Our recent truck buying experience at Mike Anderson Chevrolet GMC of Logansport, IN was awesome! Our salesperson, Amanda Wells, was outstanding! She kept us informed during every step of the process. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about our GMC truck. We highly recommend Amanda Wells and the Mike Anderson dealership to anyone interested in buying a vehicle.

Bought a vehicle from there and I've never had so many problems with one as I have this one. Its been in the shop more times than I can count in the past year and costing me a lot of money. Of coarse gm would finance it.

We broke down in our dually 6 miles from this dealership and the service department was great. Since we were out of state they got the part overnighted andgot us back on the road within 24 hours. That has to be some kind of record! Thank you to the service Manager for getting this done so we could get home.

Most people don't like to go trade or buy cars because of the back and forth interaction between the dealer and buyer. I knew the car I wanted and when I called, Amanda Wells answered. She was very knowledgable about the 2019 Mustang GT that I and my wife wanted. She made the sale go seamlessly and we were thrilled as we drove away from this dealership in Logansport. I've never dealt with a female salesperson in my 54 years of driving, but I would recommend anyone to talk to Amanda. Thanks again. Mark & Starla.

I recently applied for a job in the bodyshop. Kurtis, the bodyshop Manger had reached out to me to come in and talk. I went there and talked to kurtis, he ended up giving me the job. He took my info and did a background check, everything came back fine. During the interview he said well give you a shot....meaning yes you got the job. I live an hr away and was willing to drive the commute daily to provide for my family. I have reliable transportation. Kurtis asked what kind of pay I wanted, he said he would run my request pass his boss n see what he says, that we can work something out. 2 days later I get a call from his boss saying that I cannot have the job, he wants someone local and he didn't wanna pay what I asked....nor did he counter offer. He also said I did not have enough experience. My resume shows at least 3 yrs experience for the applied job let alone I've been using the same product lines they use for a year now at current job. So whats my problem? My problem is if I'm willing to commute to my job, sacrifice time away from my family to turn a paycheck, have ample experience, how is it fair that someone's gonna tell me he wants someone local??? My problem is I even told my current employer I was leaving and had took another job. And u get a call saying it's just not gonne work. You didn't even give it a chance to try. What loss is it to this employer that I'm not local?? If I'm at work everyday, and do the jobs correctly, whats it matter. This management needs a overhaul on how they treat potential workers. I'm embarrassed that I even went for the interview at this point. What a shame. While the management sits at there desk, ill look for another job, possibly loose my house and car because I was led on with false hopes of being employed. I wouldn't send your car here for body repairs with careless management. Poor dealership.

Amanda Wells was fantastic at answering all the questions I could think of, showed me a lot about setting the car up for me. She didn't just try to get me to buy a vehicle, she listened to what I wanted. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars, I would. Everyone that was involved in my car buying experience from the guy that took my paperwork to the guy that did my loan application was fantastic and very friendly. They all deserve a raise, lol.Thank you Amanda for your help

As an older woman entering a dealership to purchase a new car alone, I couldn't have been treated with more respect and attention than I received from Mark Moore in Sales. Absolutely no pressure. I already knew which car I was interested in and he made the deal work! I left with a lower monthly payment than I anticipated. Jeff Burk in the Finance department was wonderful as well. Thank you gentlemen for making this process a truly enjoyable one.

Took my truck in to get paint defects corrected since truck is still under warranty. Dealt with Kurt, body tech there, and not certain if he has poor customer service or is just plain lazy.Met with him for about 30 minutes. He took photos of my truck, got the VIN and talked to his manager Dean and set my appointment with him to bring in my truck.Appointments day arrives and when I show up, Kurt does not recall ever talking to me or even taking photos of the truck. You can t make this up.I recommend getting proof that you have an appointment or are getting service set up there because they will go out of their way or just play dumb to not help a customer out.

Great dealership to work with! Good communication via both texting and email when we had questions on the status of our purchase. Paperwork process was quick and they got us in and out of the dealership very quick when we picked up our car. Amanda and the team did a GREAT job! Thanks for such a good experience!

Most recently I had my oil changed and tire pressure checked. They got me in and out in about an hour. The young man who worked on the car came and showed me the cabin air filter. We replaced it!All the staff I dealt with were very nice and helpful. Can recommend.

Born in Lafayette, raised in Logansport, live in Elkhart and I drive 80 miles for service at Mike Anderson. The service and attention to detail while making sure my vehicle is in tip top condition & safe is second to none. Every staff member is kind, knowledgeable, and in every way they truly go the extra mile.

Couldn't be more pleased with their service department. Work was completed in a timely manner, and the total price was within $3 of the estimate. No upsale or pressure to do additional work. And $100 cheaper than my hometown dealer wanted for the same services. Highly recommend this service department to anyone that wants genuine GM parts and trained technicians for their GM vehicle.

I just bought my first ever car with Mike Anderson. Kurt was extremely helpful in pointing out a car I wanted. I eventually had a long wait, and they offered to take me out to dinner since it would take so long! They got me approved on my own and in my price range. I'm so happy with my experience here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Just bought a new truck here. The buying experience was amazingly pleasant! Lee was extremely knowledgeable about the truck features and helped us make the best decision for us. Not a lot of pressure, even stayed late to help us finish the deal and we never felt rushed or pressured!

I was impressed by this dealership. We were in contact with Amanda at Mike Anderson Chevrolet/Buick. When I called the dealership Amanda answered the phone and was able to answer all my questions regarding the 2017 Buick Enclave I called about. I requested photos of this vehicle and just guessing, she sent me about 10 photos of this vehicle. She kept on top of my requests and emailed all of the documents about this vehicle that I was wanting. She even furnished me additional information that I didn't even ask for. After receiving this info, I called her and made arrangements to go to the dealership that same day. The 42 mile trip was well worth it. The vehicle was just acquired by the dealership and had not been cleaned up yet There was no sales pressure and was impressed how easy the sales process went. If you are looking for a vehicle and are close to Logansport, Indiana check out Mike Anderson Chevrolet/Buick and ask for Amanda Wells.

Was told on the phone that programming a Suburban's driver's door window module (purchased new) would cost around $50. At the shop, they claimed a wire was broken and needed repaired (in addition the programming) and then charged $112.84. Prior to the shop visit, I had taken pictures and the wiring appeared complete and unharmed prior to the shop visit. Review earned two stars only because they did do the work which resulted in the window functioning.

I purchased a vehicle at this location a few weeks ago. I must say everyone was extremely helpful when it came to closing the deal. Before we closed the deal I noticed the check engine was on they agreed to take care of it after I purchased the vehicle. Im grateful the dealership stepped up after I asked and made it right by fixing the vehicle but the process was a nightmare. I waited 9 days for my vehicle I had already paid for and when I called to follow up the service department told my salesperson to tell me I should just be happy they are fixing it. It s almost as if I was bothering them because I was trying to get my recent purchased vehicle that was not in conditions to even sell yet in my possession ! For 9 days I didn t have a vehicle. I was actually promised three different days it would be ready ! The last time I was just brushed off and told basically to stop checking in because we had called too many times and they were getting annoyed . On the 9th day I received a call stating my vehicle was finally ready as I m headed to meet the driver halfway because I live in Indianapolis the service departments coincidentally loses my keys! I had to wait over an hour at the halfway mark because of the irresponsible service department! I also emailed the dealership about spare keys because I only received one set and I have not received a single reply. Honestly if I knew how frustrating the experience would be and how close I was to buying a lemon I would not have bought a vehicle from this location. It s very disappointing because the sales people seem very kind and attentive but after you close the contract you don t receive any customer service or they just don t have control over the service department. Whatever the reason is my experience was extremely frustrating.

I have now bought 2 vehicles from here with the help of Lee. He is extremely friendly, down to earth, and was able to answer any questions I threw at him. He even brought the vehicle to me so that I could test drive it. It never felt like I was pressured and he took his time explaining every bit of info from features to financing. I would highly highly recommend this dealership because of Lee.

I don't own a Chevy, but I must say the gentleman in Service Dept was on top of things. His name is Dean, real good guy. I took our company car in for a major Service and he was outstanding at keeping me informed of the progress with the lease company. I have been taking our car there for 6 years. They are on time, reliable and trustworthy to their word. No surprises with them. I would actually consider buying a Chevrolet again.

I came in to get my brakes repaired. I had high hopes since the reviews were mostly praise for the professional service. Chris was very professional and when I went to pay I had a coupon. Chris again very professionally told me that the coupon stated I needed to present that before they put on the best brake pads. (It didn't) and since I didn't ask before they put on the best pads they were NOT going to take them off and put on other pads. I asked then that he show me where to find these details so that in the future I would know where to find the best information possible. (Since it wasn't posted anywhere in the service office or cashiers). He calmly and professionally explained that it must be in the coupon book that I didn't have on me at the time. (I have the book now it doesn't state it there either). So I paid full price no worries my mistake. After getting into my car and starting it up I noticed the airbag light came on so I asked Chris about it. He professionally told me that they didn't work on the airbags. Well thanks for that but the light is on and it wasn't when I dropped it off so can you check it out? Chris professionally sighed and said he will get the code machine and take a look. But first he "helped"another customer who didn't receive his latest email stating he didn't have a technician on hand to help with the problem he drove from Muncie to have addressed. After the new customer was sent away I was able to see Chris use the machine identify the code being caused by the front end sensor(obviously no where near the front end brakes). Just to be professionally sure though Chris asked if it was ok to take the car back into the shop to take a look. After putting the car on the lift to check that they had in fact NOT worked on the airbags and other such mechanical wizardry it was deduced that the sensor is faulting............The cause of which happens to be a coincidence through no fault of theirs just happened during 24 hours in the shop. For 243 dollars Chris said they could fix that random happenstance issue. I just paid over 700 dollars so I was a little light on cash at the moment. After stating my concerns about the timing of the problem Chris said it could have happened from shutting the hood too hard. (I hadn't touched the hood so who shut it too hard?).I understand this is a business and a business needs to make a profit. Could a better model be then to provide more than the minimum service when paying the maximum price? Maybe just maybe people will come back for another service if they aren't gouged the first time. Another wild idea would be that when a vehicle comes in for service it doesn't come out with another problem?

Kind courteous professional staff. Im impressed by that, in a time when seems those qualities are rare. Much appreciated. I bought a used truck, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking.

Got a used truck from here and let me tell you I drove off the lot with it only to learn break systems were junk bad calipers and faulty drums. Noth but issues with the stabilitrak and traction control and 2 tires that were junk. Almost like no one ever thought to look at things like such before selling a vehicle. Will NEVER recomend anyone here or to Jake Willy
