Very pleasant buying experience. Jim the representative was very friendly, courteous and professional. No high pressure sales tactics or negotiation. Automobile could have been presented much better by a thorough cleaning and detailing inside and out. Would recommend Logansport Autofarm if your in the market for used vehicle.

I can not speak enough about what a good experience I had! Tim and Heather are amazing and wielded very hard for me to give me the best deals and financing! They went above and beyond and I felt so comfortable with them like I have always know them! They are the best! I took some business cards to hand out to family and friends. I got way better treatment than at bigger dealerships! I was not just a number to Tim and Heather but a real person who needed a vehicle with difficult circumstances! I would recommend them to anyone and plan on staying in touch with them!

Called about a vehicle that was listed on the Form web page. They marked it up past MSRP by an extra $5000!!!! I thought it was a typo, so when I asked, I was informed that the car is in higher demand, so they are marking it up. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Excuse my mugshot photo... I had an extremely upsetting night....I walked in with nothing... literally! My car engine had just blew on my equinox the night before... I still owed $10k on it - and only had it for 6 months (do NOT, as hard as it may be - rough it out at a Buy Here Pay Here... I wish I had found Auto Farm sooner!)My friends, who clearly had more confidence than me, and who had made out graciously at this dealer before, dropped me off before they went to work. Yeah - they left me. NO car. NO prearranged ride. Greaaat right?The only thing I had was my personal info memorized, a temporary paper licenses I had gotten that afternoon, no cash or card in hand for a down payment, and a tissue ready for tears if I had been denied.I walked in and told Olivia and Dwayne what had happened the night before with my engine. Instantly they looked about as devastated as I felt. I told them that the car that blew was the only option I had before. I had no one able to help me yet, besides the ride that just left.They took that head challenge head on and made promises right off the back that I honestly thought were routine to be made, just to keep me from losing the tears I was holding back.What I never experienced was the true care that came with the time I spent at the lot with these folks. They speak to you not only on a professional sales level - but also on a personal level. One on one. Like you just seen them at your BBQ last weekend talking about life.They had a car available for me in a heart beat.. A 2016 Ford Focus w/ 5k miles?! I laughed. Like really?... I owe 10k, and your putting me in a 2016? Right.... I started to eat a rice krispies treat and nearly choked crying when all 3 men were standing there flat out serious.Thats how good these folks were at working their magic!Needless to say I didnt want to be picky and opted to look for a little bit larger because I have a growing boy and a rough credit road ahead of me...But they landed me a SWEET 2014 Ford Fusion! w/ 25k on it! AND worked out a time frame to turn in my down payment!I still cant believe it. I feel as if its still just a rental bc the "mine" factor hasnt set in just yet... I never thought I could own something so new or so nice! THANK YOU SO MUCH CREW, Olivia, Rob, Dwayne, Kris (detailer), and Jim (owner)! You saved me in so many ways! I only wish I could show you that in more than just a car sale!

The car we got need to be fixed, now Heather will only wants to pay for the sensor and not all the other things that goes with it. I will never buy there again.

I have never had an easier or smoother car buying experience. None of the typical pushy, talking over you, salesmen stuff at this place either. I have great respect for Jason and the staff at Autofarm Ford. Even after the purchase, I can text one of them and get a response within minutes. Great group. I will be a lifetime customer.

They all were very helpful in getting us a SUV Tim even came in on his day off to make sure we got the best vehicle.Heather did the financing part she got us a good deal we were driving off in our new/used Kia in about an hour They are good people they even filled the gas tank up. We would definitely recommend Autofarm

After 11 years it became time to look for a replacement. My bank sent an email with a car search app. I opened it and began to look for something other then what I got from Autofarm... My wife got involved and pointed out a few good reasons why we needed something like what we were replacing. It was then in our search we came across exactly what we wanted at Autofarm. I put in a request and locked in my offer on a perfect match to our needs. After a day with no contact back on my offer I made a call and discussed my interest in this vehicle. John, after emailing me the carfax, then directed me to the nicest car dealer person I have met. Heather was is fantastic. You see this vehicle was in her lot only one day when I came across it. I requested some pictures of it and she sent me them within an hour. Then I asked for some interior pix and asked a few more questions. The next day the pix were in my inbox. I arranged to drive down 5hrs away and take delivery of this vehicle. When we arrived it was setting out front in its glory all shiny and new. We took it for a test ride and it was exactly what I was expecting just like brand new only 28k miles... We went back and completed the paperwork and I was off, back to deliver it to my wife. This had to be the best seamless no tricks vehicle purchase I made in 10 years. I would highly recommend Autofarm to anyone that wants a nofrill purchase. Heck, Heather even had a treasure chest on her desk that I got to pick out a treasure to go with my new vehicle. Totally unexpected but highly appreciated gesture. Kudos to Autofarm...

Matt the GM was the only one there when we showed up the day after Christmas and he was fantastic. Helped us any way he could and was very open and honest. We decided not to go with the vehicle we checked out that day, and wanted to look at another the next. This vehicle was an hour or more away at another Autofarm. Matt had it there before noon, ready for us to see after work. We ended up going with said vehicle and the process was very simile, open, and honest. Highly recommend this location for your car buying needs.

Found just what I was looking for. Called ahead to see if they had anything close. Was told "I have just what you're looking for right outside my window. "Sounds like a car salesman." Sold us a car with problems from day one,they promise to pay for repairs which they did not.heather lie to us.stay clear of auto farm they sell junk total rip off.
