Absolutely horrible company to deal with! Bought a running complete diesel motor from Jasper in 2017. Came with a one year or 36,000 mile warranty. The mechanic shop had the truck for 9 months due to all the issues that they had with the motor that never was able to drive off their lot. Major issues (and some smaller) with seals around injectors, and Jasper said I could pay to have truck shipped to them, or they woukd compensate my mechanic for $50 an hour which is ridiculous! I ended up having to pay more out of pocket for the difference to the mechanic and I drove to pick up new seals to save on cost. When I finally got it back, I drive to Florida from Ky and my turbo went out. Took it to a certified Jasper installer and Jasper originally refused warrant it since it was now 1 year and 1 month after they dropped the motor off at the mechanic to be installed. That's right, even though I only had my truck on the road for 4 months due to their incompetent build, gone round and round with issues, Jasper said my 1 year was up. Not even 5000 mikes on the truck! After arguing profusely I finally got Jasper to warrant the turbo but they would not let the mechanic install a turbo he could get locally. Jasper shipped him a replacement, and in turn we had to stay in Florida 3 extra days to wait on truck which cost me even more money. I got to the point I bought another truck because I had no confidence in the truck for distance. I've kept the old truck and drive it occasionally but nothing crazy. Sure enough 14000 miles glow plug goes out, Jasper says, sorry time expired...nit covered under warranty!! Never again!

This place is a great place to work.. if you like to work. You definitely work hard for your pay, but the benefits are excellent!
