Read update at end.Complete waste of time, Discussed and drew up plans with Jim for a custom aluminum enclosed trailer, Started in Dec of 2017, Had plans finalized in Feb 2018 on a last few minor details. Unit was being built on one 70 frames he had on order at 2017 pricing. Put me off all summer saying the trailer in near completion and here it is mid Sept and still no trailer and has not returned called left on voice mail in. I would not recommend ordering anything from this joker.Update I did finally get a call from Jim who had become sick and hired someone else to look after things. Apparently my trailer was forgotten at the factory and I did finally get it in late November. Jim is a nice guy to work with, hopefully most of his transactions have gone better then mine. I was just about to order another trailer for the next summer season as we had totally missed the 2018 season. He did hold the 2017 pricing as we had talked price back in Dec17. The trailer was a 2019 model when it come. Other manufacturers were wanting 4k more by this fall because if the aluminum tariffs so I pretty much had to take this one.
