Tried dealing with these people for 3 days. I was lied to by the finance manager when he told me he was the sales manager. Talked with Tony and had a deal. I signed the purchased order and emailed back to them. I already had the transport company set to pick the care up. They never sent the wiring instructions so when I called to get wiring instructions they informed me that they took another deal and the car was sold. I would never ever do business with this company again.., Buyer beware.

Tony helped me out to ensure I could afford a vehicle for my daughter and myself. He was so kind and I felt like he genuinely cared that the two of us had a reliable car, as I'm a single mom to a toddler. He helped me out and I'll definitely do business with them again in the future!

We were visiting the area for a few days and we started hearing a noise in the front end as we were coming into town. A local friend recommended that we call Bob Walters to see if they could fit us in to take a look. Even though they were booked solid for two weeks, Jeff in the service department was very helpful and told us we could leave the car there and he would fit it in if they had a cancellation. Turned out they were able to look at it that same day. Thanks Jeff and Bob Walters!

The staff at Bob Walters have went above and beyond for us to help us buy our new vehicle, and have even went so far as to arrange pickup and delivery of a courtesy vehicle while a minor issue on ours is repaired! Not to mention, they stayed open late for us so we could make the 40 minute drive to test drive the van we were interested in in the very beginning! Their prices are fair, and their staff is so friendly. We are so grateful to them, and have been telling everyone we know what a wonderful experience we had (and continue to have) at Bob Walters Linton Motors!

I recently purchased an 07 H3 from here and let me tell you this place is AMAZING! We had drove 2 hours from our home to go look/test drive the H3. Tony was upfront, honest, laid back and an all around great guy! Bruce made the whole car buying experience so easy and worry free from the finance side! Both men made this the best car buying experience I have ever had! I highly recommend Bob Walters Linton Motors! 5 stars all the way around! Thanks you all!! I now have the vehicle I have always wanted!

I rate them 5 stars with full confidence. I found the listing of the truck I bought from them on a website. I called and Bruce gave me every piece of info I asked for and never made me second guess anything even being 8 hours away. I flew from Arkansas to Indiana and their driver picked me up at the airport. Bruce had the truck with the paperwork and deal waiting on me to pull out when I got there and after looking it over knowing I had a good drive home. Fast, easy, and very considerate with everything I asked of them. I fully recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

These guys are top notch. Customer service was on top of a problem that had existed with a vehicle purchased. Handled with care, promptness, reliability, and kindness. Sales department was honest and communicated well. You know what you are getting when dealing with this company. I met the owner and you see why they are an excellent dealership to work with. Find your car with them they will take care of you.

BWLM had the exact car I was looking for, despite being some states away as I was shopping from Charlotte, NC. After contacting the dealership they spent every effort to answer my questions, always a timely response via email, and incredibly friendly + professional staff.Update to my review :I asked about it, and the car was advertised as having it, about Air Conditioning. It unfortunately did not work when I picked it up, and since I drove 9 hours to get it & had to be back in time for work, I didn't have the flexibility to stay and let them take a further look.Kept in touch with the dealership who told me to keep in touch. The first place I took it to discovered that the compressor hose had a leak in it, and since it's a slightly older car I had to order it from Sweden, it was installed and repaired. No big deal, that's ~$250 and time. But the A/C still did not work due to an electrical connection between the A/C Compressor back to the actual in-cabin button - so, onto an Import car specialist. In sum, this has taken over a month to repair and has run me just south of $1,000 to repair. Unfortunate situation with the dealership being so far away and losing correspondence.BWLM was a pleasure to work for - but - if you're buying from out of state I wouldn't make the same mistake I did. Make sure that every as-advertised feature of the car is operating as intended before closing the deal.

Customer service was excellent. Everyone was great to work with and made my experience shopping for a new vehicle easy and less stressful, very friendly service and very helpful! I would refer them to anyone who is looking to buy a car rather it s their first time buying a car or just needing an upgrade they have great options to choose from and wide variety! I rate them 10/10!

After looking on the website and clicking that I have interest in a truck, Bruce texts me and asks if I have questions about the truck. I also told him I live over 4 hours away from the dealer. I like the vehicle but was concerned about miles. Then asked if they could do any better than the 10700 they had it listed at because bluebook on the vehicle was showing 5500 on the high side. He then tells me he hopes I find a vehicle I can "afford" then sends me the NADA price which it even shows CLEAN RETAIL should only be 9,700 and said he was not willing to negotiate at all on his listed price. Then an hour later I got a notification that the price dropped 500 on auto trader!!! What a joke!!! Just a horrible experience overall and I can tell you from working at a dealer in the past I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. THEY ARE DEFINITELY RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.

Writing this review for my grandfather who does not use the internet. :) The staff was very friendly on the phone and in person. Tony went above and beyond his duties and was very patient with my grandfather through the whole process. He even stayed after and made special arrangements to ensure that we did not have to make another trip from Terre Haute to finalize the deal and take delivery of the vehicle. The service and detail staff made sure it was ready to go and cleaned up in record time. I would give more stars but 5 is the highest rating! My grandfather usually hates everyone (he's 85) but Bob Walters is on his good list. Thank you again!

I have went everywhere to get my van fixed,but I took it to Bob Walters and they fixed my van plus checked to make sure everything else was okay...wouldn't take my van to anyone else
