My dealership experience was good in Richmond IN. They have some underlying policies that are failed to be mentioned. Their corporate office is EXTREMELY RUDE! It s sad for dealerships who try to provide good service and the corporate talks to ppl any kind of way! I referred someone to the store in Lebanon IN and they added my name to their ap and because they didn t mention it in the store I didn t get the referral. The manager said several times she would call me back which was a complete lie. I appreciate the team I m richmond, but they are trash as a company.Just really consider before purchasing. Do your research!

I have never in my life dealt with a more reasonable group of people as Holly and her crew in Lebanon at Superior auto. Holly was a remarkable person with her understanding her compassion towards me and my particular situation and I felt like she was more of a family member than just a sales specialist for a car lot. She won me over when she told me that her job was to get me approved and into a car that I wanted not to figure out different avenues to get me denied. I've never ever had a car salesman in my life treat me the way she treated me and I almost feel like calling her a car salesman is not appropriate though her job is to sell cars she took the time to listen and understand that life just happens for some people sometimes and she did not treat me as just a customer she treated me as a friend or like I said a family member of sorts that she wanted to make sure I was happy and delighted with the experience of dealing with her and did everything in her power to help me feel that way and get approved for a vehicle I absolutely love. My experience at Superior Auto in Lebanon was amongst some of the most positive experiences I've ever had in buying anything anywhere at any time. So I say thank you to Holly thank you to the entire staff and crew there at lebanon's Superior Auto and I say thank you for the chance to write a few wrongs that were going on in my life and purchasing and getting into a new vehicle definitely has made my life easier and I would recommend Superior Auto to anyone that wants to be treated with love respect and dignity from another group of people that actually care that your life might have its ups and downs but there's always positive side and a positive outlook and that's exactly what Holly and Superior Auto did for me in my experience with them. So thank you very much for making me believe that not anything is impossible when you're working with the right people who actually care about writing a few wrongs. Michaela is amazing! We ve bought 4 cars from her and have always gotten a great deal and excellent customer service! If there was ever anything with the vehicles that needed repaired within a reasonable time of purchase, she always took care of it! Go see her today and she will hook you up!

If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. I tried several different car lots and got denied because I just moved or because I started a new job or they were just rude. I called superior and they helped me I went in the same day and got a very nice suv I m telling everyone about them!

Terrific Manager! Very pleased with the service I was given. I went there for a certain car and it ended up above my price range and we sat down pulled up inventory and looked for a car that is perfect for me. I ended up getting a car that checks all the boxes I wanted AND A GREAT WEEKLY PRICE!

Bought a vehicle here, was nice at first then after a couple weeks the alternator goes out, they fixed it but ever since I have had nothing but problems in the 13 months I've have it, it has broke down 5 times. Their solution is to refinance and tack it on the back end, so far I've spent 4000 just in repairs. I won't deal with this company ever again.

If i could give no stars i would. Rachel is great but your manager here is horrid. From the minute we drove the car off the lot nothing but issue's. Had it about 4-5 months and it was in the shop 5 times. Then told it is the transmission but you will only fix then tack it onto what we are paying. A week after we got it we couldn't even take it on the highway! New manager comes off vacation and instead of asking about the whole situation just gives us crap. We got a car from the coldwater MI location and it was great! No problems but this branch i would stay far away from! Im sorry if the manager there Hates dealing with people or his job, that's what it seems like, but be a little nicer on the phone in the future. You will tick off less people.

It's a bad company to work for they treat there employees badly. I feel for all the DM's in the company. They work hard and get little pay. The office people and the I.T. Dept, I dealt with were very helpful and kind. The General manager in Lebanon treats the employees like they are nothing and the higher ups in the company careless about what goes on wish I could give them no stars.

absolute worst place, do not go here unless you are desperate, even then i wouldn't go. will repo your car if you are even 1 day late. then will sue you 3 years later when you paid practically the whole balance off.

My family and I have got cars from superior auto for years and absolutely love them! I just got my first car from them and absolutely love it! The staff is amazing and the cars are great! 10/10

Dont never deal with this company. They sell junk and then repo my wife's car after we just talk to them and they told her to come in friday to pay. My wife aunt died and they repo it at the funeral home during a showing that's about as low as u can get. Spread the new Dont deal with superior auto in Lebanon or crawfordsville or monticello they are complete rip offs.

Michaella and her team was really great they thought they had a nice van for me and my family when isues came up cause it came from another store they were on top of getting us a great looking and running van and they would never put you or your family in something they wouldn't put their family in if your looking for great vehicles and friendly service go to the Lebanon superior auto and work with them they wont stear you wrong

Went in wanting to look at a few used cars. Each car was priced at least 2.5 times over the blue book value. They refused to negotiate the prices, and immediately became less friendly and enthusiastic when we said we wanted to pay cash.
