We are reviewing this place for our nephew so no one else has to deal with this company!My nephew bought a strong running engine from this place through EBay and we installed this engine within three weeks due to ordering and replacing parts that were broken on engine when we received it.After install the engine knocked and ran very poor.We documented it and contacted this company.They not only said it was past there warranty date and lied about it,they also said they didn t care and said they would only refund half the money if we wanted it,Ebay backed this company and we are disgusted with the fact that they allow companies to get out of warranty s and lie to their customers.We will be taking it up with consumer affairs and the B.A.R. Till we get refunded the parts,engine and labor that it costed my nephew.Please do not buy anything here unless you want to be stolen from.eBay should be just as liable as this place.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! Recently purchased a motor threw eBay with the description of " STRONG RUNNER". After having a licensed mechanic perform the install within warranty timeframe, a loud audible nocking noise can be heard. After contacting FLORES AUTO they denied me compensation in accordance with warranty even though the paperwork showed the install before the timeframe. DO NOT BUY!!

Service was incredible rear end was exactly what they said and they even let me borrow some tools so I could take it apart and look in the differential. Would recommend to anyone and will be absolutely returning if I ever need a part again.

I called asking for parts and a guy answered the phone with an attitude and he was bothered because I was asking him questions. I know it was the short/fat guy because I know his voice. If you don t like your job, go somewhere else!

I was skepital at best. I looked online at this vehical for a few months. Finally said screw it went n looked at it test drove it. Its an awesome vehical. Minor damsge that ive already fixed for less than $200. Drives n runs great. If your looking for a used car truck suv....look at a salage do your home work. You might get a great car for pennys on the dollar like i did..O i had to put in a headlight!!!Easy peezy...

I tried returning a part that I purchased for $350 (free shipping). They then informed me that I had to pay the return and original shipping fee. Talked to the delivery company and they said where I don't have an account with them, it's estimated over $450 in delivery charges. This company is not transparent and uses deceptive business practices to lure customers into a false sense of security.Comment to owner reponse:I accept I have to pay for a mistake, however, you could directly charge the customer the significantly lower rate of return shipping as an account holder with the transport company and quickly handle it so people wont have to spend more for the return cost than the part they ordered.

Beware selling parts that have not been tested and not standing behind them. Just ordered a part for my truck and it didn t work. I asked for a refund and they told me I was out of the 30 day return by a coupleDays due to not having time to hook it up so they offered me 30 to keep a useless part instead of just taking it back. Not happy with there customer service.

Drove down from Wisconsin to get a truck bed. Owner and staff amazing so was the yard. It nice to see a company run like a well oiled machine. Will do business again. Well worth the drive.

They DO NOT stand by their warranty! They will lie to your face and take your money. Sounds like the government. I bought a transmission and was told that the transmission has a parts only warranty (which is fine), but when I installed it and test drove the car the transmission would pop out of 2nd or not go in 2nd at all. I called Floras to let them know and was told that they dont have another transmission to swap out for me, they will not pay for replacement parts to have it rebuilt, or if I want they to get another unit I would pay for the difference; which of course they could mark up higher to make up for the difference of what they had to pay another yard for. I could also return the transmission for a refund and be back to square one with a non work car. When I told them what it would need to get it back up and running, they told me that I would have to take it to a shop and have them tell Floras what it needs and even then they would not pay for it. Even that I can do and have done the work many times before and certified to do the work they want a shop to tell them that the transmission needs a rebuild kit.Hey, Floras I owned a shop. It doesn't take a build to tell you that the transmission needs a rebuild kit.Update! The transmission screams at 40mph! That means this transmission is trash and should have been sold as a case only or a core. Good job marking the transmission as a workable transmission.

Great prices on cars and the most organized Salvage yard you've ever seen! Brad is one of the nicest guys around. Greg, on the other hand, is the biggest jerk on the phone. If Brad isn't there move on or send him an email. You'll hang up with Greg honked off and moving on. Don't waste your time with him. He answers the phone annoyed, he speaks to people annoyed and should find a new line of work. Other than that, it's a great yard for parts and used cars. They will take good care of you!

Tried to get a radiator today. My husband called and could not get a straight answer on whether or not one could be pulled today. When he ask for a straight answer the answer became "no" very quickly. Then the man on the phone who's not even at the yard where the parts would come from decided to tell my husband he had a nasty attitude. So now we will just buy the part from Amazon or twice as much because you've lost our business. By the way my husband has been in this industry for many many years and has ran some of the biggest salvage yards around here. The owner should have better people answering his phones.

We bought a car from here with light flood damage that has been working great so far, no issues there. However the front desk guy is EXTREMELY rude and should not have a job answering the phone. I called in a couple weeks ago to ask about a rim and he was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Please consider having someone that has some sense of customer service answer your phone.

Saw an ad on ebay about a car they were parting out, called and guy gave me a good price on a trunk that's 4 bolts to take off and said to call ahead so they can have it off and ready, okay cool..So I leave for my 2 hour drive up there and Called and said I'm on my way. I get there and very bluntly they say "it's not ready that's why you call and leave your number" Which is exactly what I did. Went out to eat and another hour and 30 pass I call, still "Its not ready". I ask for a time frame and he again very bluntly says " Its not ready I dont know when it will be" so wasted my whole day driving up just to be turned down on a very easy 20 min tops job.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME HERE!!!!! Got off of work early to make the drive and look at some vehicles that they had. I get there at 4:50 (they close @5) so I still had 10 minutes to look around. As soon as I start looking at the cars, a guy yells at me telling me that they are closed???? I look at my clock and it reads 4:54. I say I still have 5 minutes left. And this man had the audacity to tell me fine, you have 3 minutes to look that s when i decided to head out. If you are a minority, DO NOT GO HERE, they do not treat you fairly. Won t be spending my money here EVER.

I've purchased 2 repairable vehicles from these guys, they've always treated me fair and with respect. They negotiate prices which makes the 3 hour drive from Ohio worth it. Greg and Brad are good guys. If you need parts call Harvey he will give you top notch service. If rebuilding cars is your thing, don't hesitate to get in touch with the guys at Floras Auto they will save you money. This is my new go to place to buy my rebuildable vehicles. Went last friday to get a radiator, and was sold a radiator tht was worst then mines! Onve my mechanic attached the radiator and ran my truck the antifreeze instantly went n2 the transmission! So now a small radiator job jus turned n2 a huge issue

I bought a tailgate for a 2015 Silverado. In the description was a very small mark that was circled for that item. When I received the tailgate it was literally wrapped with one layer of bubble wrap and one layer of plastic. Was not tied down at all was never tied down. Was heavily damaged in shipping due to not being properly prepared for shipping. Was not protected at all just laying on two skids and wrapped in plastic. Buyers beware .especially if you're buying through eBay the person who is in charge of that cannot run that business properly.

I recently purchased a nissan altimaBrad was very helpful , and knowledgeable about the inventory.He even put a new battery in for me!!The car was also cleaned for me.Would definitely purchase a vehicle in the future .Very happy with the whole purchase!!
