employees, so Donnie showed up eager to get my car back on the road. He did a diagnostic test and determined it was an air flow censor problem. He walked over to Advance Auto and bought a can of spray cleaner (with his own money) and sprayed an air censor and fixed the problem, and didn t even charge me...not even for the cleaner! He was so friendly and professional that I felt compelled to write this review. I don t see this type of service very often, so I highly recommend Advantage Auto Solutions to anyone in need of car repairs. Took F150 pickup in for spark plug and spark plug wire replacement, missing out worse than when taken in, left spark plug wires loose, one wire left out of bracket and was hitting fan blade. I would not recommend them. Took back was told needed egr valve replaced. Upon having wires put on plugs properly it stopped missing out. Will never go back.

Wonderful place to take any car for service.My older Mercedes Benz had developed a lumpy and "herky-jerky" idle. Upon researching the causes of this, I was terrified to find dozens of causes, ranging into the hundreds, even thousands of dollars.Having seen their sophisticated diagnostic system, not a little handheld unit, but a laptop-based system that gives you codes you don't get at one of the free auto parts stores, I felt confident I would get a "fair shake" at this place.... I was right!!!It turned out to be a vacuum hose that cracked because it laid on the engine block.... A less than $20 part!Needless to say I have found a new "repair home" for my precious little German girl.Thank you, Advantage Auto Solutions!
