I don t usually write a lot of recommendations but these guys and ladies are top notch , VERY friendly and they get the job done and go above and beyond for their customers, Veterans this is an all American company who love their Veterans as it reads on their front door, only having 1 vehicle I had to leave my truck there for repairs because of the length of repair and or waiting on parts so called for a taxi to get a rent a car on one occasion and a taxi on another due to them being short handed on mechanics and the Owner himself insisted on on taking me and picking me up from the rent a car and to and from home. That is the level of care they have for their customer, from the lady behind the desk who really knows her stuff to the owner himself and everyone in between what a great place to get the best care for all your vehicles hands down. I would give this place a higher than 5 star if it gave the option, THANK YOU to Big O Tires and I will definitely be a lifelong customer. Solid repairs, top flight customer service and awsome quality.

I had to be towed from I-65 South heading to Louisville when I got a nail in my tire. John the manager was super helpful and Cody the technician was amazing. Didn t try to sell me a new tire. Was able to plug it and get me back on the road. I would recommend them if you have any or tire repair needs.

I'll have to give them three stars went in for a oil change and when it was done they didn't put in a updated sticker for when my next oil change will be do and didn't inform me that my battery was going bad will have to stick to one of there competitors that keep customers informed

Never trust people like this! I had them work on my brakes, started having noises I ended up taking it to a different shop. Come to find out they installed parts incorrectly leading to more damages! After I presented them with the invoice explaining all damages and repairs they proceeded to try and school me on the subject of brakes and how they work. They said everything they could to try and explain how the shop that fixed their mistakes were wrong in doing what they did in order to fix what was installed incorrectly. Its sad they don't have the decency to stand by their work and make it right but have no problem pointing the finger at they guy who fixed your mistakes. Stay away from this place and save yourself $$$ and the headache.

I got a flat tire about 2 months ago and they fixed me up quickly and was wonderful. Well I got another flat tire and decided to fix that and the other two tires. Not only were they quick replacing 3 tires, they double checked the tire they put on last time and discovered it had a nail in it and fixed that as well. They are super friendly and they go above and beyond for customers. I wish all the staff members sweet dreams and good fortune.

Took my work truck in for an oil change. Probably took 30 min. I enjoyed the golf magazines while I waited. Great price also!

Our family has been loyal Big O customers for many years. Their skill and honesty are A+, and the customer service is incredible. Wouldn't take our cars anywhere else--thanks to John, Allen, and all the true professionals at Big O!

I had a very good experience here at big o tiresMy car is running like a champion and even though it was very very busy they managed to get me out in like an hour, so that was very fulfilling and I went about my business for the rest of the day Cant wait to keep bringing my other cars here

Don t go here can t order right tires even when you take car in a week earlier than wait 2 hours for them to tell you that they ordered the wrong one

Got new tires they hold air and feel fine. But they don t take care of your stuff here, they bent my center caps of my wheels

I had a blowout about an hour before I needed to leave for west Lafayette. I just showed up asking for 2 new front tires. They asked some questions about the car, the wheels, and tire sizes. I waited 30min tops. They wheeled the car around and took the front wheels off, put new tires on, took a wire wheel to the barrel of the wheel so the weights would stick. They put the wheels back on and for $200 I had new tires. I drove straight to west lafayette after and was 15min late. I will be going back for rear tires in a few weeks.

We were in the middle of a long car trip and needed to have tires checked because we were concerned about a possible puncture. The courteous and professional staff looked at our tires thoroughly, evened out the pressure, and sent us on our way refusing to charge us since we only needed air. We left feeling safe and reassured to take our long trip home. If we lived nearby this is where we would take our cars to be serviced regularly. Thank you for keeping us safe and for your time and prompt, professional service! Our detour became a pleasant surprise!

Today I ended up at Big O Tires in Lebanon while on the way to see a friend in Lebanon. I live in Carmel, Indiana. I had been having low driver front tire issues for a week and my car had not been riding right. I stopped at a gas station and was having issues putting air in a tire. I googled a tire place and called Pomp Tires and Pomp said I should go to Big O Tires since it was nearby. I pulled into Big O and a nice young man immediately went inside and explained my issue. Thought I had a nail in my tire. But I had gotten that tire new in December, 2022 from Discount Tires for almost $289 in Westfield, Indiana. Big O Tires found that my new tire I had gotten in December had been put on backwards and they didn t put bead seal around the rim that makes the tire fit right. I gladly paid Big O Tires for the repair and tipped the nice young man. I have other work that needs to be done on my car and will bring it back to Big O Tires. Sometimes you need to leave the big city to have something done right. Thanks to the employees of Big O getting me in quickly and back on the road.

Big O Tires came to the rescue for us and our car this weekend when we had an unexpected stop on our way to Cincinnati. The tires weren't holding air and were nearly new --- and it turned out to be the wheels that were messed up. The only place with replacement wheels was a long drive away --- and our car wasn't operational.The folks at the front desk could not have been more accommodating -- realizing that we were stranded and coming up with a solution. They arranged for a ride to the local hotel so that we could spend the night, and offered that the next day they would drive all the way to the VW dealership, many miles away, to pick up the only 19" wheels in the state! We were back on the road that morning and had a lovely (shortened) visit with our Cinci friends.THANK YOU to all the folks at Big O Tires!

Today was a special day. new truck, new wheels, new tires. Dummy me, i got a call telling me that i had brought them the worng lug nuts. Their solution was sent an employee to brownsburg and picked them up at a 30 there and 30 min back drive out of their way, and called me back saying the truck was done. They just made me pay for the parts. Very grateful for their kind way of treating the situation when this was my fault. I have purchased 3 sets of tires from them on two different vehicles. Always satisfied with. Truly i see them taking care of the working class here in lebanon. ANd they would treat the Tesla driver with the same hometown pride. Thank you

The associates were friendly and helpful.I had a wire in my tire. My tire was repaired with a patch in a timely manner.The price was reasonable.

Excellent customer service. I went to Valvoline at 7:30am and waited for 15 minutes in my car before I went inside. The young kid inside told me he could not open the store because no one else showed up to work. Well, you opened 45 minutes ago. The work ethic these days is scary.Big O Tires saved the day. I needed a simple oil change before heading on vacation they squeezed me in right away without any appointment. They were patient with me as I was already upset and made things right on Valvolines part!! Thanks for showing up to work, having excellent customer service, and doing your part!! We will definitely be back here!!

This place is amazing! My car had a blowout, I was stuck on 47 and I65. I cant tell you the trouble I had locating the rare tire that fits my vehicle. After contacting Big O they were able to get the tire at the absolute best price and when I had trouble changing the tire the owner Allen took it upon his self to leave his business to give me a helping hand WOW! This is not part of the typical services they provide and should not be expected. However, when we shop we look to pay a set price for a particular good or service, our money can't buy the willingness to go above and beyond even the highest expectations. If you are looking for good tires, with great service, at the best prices you WILL NOT find a better place then Big O. Thanks again to Lauren and Allen!

I bring my work vehicle here and they do such a great job that I m going to start bringing my personal vehicles here as well. Service never takes that long, and very reliable. The staff is great. Lauren is pretty awesome and knowledgeable, friendly, perfectly dorky. Though she did made me sign in blood, which I found rather odd.....

The staff are amazing! The helped me so much today! After doing my alignment they realized how bad my front tires were. I'm a single mom to 3 girls and I couldn't afford new ones. They gave me two used tires, mounted and balanced so my van would be safe to drive with my girls in it. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I've been coming here for oil changes for some time. Very courteous staff and no issues. My wife picked up a piece of metal on the road today. Lebanon Big O had it patched up in less than half an hour for 20 bucks. Most chain shops would rather just say they can't fix it and sell you a new tire. I'm impressed!

I have to write about my first and only (to date) with this place. I am from out of state and the low tire pressure warning light came on in my car. Not knowing where to go, I pulled into the first place I saw, which was Big O Tires. BRENT was so NICE, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. He was about to pull a truck into the bay and he stopped to take a few minutes to air up my tires. Who does that anymore? Most places would tell you to go wait. And, it happened to be about 20 degrees and snowing!! So, I was VERY thankful. And, he did this for NO CHARGE. He told me my tire pressure was probably due to the change in the weather. The owner needs to keep BRENT and THANK him for a job well done! This is how to treat customers!

They were so friendly and helpful after I went over a huge pothole on 65 near Lebanon, Indiana and blew a tire. They had me back in the road within about an hour. So glad that they were open until 6 and were able to fit me in.

11-26-21 Update... We have always went to this location for everything. John has always taken care of us and is always kind to my wife. This has been over the past 10 years. Thousands of dollars spent and for the most part we have always been so happy with the service. But, these last few times, I am starting to see "cracks in the foundation'... Today, my wife went in for a tire rotation, oil change, and wanted the air filter inspected. They never told her how the air filter was, so I assume they never looked at it and it is not on the bill. So... I opened the hood to look to make sure everything looked good. The oil dipstick was barley in and hanging out. That is completely unacceptable. I assume no oil came out, but... Now there is oil down below all over the portion of metal/engine part where they changed the filter. They would always clean this off, I have never seen this workmanship before here. I am not sure what is happening, but this kind of stuff never happened. I would never ever think I had to inspect the work, but now I am starting to get really concerned. There are too many other places we could try to see if we can get back to the feeling that things are being done and being done right. I hate to say that because I have sung the praises for so long... But I am just not sure anymore... Extremely disappointed and concerned for safety purposes. RJ

The staff here is amazing. I popped a tire about one block away. It had been such a stressful day and the tow truck was going to take 3 hrs or more to get there. I called and asked if there was anyway they could come to me. They weren't busy and 10 minutes later two really kind Specialists pulled up in about 5 mins had my donut on and we drove to the shop. They pulled me right in and had my tire replaced in under 20 mins!! I even made my dentist appointment that morning. Needless to say I shed a few tears as they were so quick professional and reasonably priced. The guys told me they were happy to get out of the shop for a few mins. Highly recommend them. They may be a chains but they keep that small town feel and kindness which is so important. Thank you guys so much!!!
