Edit: I was contacted by the owner and he transported my Jeep to another facility and removed the wrap at no cost. Although my keyless entry was not working since the wrap, and even after contacting the other store manager my keyless entry was not fixed.Auto Outfitters in Lebanon did an awful job with wrapping my Jeep. It's sad to see that this quality of work is acceptable in a business.They didn't let the paint dry, they left much of the original blue color show, the edges were poor, and it's obvious they didn't disassemble or reassemble any parts of the Jeep. From 20 feet it looks sweet, but when you get up close it's truly a terrible job.Short Story: Auto Outfitters in Lebanan took 2 and a half weeks, lied multiple times, and returned a final product that was really poorly done. Edges were visible, they didn't remove any of the external parts, there were chips in the wrap when I took delivery, and there were obvious spots where the original blue color was visible. After less than a week of driving it (~40 miles a day), the wrap is already starting to peel and flake off.Long Story: I purchased my 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xe from Twin City in Lafayette Indiana. In the car sale, they agreed to lift my Jeep and wrap it. They had never done a wrap before so researched online and found Auto Outfitters as a local place with great reviews (4.3 before my review). I called Auto Outfitters multiple days before and told them I wanted the inner door trims and rear roll cage cross members wrapped as well as the hinges painted black since they can't wrap these.. I was told by their sales associate that they typically don't do this, it will cost extra, but they will do it and that they have enough material. He said it should take 4-5 days. I gave them the Jeep on Monday, Nov. 13th. That week Friday, their sales associate called me and said they ran out of material wrapping the back corner and that they no longer make the color I chose. He told me that they had other jeeps in their shop that all had the back corner wrapped black, different from the main wrap color, and it looked so cool. He pressed me to wrap this in the other color. He told me they could get the color custom ordered from 3M, but it would take a month. I said they would wrap the remaining black for now, then when the color comes in they'll wrap it in the tan color I choose. He said OK and hung up. An hour later he called me and said that "higher-ups at his company spoke with higher-ups at 3M and they're getting the wrap made today". He said it should take a few days for the wrap to come in, and then a few days to wrap the back. He said I would get it back on Nov. 27. Nov. 27 came around, and he called me and said they're rewrapping a few sections to perfect things and waiting for the paint to dry before "reassembling" it. He said they should be able to drop it off at the dealer that evening. The next day he calls me, "Hey, it's taking a while to reassemble everything and we're waiting for the paint to dry, it won't be done until tomorrow". Fine. Wednesday evening the dealer picks it up. Thursday morning the dealer called me and told me that the wrap doesn't look good and I need to come see it.

Auto Outfitters do A1 top notch work. The guys are terrific and Jason was key in getting the job done right. New stereo and tint on 1994 Formula Firebird.

I ordered my cap through Auto Outfitters. The truck cap was delivered on time, the install was professional and on time. The price was the price and didn t change. Highly recommend. This place isn t fancy, but don t let that deter you.

I wanted a remote start put in my new to me Infinity QX60. I called Auto Outfitters here in Lebanon Indiana. Very helpful information. I set up an appointment and had a remote start installed. The Viper brand is working well and even has an app I was able to set up on my phone.I purchased a subscription for a year to be able to start my car from my phone. I can start my car from my key fob as well. Both ways work great. I recommend Auto Outfitters great people and very helpful.I am very, very happy.Thank you Auto Outfitters!

Over a period of 14 years I have had a total of 3 service vans outfitted buy the the guys at Auto Outfitters. I recently received a brand new Ford Transit van to drive. The guys at Auto Outfitters once again installed the shelving, parts storage bins, flooring and, strobe lights. This time the guys even installed cruise control. Jason, Fred and the guys at Auto Outfitters, are very professiona and completely knowledgeable about all of the products that they sale and install. Their workmanship and attention to detail are second to none.

We had the windows to my 2020 dodge ram pick up tented by this company and we are completely satisfied with there work. My truck looked like your standard truck until they added the 5% tent to all the windows and it make the truck look absolutely amazing! Excellent price and great service. We will for sure be using this company from now on for all of our vehicles. Thanks a million for everything auto outfitters

Upgraded the sound system in my son's new Maverick. It was a surprise for my son and Jason and the crew did a fantastic job. They also worked it in a small window of time, after waiting a year to get the vehicle! Jason also let me supply the components after lots of research. They installed Dynamat on the interior doors and rear....worth every penny! I couldn't imagine taking the vehicle completely apart and getting it back together without a single broken or missing part. Thank You Jason!

Had an OEM remote starter installed in my Outlander. Everyone was polite, professional & nice. The job took a bit longer than quoted. But I wasn't in a hurry and Jason kept me updated. I'll go back if I ever need anything else.

Was really excited to see the high ratings for this place and decided to get my windows tinted here. I was Quoted a price not even near what they said when I came in. Then they told me 1-2 hours and I ended up sitting for 5 hours. I finally got up to ask what was going on and Whoever was working on my car didn t know how to finish it so they had to call someone from a different location to finish it. They hadn t even told me they couldn t finish and had to call someone so I couldn t leave, had no access to food or water, and had to cancel some plans and errands I had for the evening. The other employee was very nice and accommodating and came in to finish 4 windows in 20 minutes. I sat in an office for 5 hours for someone to be able to come in and finish the job in 20. When I finally got home more than an hour after they closed I noticed some bubbles in the windows the original employee had done, so the ones he did finish don t even look right. I cant speak to the other services but I definitely wouldn t come to this location for window tints.

I am very pleased with the camper shell that I got through Auto Outfitters. Jason was very helpful throughout the process. ARE are top of the line with their products. From ordering the shell to the install was only about 1 month which I don't think is very bad at all since it's being produced for your specific truck. I will recommend Auto Outfitters to anyone.

After spending $1000 to have them upgrade the front steering components, multiple times taking our Jeep back in to have them fix what they installed, and one visit to our house because we lost complete steering, it still isn t right. And then they say, well the stabilizer bar really doesn t need to be on. So they never fixed it and just put the part in the front seat.

I was truly impressed by my visit to Auto Outfitters. Their showroom is impeccable and the customer service is exceptional. I own a store in downtown Zionsville and work in the customer service industry and have watched the industry and even mom and pop shops progress over the years to become more efficient. Unfortunately, on most customer service/retail business platforms "efficiency" means looking at customers as a whole or worrying to much about what the crowd might like; and not focusing on each customers individual experience. Well these guys are old school. They sit down with you; ask you what you want to do with your vehicle, offer suggestions, and had the answer too every question I could think too ask. They never attempted to up-sell me in any way. They actually went above and beyond the call of duty too find more of a cost efficient solution. All of my aftermarket parts business will be through Auto Outfitters
