Motel is very "DATED" and could use an overhaul...but it was good enough for our purposes. I saw staff cleaning daily, but there is a smell about the place...not quite sure from what. Beds were comfortable and water was hot. Fresh clean towels cable t.v. rates were affordable. Satisfactory stay. Thanks! Food & drinks: Basic breakfast included in the stay. Waffles and coffee were good

Front desk was Curtis, lobby was from the mid-90 s but clean . Hallways were clean . Room was alittle beat up but clean . Side entrance needs cleaning up forsure ( 1st impression was Crackhouse entrance) Place was affordable so i aint complaining at all. Id stay here again it was good for a motorcycle stop all i needed was a clean bed a shower, don t expect nothing more. Its a good construction worker or biker passing through motel.

Well first the bathtub had a ring around it. The towel racks were very loose from the wall. When we turned heat on it had a ringing sound when shut off. So sleeping was not good. The bed was comfortable. The toilet does not flush correctly, it almost fills up before goes down. It needs some adjusting. Food was good. Staff was friendly. Had to ask for towels, none in room. So to say I would not stay at your Quality Inn again.

Rooms were decent i guess amd bathrooms sucked. Our toilet leaked out the back everytime you flushed and the shower wouldn't drain properly so the water would come back up. Heard another guest complain about bed bugs but i saw none personally. My main issue is that i was charged much more than the agreed upon price for my weekly stay (wich was already ludicrously high for the quality of the room) we literally only stayed here out of spite against another hotel and i ended up hating this one more. The Mexican joint attached to it is good though. Location and actually good wifi is all this place has going for it with that dairy queen next door. Would definitely avoid staying here

the floor is really dirty don't have the proper cleaning products to clean the floors nor bathtub sinks and toilets. they live in the hotel room and is very disrespectful to their employees. i also wouldn't advise working here also they will mess up you hrs and pay check. these people own this hotel but doesn't have rights to be messing with peoples job

Okay, please save yourself the time and book somewhere else. Clearly all of the reviews say the same things and I was just there and nothing had changed, so they obviously don t actually care to change anything based on feedback.As most said, front desk staff was friendly, but the room was pretty nasty. I actually went and bought bleach because I was so grossed out. The sheets and towels were stained, the room smelled musty, there was mold all over the shower, there was a HOLE IN THE WALL behind the toilet with a clump of hair in the drywall crumbs, and many of the surfaces had layers of dirt and grime.For the price of the room, it was unacceptable. Save yourself the stress of staying in a gross room and pay the extra $20 to stay at one of the nicer more reputable hotels in the area.

Dirty deeds....Checked in about 9pm 2/26/2022. Got the suite room with jacuzzi tub 108-106 joint room. Went to run water in jacuzzi tub hot water knob comes right off in 2 pieces obviously left to look as if not broken. So off to the bathroom. But shower is missing shower head. Had a second bathroom start shower water doesn't go down the drain. Toilets don't want to flush. Pretty much a plumbing issue. Go to front desk explain to front desk. First thing the desk clerk mentions is last occupant was a long term that destroyed the room. Basically says sorry he will tell the manager. I was more like wheres compensation for the none functioning appliances, part of services purchased. Just a "sorry" and let the manager know. I will be contacting this morning to speak with manager/owner.

Stayed here on 2 separate nights for work trips. The first room was in obvious need of simple repairs, there was no tissue in the room, the counter tops were dirty and the chair was in need of cleaning. When I check into a room, I shouldn t have to wipe down the areas I wish to use. It was just one night so I didn t make a fuss or say anything. The second stay was again 1 night and that room was a little cleaner but the toilet paper was literally down to the end and the toilet appeared in need of some serious cleaning as well. Next work trip I ll have to ask my company to spend a few extra dollars to try a better hotel. I would not stay here again.

I ll start by saying the front desk staff were very helpful. My room was extremely dirty. The bed and towels were stained. The carpet was very dirty and didn t seem to have been vacuumed. If it was it was done very poorly. There were dead bugs on the AC unit. The hotel overall was extremely dated and unpleasant. Breakfast has to be ordered from a menu, and due to this there is no self serve coffee in the morning. Overall, I wouldn t recommend it to anyone. I d give it half a star if I could.

The hotel was located in the middle of uptown Logansport and had nice gazebos for people to use. The gazebos were located away from hotel entrances so that smoking was allowed, however, some people smoked at the front entry way and that stunk. The hotel lobby was clean and had a nice fish tank. The hallways were old and outdated with a 70s theme that wreaked moth balls. Room 117 was great, as there was much yelling and cussing occurring every time I walked by! The back exit door, at the hallway entrance, was stuck open which made me feel unsafe. The room itself had adequate space but as a single female traveler, I did not like that the room was shared with an adjoining room that had bolted locked door on each side <creepy>. The bathroom had black hairs everywhere, no tissues, a flea in the towel, and black mold along the floorboards. The bed was hard but the pillows were nice. The carpets, albeit outdated, did not feel sticky to the socks/feet as some hotel carpets do. The A/C was nice in the hot humid weather. The breakfast was nice as you got to choose items from a menu to be freshly made, however, I also felt like I had to tip and that the food portions were smaller than had it actually been a buffet as indicated on the website. I was told that the restaurant there was new and so was the ordering from the menu. Both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were delicious.

Room had not been cleaned for over a month per the log.Room and bed sheets smelled old and musty.Bathroom was gross with mold growing on the ceiling and yellow stains on the floor.Worse hotel I have ever stayed at.No pride in ownership.Front desk sign spells out Quali_y (missing the t)Absolutely no quality here.Perhaps after the new hotel is finished, this one can be torn down as it should be.

Good place to stay with kids! We went to France Park for the day, came back ordered food from Mr. Chips & Salsa that was connected to the hotel. Best food and drinks!! After the boys all passed out watching cartoons and slept through the night! Woke up, went down and had breakfast, very good too, and checked out! Super easy, convienant, and nice stay!Hopefully when we come back the pool will be ready!

Unfortunately I booked a room through Amex as a prepaid transaction. Granted it was booked as unrefundable (my fault) but a wedding we were attending has been cancelled due to a family illness. Amex stated they could refund it if the management team at the hotel was willing to cancel and refund the rooms. I contacted the manager and they were unwilling to help so I m out the money. This review is a warning to others that if you prepay in advance and have and unfortunate event comes up the management is more concerned with money than refunding a couple rooms more than 40 days prior to the stay. Again my fault for booking and prepaying in advance but shame on the greedy management for not even attempting to work with a customer.

Front desk guy, is pretty awesome. Place smells like fresh paint. They must have recently done some renovations. Rated the room 3 stars. IMHO if your going to charge north of $70 a night. Room has to be damn near perfect. I've been working on the road for 7 years I have a PH D in hotels lol. Bed is comfy sheets are clean. New paint in walls. The heat/Ac did not work in my . Probably time for new vacuum cleaner or new carpet And lounge chair. Dont get me wrong it's all just a little dusty not terrible by any means. In fact if this place was $44 to $55 a night I might have giving it 5 stars.Ps. Free wifi is strong through out the building.Pss. The heat does work in my room! 4/5!

Checked in an informed desk had a service dog. She found me outside before I even entered room with my service dog an had to transfer me from a king room to a double bed room an stayed I thought you had a Little dog in a small carrier an said service dogs are seeing eye dogs! Then she had the nerve to ask what service dog was for which is illegal. At this time I wasn't upset bc the toilet wouldn't flush. So I switch rooms across the hall an guess what that toilet didn't work as well till I fixed it. Went to take a shower an started running water an the tub doesn't drain with plug pulled from entire tub. Tub was full before i even finished my shower. Fridge hasn't worked in a while an filled with mold. I stay in hotels more then my own home an have stayed at motel 6's for half the price of this way over priced place. Trim along wall was falling off bc they tried to staple it on. Toilet seat won't stay up bc counter behind it. I can keep going with everything wrong with this overpriced hotel that should be condemned. Don't stay here an over pay when super 8 or holiday Inn down the road. Have pictures to prove everything I stayed.

Large room. Carpeted floor was filthy and appeared to not have been vacuumed. Tiled bathroom floor had strings of long dark hair, cleaned with a dirty mop if it was cleaned at all. Toilet valve was faulty and often didn't flush. I asked front desk at check-in to not let any staff in the room for the duration of my stay, I told the maids the same thing, and put a DND sign on the door. In spite of this, maids still entered the room. Hotel owner also owns an in-building restaurant which served a great, free breakfast. The regular waitress is very good.UPDATE 2Oct2020: I raised my rating from 3 stars to 4 because of excellent service I got from the front desk. I accidentally left some things in my room and the folks at the front desk retrieved them and took them to the nearest packing/shipping location for me so I could arrange to ship them home. Thank you.

Musty, older, chipped paint, dead bugs, used washcloths hanging on shower rod, previous tenant's hair on shower wall, TV/cable "had no service", phone didn't work when trying to call front desk. "Free hot breakfast" was canceled because "restaurant workers didn't show up".. when I asked what the alternative/replacement option was, I was given a snack-size bag of expired pretzels and a bottle of water. Vending machines only had a couple of items and those also looked WELL beyond their expiration dates. Ended up checking out a few hours after arrival.

I mean, what can one really expect from a Quality Inn, for the price? But I really wish my toilet had flushed properly. The place was really pretty dingy in comparison to other hotels in the area. At least it felt like the bed linens were clean.The attached restaurant was good and had great drink specials. They let you take them back to the room, too. So that was definitely an upside - cheap margaritas improve any stay.

The Hotel did not set up the conference room: no extension cords for PC use (until front desk was asked)-very few outlets; no water at the tables; projector screen did not work properly; wifi access was not posted - had to go to front desk to get it; no complementary hotel pens on the tables; it seemed that this was the hotel's first conference.

The front desk clerk was very nice. Both of my rooms were absolutely disgusting though. Stains all over the bedding and someone s hair was on 6 different beds that my family and I stayed it. There s no elevator and it was extremely hot in the hallways. The only reason I m even giving it 2 stars is because of the front desk clerk s kindness and it s obviously not his fault the rooms were filthy.

Room had nauseating smell of smoke. Front desk could not change room. Room should have not been available from the get go as the intense smell of smoke was obvious. Bathroom floors were sticky and toilet barely worked. Bathroom falling apart in general. Flys in room. Things look yellow from smoke. Breakfast was offered but biscuits and sausages were cold and did not taste good. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Doors slam so when anyone enters or exits nearby rooms it's loud enough to wake you up. Stay far away.
