Dropped off my car the night before to get looked at the next day and really appreciated that they let me in even though it was right at 5 pm. I had called earlier in the day about it, but am always a little nervous dropping my keys in a drop box. They got back with me in a timely manner and I liked that I could pick my car up after hours because if my work schedule. And their fix is holding up well.

Recently had a set of tires put on my car. Bob took the time to help me pick the tires I want and to help schedule when it was convenient for me. I believe Tire Star in Ligonier is service driven. I will recommend them, and we'll use them again

They dis an exam of my vehicle, found all the issues it had. They were able to make me an appointment within a few days. They lent me a loaner car to drive while they worked on my vehicle even. I didn't have to miss work, or bum a ride. The same day I dropped my vehicle off, they already had my car fixed up and ready for pick up! I'm very happy with the service they gave me. I would recommend them to others for business. I'll definitely be back for other issues, and to get new tires in the future!

On January 2nd I had brought in my 2013 Chevy equinox in for an oil change, alignment, and tire rotation. Thankfully I was able to get in that same day. The front desk lady there was super nice and very friendly. I was in and out within 1 hour an half.I have always brought my vehicle here for everything that needs done and they have fixed it. They always show me pictures and video proof of what's wrong with my vehicle. They give me the estimated cost, which their price arent too bad. Yes, of course, some things can be pricey, but its worth it its fixed and done right, which they do. I've never had a problem with them. Every single time their, always friendly, honest, not pushy, and true to what they say.Highly recommend

They ordered a couple of tires for my lawn mower and they had them when they said and at the price they said .I have boughten tires from them before always have had good service. I will use them if I need some more tires .

I just got a new car and wanted it inspected and the crew went above and beyond to not only get it done but fix everything they could in a timely manner for me to get my vehicle on time. Definitely recommend if not anything the bumper to bumper inspection comes with photos and everything of what is good and bad about your vehicle!!

Its rare to find good customer service but this team has nailed it! They are courteous and explain in depth anything repairs that may be required. They have been able to squeeze in repairs for me same time without an appointment when its been urgent. Highly recommend.

Was in desperate need of a tire change due to a flat, and tire star was able to get it done the next morning! Bob and Brian were so nice and did not try to talk me into more than what I needed (which is nice since I m a broke college student!) Would recommend 100%!

Thank you so much for the quick, efficient & day-saving service!! I live out of state, was stranded in a cemetery with a dead battery. Brian jumped the car and replaced the battery in hardly any time at all and I was on my way. Excellant business & if I lived anywhere near there I wouldn't hesitate to come back!

I had taken my journey to get three studs out and take a tire off just to put the spare on. I had already paid for all of the parts that needed replaced prior to going to the shop. It did get done but I think 530 was a bit over price for this kind of job.

Excellent and friendly service! I came in a few days ago with a tire as flat as a pancake. They worked on it immediately with a smile and patched it up in no time at all. I highly recommend!

Customer service and work done was satisfactory and efficient. They did add a tire protection plan for 20$ without asking, when my tire was replaced. I didn t notice it until reading the receipt thoroughly at home. Otherwise it was a good experience and everything they fixed has ran well.

These guys are wonderful!I pulled into their parking lot 12 minutes before they closed asking if someone could patch my tire, while apologizing for coming while they were closing but it was an emergency. They welcomed me in and told me that it was no problem at all. When they pulled my tire off they realized that there was nothing they could do to fix it.Instead of turning me away and telling me to come back later the team stayed over to replace my tires so they could put me back on the road safely.

Got my van in very fast did the warranty work I needed and also gave me a loaner vehicle to drive while mine was being fixed .This saved me a rental car fee . Great job and will recommend them to friends and family in need of repair . They do more than tires thank you Tire Star for your help when I needed it .

Tire Star did a great job replacing my starter on my truck in a very timely fashion from coming out and diagnosing the problem and towing it to their shop and replacing the starter at a reasonable price. Thanks again guys!!
