Virgil and Yalonda are my go to auto zone employees.I appreciate that they NEVER make me feel like a girl who doesn t know about cars. They speak to me with respect. They re always helpful, listen and get me the parts I request!

Absolutely luv this store AND manager. Some of the employee - not so much so. jus today (got one that we haven't seen here before) w/attitude that he didn't want to help us, willingly did but without a doubt, was NOT enjoying doing so

Sold wrong alternator. Took back, second employee tried to sell me the same wrong part. Made them compare with core before they got the right one. Wasted 3 hours of my day because of them! Took them 20 minutes to figure out how to do an exchange and get my receipt correct.

I give it 1 star and that's just because they are nice people working there! They couldn't answer any questions we asked about starters or the flywheel that we brought in! Not happy at all with this store.

Too many dummies behind the counter. What's worse is they try to make us girls feel retarded and I have to explain what I want using a food analogy. I'll go across the street to Napa, the lady with the Duramax is sharp!

If they don't have the item that you need they can more than likely find it for you and get it in. The sales staff is very helpful and relaxed.

Great store, but if you want to keep customers, you should answer the phone. Even being put on hold is better than being ignored.
