I was in the market of looking for a new vehicle. I looked everywhere just couldn t find what I was look for. I didn t give up on my search I came across Indy auto connection dealership and for a vehicle that got my attention. The nexts day I got a call from a sale person by the name of Taylor. She asked me if I would like to come in and test drive the vehicle I said yes. So I came into the dealership to talk with Taylor.. Taylor gave me top quality experience. No other dealerships would give me what I was looking for but Taylor did. Taylor was attentive and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure the I got my dream vehicle.Thank you Taylor on my purchase

They took very good care of my fiance and I. The people who work here really take the time to get to know you and your needs, and they even end up feeling like friends by the end of day. They were with us every step of the way during the trade in process, and even said they would try their hardest to help us keep around the same monthly payment as our previous car. I definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to work with a truthful dealership! Taylor is definitely the best person I have ever worked with when it come to getting a car!

Shopping for and buying a vehicle can be a very stressful thing. Not here. I inquired about a vehicle from a 3rd party website, and got a response within a half hour. It's here I have to give a special shout out to Taylor. Not only did she confirm the cars availability, but she went outside and took a walk-around video of the car and sent it to me. Taylor then followed up on the phone, setting up a time to come see and drive the car.Once arriving at the dealer, the car was ready for me to take on a ride. By the time me and my family returned, she had the trade evaluated, and was ready to talk business. I felt like I was treated fairly and with respect the whole time. While we were working through the paperwork, the car was being cleaned and detailed. The entire process went smoothly, even with me being from out-of-state. Great job Taylor, to you and your whole crew!

The best auto shopping experience I have ever had. Staff operates with honesty and integrity. My wife and I ended up walking away to save a little more for a down payment and the team here encouraged us to take our time to make the right decision and did not pressure us in anyway. They even went as far as to call us half an hour after we left and provided recommendations on how to find the perfect vehicle for us, even if it meant not buying from them. You can guarantee you ll be treated fair and have a lot of fun with your buying experience with this dealership. The entire team treated us like old friends. 100% would recommend.

Business was clean, lot was organized and the vehicles were clean. Staff are friendly and respectful people. Laid back atmosphere, easy buying process from out of state. The beautiful Ms. Taylor was awesome to work with from day 1 of contact to close.

Amazing experience! Whole process was so easy. From the trade in to purchase it couldn t have went smoother. Atmosphere was great. Purchasing a new vehicle can be so stressful but they made it relaxed and friendly. Skyler felt like one of my friends by the time I left. Thanks so much girl!

Skyler and Alex were the best! The prices here are very good, very competitive and it s was so refreshing to buy a car in a no-pressure atmosphere. They were patient & explained everything thoroughly. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I ve ever had. Thank you everyone!

5 StarsGreat staff. Great selection. Great service. I test drove a car that seemed to need brakes. The staff had no issue adding brake service to my contract. When I picked up my vehicle from the break service, they'd also provided all weather floormats for my front and back seats.

Absolutely the best place to buy a car! The people are amazing they treat you very well, all the vehicles they have are top-of-the-line! The last of this paragraph is a correction after buying the car and it had a blown head gasket when they sold it to me, and they didn't want to help in any way. Shape or form honda fixed the car cause it was under Warranty with them still we'll never go with this dealership again

I want to make a huge shoot out to a super sales girl "Taylor".... She was very informative, helpful and great at detail regarding the vehicle I was interested in. If you want to work with someone that makes you feel very important to them, and a person who will go out of her way to find you the best deal, ask for Taylor!!!!! So sorry it did work for me, If I lived locally it would have been a done deal... :):)

Had the best time car shopping! I made an appointment with Taylor to test drive 3 SUVs. She had them ready to go when we arrived. She explained the features of each vehicle before the test drives. And when I was struggling with my choice, Taylor offered to gave me extra time with one of the SUVs for the afternoon. My partner & I went to lunch & discussed our options. In the meantime a transformer blew & Indy Auto lost power. We came back with our decision & Taylor, Alex and Shane, jumped through hoops to get paperwork processed and the deal finalized with limited power. They went out of their way to help us. Great service. I've even called Taylor with follow up question about my Mitsubishi PHEV vehicle, and she's always friendly & extremely helpful. We'll be shopping for a second vehicle soon and plan to return to see Taylor and the folks at Indy Auto Connection!!!

The Worst Experience EVER!! This place gets no stars from me if it was possible to leave none. Extremely unprofessional and unethical. After negotiating a price on an Escalade yesterday, sending a $1000 deposit, AJ telling me the vehicle was mine, getting a signed purchase agreement and booking my flight from Atlanta to Indy AJ calls me this afternoon to tell me they sold the Escalade this morning to someone that came with cash and they would send my deposit back. I was stunned and thought no way can a good reputable business do something like this. But a couple hours later my deposit was sent back. This is disgusting business. I'm reporting this to BBB, the attorney general and every platform I can for such terrible ethics. They didn't even give me 24 hours to get there. No one should want to do business with a company like this. I'm still stunned. I'm a business owner and once a deal is made its a done deal! Find another dealership to spend your money!!!

Indy Auto Imports was great to deal with. Knowing I drove over two hours they gave me the best price for my trade in. I like that they looked my car over while I was on the Test drive. Big snarky dealers make you play the waiting game. Nice selection of Muscle cars.

Very rude, telling you what you can and can t afford as if they know your financial situation etc when haven t seen anything financial wise, how do you expect someone to find something they like if they don t test drive a few cars just because they don t buy today doesn t mean they aren t going to buy and when they already have an expensive car as is when looking at another expensive car pretty sure if they got the one they have to begin with means they can get another one if the same price, so we won t be back here least the dealership we want to after was caring and agreed you have to test drive more then one to know what you like and don t like. These people are just downright rude.
