Online order. I Never get anything 2 days after I order it! I live in a small rural area. So Never! lol But to my surprise! This auto parts place was a blessing to find! Half the price on my rims compared to the hundreds of other places I looked. Literally hundreds! (2weeks of searching even as far as driving 2 hours to find out one place looked up the wrong rim,sorry Uhg!)Pablo helped me in minutes.. so fast that I thought for sure I was either going to receive the wrong rim or they realized maybe they didn t charge me the right amount so would ask for more (my luck anyway) but NOPE! All was perfect and smooth! My baby is back to her pretty self thanks to Adams Auto Salvage! I will say a warning side story not Pablo s fault. I got 2 so one to replace the spare up under the pickup (in case God forbid I crack another someday ) and the other for the one that I cracked somehow Well my rims are 20 s the spare you guessed it! A 17. Soooo the 20 I got to replace the spare won t fit up under the truck as replacement. So I m now on a search on how to fix that lol until then I will have a pretty 20 rim in the bed of my pickup. Will Definitely purchase from them again but next time they will be my first and hopefully only search! Thanks Pablo!

Dropped off our car on a Friday to check an electrical issue we were having. They called on Tuesday to tell me it was the battery. I purchased the battery and dropped it off Wednesday morning to be put in. They then told me it was in but they needed to run diagnostics to make sure it was just the battery. Finally Friday my husband went to pick it up. Our tire was flat for some unknown reason. They offered to air it up which took 45 minutes for them to do. On our way home our truck literally did the same thing I took it in for and is now popping two codes with a check engine light that wasn't there when we brought it in. Now they claim the $156 I paid was just to put the battery in and not diagnostics even though my receipt says diagnostics. They did offer for me to bring it back in which would cost more money and me still being without my vehicle for who knows how long. Saying I'm disappointed is an understatement. I can't believe I just spent that much and they give it back still messed up.

Ok place. Friendly people for the most part. Pretty clean. If you don't speak Spanish bring a friend as they do a lot of talking in front of you or about in spanish. They all speak it.Mostly two younger guys work the counter so they are not to sure about everything. One part I tried to buy was missing half of the unit. Then tried to say they come that way. Then looked around then couldn't find the other half. Didn't even want me to the car in the yard. Was like a big deal.Check your parts before you leave. I did notice someone got a a broken part and he checked it first. Was ok over all prices were ok for full service yard.

I like the pick out your part, then go out into the yard with tools and get the part off damaged vehicles. I love junk yards!

The worst, they will send you defective or wrong parts and if you want to return it you will have to pay shipping both ways that s if they accept your returnI called and they agreed that s it s not my fault and you guys sent me a wrong item however I have been told that s I need to pay for shipping twice, asked to talk to the manager and they told me he said do whatever you want, you better check your employees.Carful buying anything from here, not honest at all.

Walked in and got a cold chill didn t feel welcomed wasn t very knowledgeable on their own inventory-pointed out the truck I was looking for and they came up with every excuse they could think of not to sell me the part I was looking for claimed it s a new pull your own part business. The next day you could tell someone was pulling parts off of the truck I needed parts from

I like Adams Salvage because they're extremely helpful when you go to pick up your part, and pay for it they can answer any questions you have. This place is extremely clean for being a salvage yard there's plenty of people there to help. I never stand and wait in line for long and they are educated in what they're doing I love that place and I think the guys are wonderful.

A great place with even greater customer service! First time looking for a vehicle off the lot, was recommended to come to B & M. This is where I purchased my first truck, Sergio ensured me that he'd do what he could to get me in the truck I wanted and he did just that! As for Adams Auto Salvage, I come to them for all my needs and wants for my vehicle and they do an excellent job with working with me my schedule and getting the job done professionally! Big up to mark and his guys and the guys up at the front desk. They all do excellent work, id recommend anyone to come to their lot for any vehicle need.

Bought a used 2.5 4 cylinder engine to go into my 2011 Mercury Mariner. Engine runs fine, although I ve been waiting a week so far for them to pick up the old engine I had taken out so that I can get my $50 core charge back. They ve said they ll get it whenever they get over to Kendalville. In short Don t call us, we ll call you. However, I do like how they match their used parts to your vehicle and that they warranty parts like used engines. Only thing I m not enthusiastic about is it s almost as far for me to go over there as it is for me to go to Fort Wayne, but still better than going to Fort Wayne.

So far NOT impressed, came here yesterday in person to pay for a part (because the online pay didn't work) that was supposed to be ready this morning when they opened and here I am waiting. Update later if this place is a total rip off or not.

Ordered a part and asked for express shipping. Never received tracking info like promised. Oh well, thought part would come in 1 full day anyways. 2 days later I call, and am told the part was never shipped because the person that places my order was fired and they were closing for the weekend. Needless to say I needed the part immediately, and could have had the part today if customer communication was more throughlt approached. Hopefully this was an issue of a bad employee gone. However I'm still out the time and the part.

Found the parts I needed for my 2007 Camry undamaged and in the right color. Diego was very helpful over the phone when I called to inquire about the door, and threw the fender I needed in at a deal. This place is only open M-F but we worked out a Saturday meeting time so I wouldn't have to take a day off of work.

Charlie was great. I had an answer first thing in the AM the Tuesday after memorial weekend. Helped me locate two discontinued parts for my 05 Vibe. I would recommend them. DP.

Was able to get an exact match for color, year, and trim package for a 22 year old vehicle in only 3 days for less than $200. I don't have a ton of experience, but I couldn't even get a door at all at any other place that I called.
