I came into the store and the manager was laying on the counter when I asked for his help he stumbled to even get up and once he was close he smelled so bad I thought I just walked into a brothel. When I went to go look for something else there was another male employee that looked to be in the same situation under the influence I thought that this company had more morals for themselves but once I seen that I will not be back in that area due to the lack of employment

You honestly can t say that I have ever been in a unreliable environment in my life the manger should not have been in the store with the way he looked and smelled I felt like I had just walked into a bar the way he was talking and how he approached me was very uncomfortable I had to leave and go to another store the male employees there need a reality check I would appreciate it if y all could put more females in their it would be a safer environment

I deal with Sasha on a daily basis and she works every Avenue to take care of us as a commercial account and I can honestly say she will do the same for walk in customers as well. They have worked their tails off to attempt to bring Advance Auto Parts in Lebanon back to good standings with the community. If you were a customer give them the opportunity to serve you. Keep in mind not everything is perfect but they will do all that they can.

We were dropping a package off for UPS, we had to stand in line for maybe 5 minutes. It was absolutely acceptable, considering he was the only employee there. He was very polite and helpful. He's trying to get people in and out as quickly as he could by himself. His customer service was great!

I was visiting my son and he wanted to check the brake fluid and something else on my 97 Ford Taurus wagon....Man, am I glad that he did!!! Both fluids were empty!!! I left there and went directly to Advanced Auto Parts. The 2 guys there were so helpful and didn't complain at all about putting the oil and brake fluid in for me. Really good guys!!! Thanks so much for all of your help guys!!!!

I have dealt with Sasha, Joey, Marty, and Doug on a personal basis for 5+ months. I can honestly say I wouldn t want to go to anyone else for better pricing and reliable parts and helpful and prompt customer service! Although COVID has reeked its havoc on mant businesses, Advance Auto is still able to deliver

Manager was rude - telling me I needed to call corporate to get a transaction number.I pointed out my receipt on the counter and he changed his tune. He shouldn't have been nasty with me to begin with, no reason too - Advanced Auto has lost me as a customer for life! Plenty of other alternatives. Learn to respect your customers, they pay your salaries!!! Thanks but no thanks!

Called ahead for brakes. Was told a cheaper set was in but when I arrived only the more expensive set was available. Not a biggie for me quality is always good. But servicers should know for sure what they have on the floor.

I only wish I could give a zero rating. I ordered a specialty color of dupli-color paint from these guys back in September. The nice man behind the counter (who no longer works there, of course) told me they would call us when it arrived. We never received a phone call or the paint. After numerous calls to check the status of our order and promises to call us with an update, we still haven't received our paint or a phone call. My husband went in the store about an hour ago to get our money back only to be treated like a criminal. Rob, the general manager, apparently, basically called my husband a liar. He told my husband that he didn't know if we came and got it because he didn't have a receipt (which we were assured they had record of at the original purchase, just in case we forgot to bring ours). All of this was in front of our 7 year old son, who thankfully remembered the guys name and every word he said. Don't bother stopping here, there are plenty of other auto supply stores in the area that will appreciate your business. Silly us for asking the general manager to do his job and go slightly above and beyond to help us figure out what's going on. No one deserves to be treated like that. Maybe he will get my $200.00 worth of paint in his stocking. I will be spending the next hour looking for my receipt that I didn't know I needed.

Not sure if people in there know a serpentine belt from a valve cover there not really knowledgeable about cars there and some of their employees bashed cops
