Picked up a nail out on the highway on our way to Nashville, losing pressure - sidewall nail so couldn t be fixed. No spare on this car (like many cars now - just a pump)! Called Walmart, they had the right size tire in stock, got us in right away, had us back on the road in under an hour.(Only problem was they put the balancing weight where the trim ring goes, which they offered to fix on the spot, but we needed to get back on the road will get that fixed later, no big deal).

Hands down worst automotive department (Lebanon, IN) at any Walmart that I have been to. They even rarely open on time! Did a very poor job of a simple oil change on my older vehicle. Avoid!

Honestly have debated on posting this review because I am so irate.1. I asked them to replace my 2 back tires and put them on the front, I was told, that on my Toyota Corolla (FWD), that they couldn t put the new tires on the front for fear of fish-tailing that should have been the sign, but in the spirit of the season I was like okay just replace all four .2. They permanently damaged the muffler on my car, which is now making an awful sound. They tore the metal and it is now hanging from the bottom of my car. Now I have to go to ANOTHER place to get it fixed, and I m assuming getting an inspection to see if they did the one job they did properly.3. Honestly would contact the store, but I do not want the ignorant people they have in their auto center remotely near my car.Do yourself a favor and go to a professional, and not the absolute joke that this auto center it!Service: Tires

So grateful for the amazing service I received, the workers here saved my entire Thanksgiving holiday. I was 3 hours in to a 6 hour road trip the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, came in with a busted tire 30 min before closing and they got two new tires on in under 45 min and I was on my way again! I called so many tire places and they all said I'd have to leave my car over the weekend or that it was too close to closing.

Went to get a conventional oil change. I went in and gave my information to the cointer clerk who too mu key then came back a few minutes later and said they didnt have my filter in stock. They told me i could go to an autoparts store (across town) and bring it back and they would deduct it from my bill. Upon my return they then inform me they can only use synthetic oil. Ive never had a problem with anyone else ever putting conventional in this vehicle and it has run fine for 15 years. I was adament about my request but they refused so I left after wasting over an hour and driving across town.

This place staffs only the most incompetent people. They never answer the phone. They are slow as molasses. And don t bother ordering tires for next day delivery and then trying to find out where they are when they don t show up to the store, without physically going into the store and requesting multiple times that they look the order up for you before they finally do. The whole dept needs a major over haul. Don t waste your time.

How about closing at the time online and the door outside automotive states 7pm!!! If you're just too tired to do your job that's fine go home but don't feed me bs about closing time is at 6pm.

This store was rebuilt and yet everything is still so jam packed and the aisles are still small. It should have been bigger not just add a food department and cram more stuff into the regular aisles. the store did not improve and the managers are not very helpful there. there is one manager kristy i think and she is not very friendly.

They wouldn't install a set of brand new tires I bought because they couldn't tell if they was new. Tires still had the not used indictors on them.

They put the tires on just fine but I didn't like is that they told me it would take 2 hours and it took 4
