I went in today for an oil pan gasket and Robert helped me I m not sure of his last name but he had red hair and glasses and was very cool. Best customer service I ve had in a VERY LONG time!!! We need more people like Robert I hope this gets to Roberts higher ups and they recognize him for who he really is. Thank you so much Robert and may god bless you man take it easy

Excellent place to get a new wiper blade, when mine flopped to pieces. Helpful, quick and reasonably priced! Great service!

They always have what I need in stock, and if for some reason they don't it's an easy process to get my order placed. The workers are incredibly helpful and fairly knowledgeable troubleshooting vehicles and in the end could even save you from buying unnecessary parts. I'd shop there again for sure.

Needed shrink tubing so I found some marked $5.69 and went to the counter. Was rung up at 18 something. I explained to him it was under a price of 5 something and he rudely told me the computer doesn't lie. I went back to the aisle and it showed shrink tubing for that price. He again rudely told me that someone put it in the wrong spot. I asked for a refund and when the receipt printed it wadded it up and put it in the trash. When I asked for it he put it on the counter all wadded up. Most likely will be the last time I patronize this store.

Wonderful staff, was quick to fine and get what I needed right away. As well as helped me get my battery changed out to the new one. I appreciate all and any help I can get! Please keep up the wonderful work!

The manager didn t say anything to me when I walked in and they dismissed my problems without asking me if I was okay or needed help.I did need help and I asked them if they serviced cars and they said no and didn t think to point me out to a car service place. Now they re helping some man switch out his battery but didn t think to ask me anything about checking my car.Unsatisfied with how they aren t very attentive I decided to leave but I can t move my car because it s smoking.The people here suck at customers service and I ve been in the field for 6 years so I should know right?

Needed a signal diagnosed and new windshield wipers. Jordan helped me and did an excellent job of installing the wipers and checking the diagnostic code. He was friendly and professional.

Stopped in on May 11,2020 ! My wife and I both entered store with PPE on ....once inside , we were told ,only one person per vehicle were allowed in store because of the virus outbreak ! We were shocked that none of the employees we encountered had neither masks nor gloves !! Nice

close to my house, has the most unknowledgeable staff in town. you better know exactly what you need before you go there and check your parts because they will probably be wrong.
