I was there for a simple oil change at the end of the day, without an appointment. They fit me into the schedule without hesitation. That was honorable enough but what impressed me was how they worked beyond what I would have expected with another customer who had just purchased a car and the engine was about to fell.They work with their warranty company to assure it was covered, checked into rental clause within the warranty, calmed and worked with the customer on many options.Overall I was more impressed with the extra effort put fourth to the other customer then I was for fitting me in at the end of the day.

The staff at this location are always super friendly. The er I've as great and the prices are reasonable.They don't pressure you into getting services that you don't really need like so many other places do. I definitely recommend Midas in Lebanon.Tod is amazing and very courteous.

Their customer service is wonderful. Staff is friendly and professional. Prices... Well... I'd have to say you get what you pay for here. Cheap work isn't good and good work isn't cheap. I trust the folks here... That's priceless. Thanks to Midas in Lebanon for helping me get my car back on the road! They offer solutions as far as financing as well. Would definitely recommend them.

Our family was travelling to Nashville from Frankfort this morning and the engine light on our dash panel began flashing. Out of the abundance of caution we pulled into the nearest town (Lebanon, IN) and drove into the closest automotive service place that was open (Midas!). We explained our situation to Thomas who immediately went out of his way to help diagnose our issue. The hospitality and genuine care shown to our family was evident and we are so appreciative for the help on our long journey. As we are always leery of being taken advantage of in situations like these, our fears were relieved with Thomas's keenness to help.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. They go above & beyond. They have some excellent mechanics here. They ve earned my absolute loyalty for as long as I own a vehicle.

This is the first time I have been here for an oil change. I will definitely be returning from now on. The people at the desk were so nice and they did the oil change very quickly. I am very pleased and definitely will spread the word for people to come here.

Had the skid plate break during our road trip and this was the closet place to get the car looked at. They took us in and took off the skid plate in under 20 minutes. Everyone was so nice. Couldn t recommend them more! Definitely will be coming back if we run into problems while in Lebanon.

Excellent service! They went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed correctly and quickly, even with the discovery of another repair. I will always come back when I'm in Lebanon.

My son and I drove down from Minnesota heading to Florida and had to stop for a quick oil change and a couple other small things. I would definitely recommend this place. The kid at the customer service desk was very kind. However, I made a 10 AM appointment and it s taken over an hour and a half to get my oil changed. Why make an appointment if it s not going to get done during the requested time slot?

Great place to get your car serviced. I've had a little bit of everything done here. Brakes, tires and exhaust over the years. Never had a bad experience. The staff here is friendly and helpful.

Prompt service. We were traveling from Chicago back home to NC when our rear tire failed. Very helpful with getting us taken care of and back on the road. Went in for an oil change June 23rd got it done. Drove home no issues. I made an appointment for a tire alignment at 8am. Was rescheduled for 2pm. Not a problem. Came back at 2, and was rescheduled yet again for the following day for 8am. Get there and not a soul is there to confirm anything. I get that they are down a pair of hands. But don't tell me one time and then not even be there to at least help.

Blew a tire traveling on a tight timeline to the airport and coasted into Midas with the rubber barely hanging on. The crew there took great care of us very quickly! While they did not have our odd size tire in stock they did put on our spare and fill it up free of charge. We were in and out to the airport again in less than 15 minutes. Thanks so much to the whole crew at this Midas!

I would like to give a big thank you to Mike, Steven and the Midas staff for taking such wonderful care of me in reference to my vehicle also. These guys are tremendous I brought my car in on Monday they evaluated the situation and had it ready for me actually on Tuesday because I needed extensive work done on my car. These guys really care about quality work, they try to help you with financing if you need it they are very honest they're not out to Rob your wallet, they care about their customers and if they have coupons available at the time of your service they are more than welcome to share with their customers. I have been going to the Lebanon Midas store since they opened and I cannot begin to say what a wonderful group of employees that they have there. They care! You always hear the bad things and people are anxious to criticize but it's always nice when you give people a pat on the back and say thank you hey I appreciate you. I took in my husband's car in to take advantage of the promotion for free catalytic converter and VIN engraving with spray painting. This in and of itself is a huge value because it deters catalytic convertor theft and replacing one can cost a few thousand bucks.They saw and notified me of dry rot occurring in 3 out of 4 tires. Honestly, we wouldn't have even known there was a problem until a tire burst and stranded us on the side of the highway. I didn't know tires usually lasted 3-4 years and they were definitely in that window. So they got us situated with new tires and a warranty. Thanks for keeping my husband and I safe!
