Scott and his garage family are the most honest and fair shop people I have ever interacted with. They are always honest and upfront and are willing to go out of their way to help people out. Scott score red the internet for a part my vehicleneeded for several hours and even after the business closed. He has also made sure our vehicles are in top top shape before road trips. Love the business and the service.

This is the only place we take our vehicles for repairs. We have taken our vehicles there for both minor and major repairs and we always feel like we are charged a fair price. Wendy has great customer service and lets you know up front, what repairs need to happen as well as the cost and timing based on part availability. We love supporting local business owners who do great work, and Scott and his team do not disappoint.

After my car broke down, I was advised to visit Scott s garage for repairs. Not only were they incredibly accommodating, offering me a ride home, but they also efficiently fixed my car within a few days. Their kindness and reliability are commendable!

Scotts garage has always been so helpful with my BMW! Wendy is always able to get my car in asap and take the time to find the best priced part! And an even bigger plus is it s the cleanest mechanics shop I ve ever been too, I highly recommend!

Wendy, Scott and the rest of their team were amazing. They were open, honest and transparent about everything that went on with my car repair. They also went out of their way to make sure that I understood the issues with my car and suggested options to handle the situation. Best customer service that I have ever received at a mechanic and I will recommend them to everyone I know!

Scott and his family always provide a very positive experience when it comes to a not so positive reality of car ownership. Their prices and the level of competence and knowledge of my cars is always beyond words. Be it my german, japanese or american cars, they always take great care of our vehicles and have NEVER had an issue with their service. When they fix a problem it stays fixed. I strongly recommend them not only for their knowledge but also the extremely competitive pricing for the service they provide.

I don t have the nicest vehicle but it s all I have right now. Scotts garage has always been my go to for regular services and repairs. They take the time to explain what I need or what is wrong and clearly communicate the cost. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else!

Terrible communication, seems like the mechanics and front desk woman don t have conversations with each other prior to calling customers. The receptionists answer to a lot of questions regarding my car were i m not sure Additionally, they wanted to over charge me by hundreds of dollars for a part that I can go to another shop and get the same work done for an exponentially smaller amount. They charge a ridiculous amount for hourly labor and it took them 3 days to do my alignment. Every other shop I have been to, I go and wait and it is done within the hour. They charge a 3% interest rate if you re paying with a card and this information is not shared until you go to pay them.

Took my truck in a couple day in advance to see if they could align it, said they could so I dropped the truck off there, a couple of dayslater they said they can tUpdate called me back after I left this review and started yelling racist slurs

We were on our first day of vacation, about 200 miles from home, with another 100 to go. The front left tire started making a lot of noise. We were referred to Scott's by another local business. They were very busy, but able to squeeze us in. It turned out to be a relatively easy and quick fix, but absolutely needed. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Many thanks.Service: Tires

DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE!! The bad reviews basically sum it up for me. SHOP MINIMUM IS 135$/HR Incase they fail to inform you prior to having work done. Terrible communication skills and VERY RUDE customer service. Be prepared for Wendy to be very impolite.

As a local business owner I felt necessary to respond to a negative review just published from an unhappy customer. Scott s Garage is dedicated to serving our customers with transparent communication with honest, quality work. It is unfortunate and saddens me that the blame of improper care of their pet is blamed on our shop. Possibly dog insurance instead of an after market vehicle warranty might have been, in hindsight, a wiser option. After market vehicle insurance companies are tricky and often don t cover what customers anticipate. Waiting for warranty claims take time and can be misconstrued as neglectful or how did you put it lazy. We are neither lazy or incompetent. Hours of waiting on hold and arguing with warranty companies on be half of customers, are neither billed or seen. We are dedicated to assisting in making sure our customers are not taken advantage of and get the most of a warranty. Blaming us for quality work done at a fair price but unfortunately not covered by your warranty company is not warranted. I hope your fur baby feels better soon. Hopefully the next time you choose to take your vehicle to a repair facility, want repairs made but refuse to pay your bill, they will be understanding enough to allow you to not pay your bill in full. We are always willing to help our customers and work payments out if needed, but unfounded accusations and negative reviews negate that open dialogue and trust.

There's a reason they say don't work with the ones you love.There's an extreme lack of communication between the front desk and the repair men. Anytime I hear the front desk on the phone, the answer is always "I don't know, I'm unsure." You don't go to the doctor and accept I don't know as an answer. We'd been saving up for our dogs cancer tumor removal and the laziness and lack of communication has caused us to delay the removal. All because the front office woman couldn't take five steps out the door to tell the mechanic not to work on a vehicle. Selfish and lazy.I highly recommend you to ensure notes are being taken when discussing your repair/work needed and then ask for confirmation on what you need from the one taking notes.And if you're using warranty coverage, you're better off calling them yourself and making sure all is covered. (So when you get a call hours later telling you "hey it isn't covered oops, but we did the work already, you owe us!" It isn't too surprising.)Big O Tires is more reliable and can make a phone call to tell you the price better than this establishment can. I'd recommend the other shops in town first.

In 2019 I replaced my 1995 Ford f250 braking system, and in the process the axle seals. This is not my daily driver so here in 2023 I went to go get a routine brake pad change for the first time, and another garage tells me my seals are busted. I just got those replaced on my last service! Well I call, and even though they replaced them they won t have integrity to fix it. Then on the phone call(in which I was very polite) Wendy asked me if I wanted to pay them to fix them again obviously not at this point I politely said I m good, and she hung up on me. Would not recommend dealing with this family owned business.

My car broke down in Lebanon on the way from Louisville to Chicago and they took me on no notice and had it fixed by the next day! Highly recommend them to anyone in need of good, quick service. I spoke to Wendy (99% sure that's her name) on the phone a few times and she was incredibly nice and helpful!

Scott saved me so much money. I'm not from the Lebanon area, but I was interested in purchasing a used pick up truck at a lot nearby. Knowing how used car salesmen and lots are, I called ahead of my visit to ask Scott to look over the vehicle during my test drive. Upon inspection, Scott found a ton of issues that would have cost me tons of money to make right. I can't stress enough how thankful I am for Scott. I only wish I lived closer to give him more business. Thank you, Scott!!
