I visited Valvoline for an oil change and I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and efficiency displayed by the management and his team. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and the manager made sure to personally oversee the service to ensure everything ran smoothly. The attention to detail and the dedication to customer satisfaction were truly outstanding. I highly recommend Valvoline not only for their top-notch services but also for their exceptional management team that goes above and beyond to make sure every customer has a positive experience. A big thank you to the management at Valvoline for their outstanding service!

This place was fast and the young men who changed my oil and assisted me were 10/10 awesome! But $80 with a coupon for an oil change is outrageous, I drive an older 4 cylinder car. While the boys were fast & super professional I will not be returning, I use to pay $50-60 when jiffy was still there.

They told me a price for an oil change on the phone(35dillars), got there and they did the work. I went to pay and they told me it was 51dollars. Explaining that I called before hand and was told it would be 35 for an oil change. The person replied saying no it was 51 dollars and that was it they didn t change the price to 35.When I got home I called and they told me for an oil change it would be 35 dollars again. I said the. Why when I come in I was charge for 51 dollars. He refuse to answer the question.This is not good customer service at all. They will tell you a price to come in then switch it on you. Good old bait and switch. Scummy business practice to have.

Way more expensive and slower service than it was before valvoline took over. It was roughly $56 and 10 minutes for an oil change and there was only three people working when it was oil exchange now there's usually six people, it costs me $112 and I am there for a minimum of 25 minutes, and while I was there one of the workers didn't replace the drain plug correctly and the oil started spewing out of the truck in the next bay. They didn't have any way to fix it and they had to have it towed awa. I miss oil exchange.

VALVOLINE INSTANT OIL CHANGE of Lowell, IN is conveniently located just North of the center of town on Main St. (or across from the Fire Department). I went in to have an oil change during the week so it wasn t very busy this particular afternoon. The staff is young and courteous probably high school age. They were proficient & informative as well. The price-point is similar to other quick service oil places. The facility seemed to be orderly and clean for this type of place. My wait time was under 30 minutes and I do appreciate a job well performed and time saved. All in all a decent stop to have your car serviced.

Wonderful service! This was my first time receiving service at this location, but Valvoline never disappoints me wherever I go. Such polite, efficient technicians! I especially appreciate the print outs they give so I can keep an eye out on what needs to be done next and when to keep my car running smoothly. Friendly staff. Comprehensive, so it was a good way to look at my new used car. Showed me where my interior cabin filter was. I had gone to a dealer for my first oil change and they missed the nasty cabin filter. Was needing an oil change came on in staff was appropriate. I found out shortly after they did not have the oil filter from my car as it is a unique filter. I did get a $10 off coupon that I found off of my oil change after requesting such found it online was a Receive the $10. The crew chief said if I wanted to go get the filter at one of the auto parts stores that they can complete the oil change might ve seen out the filter. I asked if I could get any more discount off of what we ve already agreed upon believing that I would that he would take care of me based on what he said, coming back only to get a 10% coupon only off after having to go get my own filter purchasing it at the store. I was a little disappointed as a technically became a logistical problem, solver. And what I believe to be possibly another 10% off of the service became nothing. I cannot complain about the service and the guys there did their jobs as a were expected to. But I was led to believe. There is going to be more than my original my time out of my day to part. Again let me state all of the employees did exactly what they were supposed to.

Luckily was able to stop in when there wasn't a line of people, otherwise you obviously need to wait for them to change their oil before yours. Oil change didn't take long. If you haven't been there before. This place/location has you drive your car in and they change oil and do service while you stay in drivers seat.

Was just there. Heard all kinds of banging under my car. They told me the screws were warped under my car. I said that they were the only ones that have changed my oil so how is that possible. Was told " well you choose to come here!" That is really their answer it's my fault because i chose to trust them to change my oil!

Since they sold their prices went up, It's about $50 cheaper to go one of the smith dealers or James in Cedar lake (takes about 40 mins there)
