Needed new windshield wiper blades. As soon as I stepped in the door I was warmly greeted by all the staff with Hello May I help you today. Very nice clean well stocked store. After purchasing the wiper blade the gentleman helping me went the extra mile and installed it for me. Very easy, friendly and pleasant experience. I highly recommend them for your needs.

So about Advance Auto parts. I went in and was looking for something in particular and I asked a employee that bluntly ignored me and this Feller that was walking around said I can help you and took me right to what I was looking for and I said buddy you're the best employee this place you got they should be paying you you said I just hang out here to have something to do. Management the guy that just hangs out at your store just for something to do you should probably give him a little Commission because if he wouldn't help me I was about to walk out the door because your employees do not deserve their paychecks if they're going to ignore somebody when they are asked to wear something is at. But other than that the Feller that rang me up was a pretty cool guy I was going to buy something that I did not need for what I bought and he said if you're buying that for this you don't need it because it's already in the Box.

They charged me 13 bucks for a tire plug kit..They got me taken care of but rather slowly due to making me wait for the associate to go to the other register and help his co-worker with a customer instead of getting me out the door.But good place for some things.

I've never had a bad experience here. Use them frequently for different parts and supplies and continue doing so.

They are a good place but I ordered some parts from there because they were the only place that could get what I needed the next day. So I placed my order an the said it would be here by noon the following day, I ask if it was a guarentee, the person said yes by noon. When I go to get them they said they didn't have anything for me. Then found one part in the back without my name or anything on it and the person who brought it didn't bring the 2nd part. It was just a jumbled mess so I finally got the 1st part about 4 that night but not the other. I was pretty disappointed in them bc they have always been pretty reliable an one of the people I was talking to was pretty rude when I was trying to explain to them the situation. I think thats what made it a bad experience mostly is the rudeness.

Friendly staff. Good selection and some great deals, so great they are a STEAL!!!! They match or beat competitors prices. Military discounts for veterans and they donate frequently to help local fundraisers.

Battery check,they said fine, alternator check,they said battery is shot, 5 minutes apart! $160 + for the battery get home it's dying! Poorest service I've ever had! Obviously it wasn't the battery! Only 45 minutes to change the battery!

Overall good service. Although most the time have employees thay are completely clueless!!! You better just do your research before hand an have a part # ready to save yourself the time an hassle especially if thay give you the wrong parts!!! Your welcome!!!

Just went in for a belt for a air compressor. The man retrieved what I asked for an was half the price that O'Reilly's had but not in stock, had to order it 1to3 days. And wouldn't look for another brand that might have worked. I'm glad cuz I went across the street an saved $13+bucks.

Always who I try first for obscure or strange auto parts and accessories...... Bought battery post Spanners there tonight! A massive $3! A loose battery cable will stopYou as quickly as a flat battery.
