Today my traverse went out for the second time in six months. I called superior auto via reference from my brother in law. I told them what I have to work with and what I needed. They got me into a car within an hour of being there. Amber and Ashley made it a smooth transition from a big SUV to a smaller SUV and made a bad day a better day. My bank account ain t happy but for safety and reliability I say it s worth it. They can be tough but it just comes with the job. I told them my preference and walked out with something I never would ve imagined I d drive. Best part, I actually love it so far. Smooth drive and a smooth transaction. Thank you, ladies, for helping this stressed out mama and manager. you were a Godsend today.

Everyone deserves recognition at this car dealership! But Amber that girl goes above and beyond for her customer s! She not only cares about you getting into a great car she will make sure that you have a safe running vehicle the entire time you have it! She is not only a good sales but a very genuine human being! Amber does a fabulous job. She was patient and genuinely showed she cared about her buyers. She wanted to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my decision. I never felt rushed or pushed in one direction or the other.

This place is the best!! Amber is awesome!! She goes wayyyyyyy above and beyond to make a customer happy. She helps in so many ways to make sure your experience is great even when her road is a tough one. I just cant say enough about her and the excellent vehicle she got us in!!! Updating my review! Keeping 5 stars, always have given them 5 always will! I paid off my car today! P.s, it is still In immaculate condition! Have not had one issue with it this whole time! Not one mechanical flaw, the car was , is and has maintained great mechanics the whole time, I have to say I'm AMAZED! buy here pay here spots get a bad wrap and I won't lie, I was NERVOUS and almost backed out last minute but I'm glad I decided to go with them! They take pride in their cars and take care of customers like family! That is no bs! I didn't know any of them before my car was purchased here, but I will always refer people to the LOGANSPORT superior auto and to Amber. I'm happy! My car is perfect and I love it , did I mention, it's a GOOD car and mechanically sound?! No hidden bs, it was a great experience! with them a little over 1 year and never a single problem! Even when some silly girl hit me (I was parked and working one day- she really hit my parked car *eye roll* Amber was calm cool and collected, there for me and offered help if needed and guidance through getting the girls ins to pay for it. She never got upset, as at that time it was still theor car, I thought she would have been upset, but nope... even that outside mechanic complimented the condition of my car! If you're on the fence, don't be she will take care of you.

I ve been through thick and thin with this company and no matter what they do what s best for the customer! All staff are super friendly and will answer any questions you have. No matter your situation Superior is the way to go, it s more than a dealership.

A great place to buy used vehicles.This is our fifth vehicle from there. The tundra needed new front tires and Amber made sure that we got them . It also needed tire sensors that were 200$ each she told Cass County tire to fix them all.Very helpful all around.

I bought a vehicle at the Logansport, IN store and my sales rep Amber worked very hard for two weeks trying to find me a vehicle.First day I went in I was approved and had a deal ready for a very nice truck at another store. It was perfect but who ever runs the Seymour IN store would not come off the truck I m assuming because she wouldn t get the credit for the sale. That was very disappointing but Amber made it a mission to find me something and she did. I didn t have to do anything it was the easiest significant purchase I ve ever made. I was very happy with the service I received at the Logansport store. Thank you Amber.So I give 5 stars to Logansport store but zero to Seymour IN store.

They got me the Truck I wanted! Waited awhile for it to arrive from a different town. But over all the Logansport Superior Auto treated me like family. They were very operational and flexible in order to make the sale. They did everything to do what they could for me to get me into the vehicle I wanted! I had a fantastic time waiting. I m not a talker but we defiantly spent the hours talking. I had a blast! Never a dull moment. Kept it up Logansport SA!
