Despite prominently displaying in the front window "Free Battery Testing & Installation", I was told they would not install the new battery "in the dark". Still wanted me to buy the battery though. No thanks, I'll give the business to the place that will carry through on what they advertise. Went over to Walmart and the guy working there got it done quick even though it was REALLY close to thier closing time.

If they don't have the part you need, they will get it. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Stop in and tell Jim, Dwayne or Judy you heard it here.

Worst experience in a store ever. I had my son with me and while waiting in line the shorter older man who later found out was the manager, talked about his wife cheating on him and making a video with the guy. He went in to details with the customer in front of me. We were in shock at what we were hearing from this man. Will never ever go here again.

My husband paid 150.00 for a new alternator it was for his dad. The NEXT DAY his dad was saying he was still dropping voltage so he went into advanced auto parts and had them test it. They said it was bad! A BRAND NEW alternator was bad!! And they said they MIGHT be able to get him a new one. And apparently, after talking to other family members about it, this happens all the time! They are going to go out of business if every one in five parts bought new is bad. I will never go there again.

Has no parts I need, employees don't hardly know anything about vehicles, products are over prices. They do have a good rewards program, but I wouldn't be buying anything from them to get rewarded.

The counter lady was a little brisk with me, but still helpful and informative. The pricing was a bit much for what I went in for, but still good enough.
