I went in there with a tire that went bad and they replaced it quickly and had a really decent price. They were very courteous and professional and I love their sense of humor lol... I also was really impressed with how clean and tidy everything was

I called before going to see if they had availability to rotate my tires, and swictch one rim out for another I had picked up. They were slightly busy on the phone when I got there, but were still attentive to their customers in line. They got me in and out in no time. I appreciate their work.

Outstanding. Thanks to all you guys that put up with my VW Beetle taking up you bay for a few days installing my VW lift kit for me . Tire Discounters are my go to guys. Warranties , alignments and re-torque of installed parts . Amazing.

We had a fantastic service experience with the North Bend TireDiscounters store. We had a flat, and ended up getting four new tires. The representative went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating. For the record his name is Tyler Noe.

Dropped my car off yesterday afternoon on my lunch break. I was hoping to get it looked at this morning. Not only did they look at it within the hour of dropping off but had the entire issue fixed within a couple of hours and able to pick it up after finishing my work. Fantastic job!

Everything went smoothly. Price was great and the service was fabulous. The sales rep Jon, even recommended where I could get a good breakfast while I waited. He went above and beyond.

Guys were super helpful and professional. Even down to trying to get a drink out of their Pepsi machine it wouldn't take my card. Gentleman behind the counter must have seen it didn't work He came over with his own money and bought my drink. Good on you sir. Definitely will be getting my business from here on out.

Make an appointment for 11 am.didnt get to my car for nearly an hour. . At 12:30 my car still was not ready..all I needed was an oil change. So why does it take long?? And what is the deal with such slow damn services?

Very very unhappy with tire discounters. Worse service eber. Also the boss or whatever he is always on the phone when i come in there cussing getting irritated cause he couldn't find the ticket bill to someone's car yesterday being very unprofessional. Then I schedule a appt. I arrive and suddenly they don't have my parts so I offer to leave it over night due to me having to be at work at 7 and the parts wouldn't be there till 6. Next day still haven't heard anything I called and suddenly the tech was wrong and their is more wrong with my vehicle. Nah I think it's cause I'm a female and yall think ur gonna punk me . I won't be coming back as soon as u tell me what's wrong with the car I'm going somewhere else so u won't be getting my money tire discounters.

4 weeks ago I had tires mounted and balanced for my truck. They forgot one of the valve stem covers on of the tires. Two valve stems aren't seated properly, one of which is now leaking air out uncontrollably. What a joke...

Charged for tired disposals that they did not do . update after sending all information via email to where they requested. I have yet to receive a phone call from anybody regarding this issue even though they say to contact them regarding this I guess it does not make any difference.

Another great visit today! I never knew a truck tire could actually get a wooden splinter causing an air leak, but low n behold it happened to me lol. The guys here got me in n out in no time though thanks again for the help fellas til next time!Update 1-16-2024Still outstanding service same guys still work here and are very good at finding the best solutions to every problem. I never thought I'd come to rely on corporate garages (no offense to corporate industry) but this place has made a believer out of me. Thanks again for all you do gentleman always a pleasure

I have been here under normal circumstances and honestly there wasn't anything to stand out. This week I got a flat on 275, got the spare on and drove straight to this TD. Asked if they could work in a patch and not only did they jump on it, they didn't charge me. I appreciated it very much. Thanks to the crew there and I will be returning(hopefully under better circumstances).

My daughter came in to get her tires rotated that were purchased at TD and have a noise she was hearing looked at they told her what was wrong and proceeded to charge her $82 for something they could see while the tires were off for the rotation and tell her to repair it would be over $300 .and mind you they had her car for over 3 weeks on another repair at a different TD .finished with TD too many other places to get work done without being up charged

Replaced 4 tires and replaced front brakes for us the same day even though we didn t decide to do that until around 1pm. They were quick and informative about work on the car and called to keep me updated on progress. Very positive experience!

I usually get good service here, but today when I went to pick up my car, the bill was $400.00+ more than the agreed price. While my husband was in the store, I went over and started the car. It was vibrating and the check engine light was on--it wasn't shaking , nor was the check engine light on when it was dropped off. The car is still there.I needed it for physical therapy tomorrow, now I have to cancel.The manager on duty insisted that we agreed to the price beforehand, but we could have gone to the dealership for less.Also , when my husband stepped away from the counter to talk to me, the young man behind the counter pressed the 'accept ' button for the credit card reader, Charging our credit card without our permission.

I stopped in today for a quick oil change and was shocked to see employees smoking cigarettes inside the shop next to flammable gas tanks and torches. Isn t that a safety concern? I thought it was a law to smoke 8 ft from a building not inside the business. And then when they walked up front they reeked of cigarettes i understand the smell is hard to not smell like after smoking but they could at least wash there hands after that s common curiosity. Do better tire discounters!

Got to my appointment and was told that the tires I had reserved were not there. After trying to convince me to take a different tire or come back tomorrow a yonger gentlemen offered to go to a different store to get them. Kudos to the young man. The manager said I could go to the other store,not why I made the appointment here. After getting the tires from the other store and getting them installed, I was given my bill without any explanation of issues they found regarding the suspension of my vehicle. I only saw reference to a tierod end that is near failure and bad wheel bearings after reviewing my paperwork upon arriving at home.Not the type of service I was hoping for. There was a certificate for a free alignment in my packet so I assume no alignment was done. Also half of my beauty rings will not go back on due to the type and number of lead weights used.

Very helpful, great customer services they did exactly what I expect from a service industry. They would guide through the process and know what I m buying and alternatives. They even pointed out future problems that may occur. Over good experience

Tire discounters used to be a great deal but now it is just expensive. They charge 16.99 per tire just to put a tire on your car and that's the cheap price, it's 29.99 per tire of you want all that "free" stuff like valve stems balancing. Then they will try to throw in stuff you didn't ask for like road hazard for 11 per tire. Cost me $504.00 for 4 tires that were 89$ each. Go here only if you have to, shop around before going here.

Rude staff and they were clearly just trying to sell my mother new tires when we didn't need them.
