Excellent service and excellent crew. It was cool that they brought me an ice cold bottle of water as soon as I arrived. So pleased I ordered them lunch. Highly recommend this location. Much cheaper than doing it yourself. My husband purchased the stuff to change his oil himself and spent $20 more than I did. I always thought it was too expensive to stop at one of these places but I was wrong

The guys here were so nice! Coming from a young woman getting her oil changed by herself, they re very nice and cautious! They asked any time they needed to open my door or reach in my car, which I appreciated! The manager Toni was super nice and seemed to run a pretty good crew!

I went in for a standard oil change they gave me 20% off the oil change plus $7 off a new filter. They also checked the air in my tires to make sure they were good. Everytime I went in before they got the new management they never did that for me. The guy that took over this business also gave my son two suckers to keep him occupied while they worked on my car. He was a very nice man! I will go back everytime because it s fast service and now I will go back because it s great service. Good job guys!!

I was treated with respect. They were very efficient in the task at hand. They did not push any products on me. Informed me and showed me my air filter and asked if there were any other needs. I especially enjoyed the fact of offering a bottle of water and the washing of windshield.Definitely would recommend them and do.

The guys that took care of me were great but I'm not happy about their new rule regarding putting air in my tires.They now only do it if you've been there for an oil change in the last 3 months. I don't drive my car enough to change my oil more often than that, soI'm not due for an oil change yet.The perks they offered was why I was willing to pay more for an oil change from them but now why bother.

These guys are great (Cole and Richard)!!! Getting the oil changed with my kids is so much easier and the customer service was fantastic! Totally worth paying a little more for such a quick and easy oil change.

Take 5 changed my oil and filter efficiently and the technicians at the Lawrenceburg facility (Richard and Cole) were knowledgeable, helpful and personable. They made the appointment an excellent experience! I would highly recommend Take 5 and I will be a repeat customer myself. Cool beans man,Rock on !

Take 5 was a great experience. These guys are really well mannered and explain what they re doing every step of the way.while waiting in my truck they came out to ask what services I was interested in and gave me a free bottled water for while I waited.The guys do offer new air filters and windshield wiper blades but they do not pressure you into anything. That mentality of casual friendly offering is what has me coming back for my next oil change. Thank you Take 5 for excellent service!!!

When I got home I found black hand prints on both fenders my door and hood. I have a white suv. They didn't do everything on the check off sheet. Price was $25 higher then quote. Other then that it was ok.

I have went to this location for many Oil changes in the past, bit with my most recent one i had issues. My car had to be towed shortly after i got the work done, the employees there were helpful and gave me information to reach their management. Here's where the biggest part of the problem arises.I have called these people 12 times in 3 days and haven't gotten through. I have emailed the shop manager 3 times and haven't gotten a response. I have called corporate TWICE and got sent to voicemail both times. Their policy is that they need manager approval to cover repairs BEFORE any diagnostic work is done. They have yet to answer me, and it feels as if they are avoiding that so they can avoid fault and paying for repairs.I used to trust this shop, but it only takes one bad experience to leave a bad taste in your mouth. You would be better off giving a baboon the tools to change your oil than to go here.

This is the best place I've ever been to for a complete oil change. They don't just push the most expensive stuff they have and are very thorough. It was fast and easy and will continue going here for my oil changes.

Quick and friendly service. A little on the pricey side, but I guess I'm paying for the convenience and time. This last appointment was less than perfect, a good amount of oil continued to leak off of frame once I got home. See picture.

Great service! Friendly staff! Really enjoyed this experience. Everyone was in a great mood and it showed makes the experience that much better.I hate some places that just try and rip you off. I didnt feel that way at all at Take5. I will definitely be back for my next oil change.

Love these guys! Always polite and never try to hard-sell you anything. Willing to go the extra mile if you need a new wiper blade and they don t have it. (Helps that there s a parts store a few lots over, but not many would think to do it on a busy day!)

Always enjoy getting my oil changed here. Employees are always friendly and they make the whole experience less stressful. Very knowledgeable about what they do and are extremely helpful. Just wish oil prices weren't so high. But all in all I highly recommend getting oil change here.

We pulled in and they were their to greet us immediately. They were all very kind professional, and quick. The new manager introduced himself amd explained every detail and pricing. I recommend, it was quick and easy.

I went to get my oil changed 20 minutes before they closed. They were very nice about coming right before they closed. However, I wasn t able to get the economy oil change for 49.99. They said they were out?? Not sure what that meant. How does a business that changes oil run out of oil???? So I had to get the $81.99 oil change. It was unexpectedly higher than I was prepared to pay. I did download a $7 off coupon online. It was still around $82 instead of $50. I guess ask if they have economy oil before you pull in?? If that s the service you are wanting.

This was the first time I have ever used this place for an oil change. What a great group of guys!! They really enjoy what they are doing and work well together. They explained what they were doing and apologized for the delays. I wanted to make sure that I gave them a great review before driving away!! Will definitely keep this place in mind for the future!!

I have been a customer since Take 5 opened in my area. The service has always been quick, friendly, and professional. They always offer the upsells like wipers and air filters but they are never pushy. Great service like always. I only bring my car to take 5 for oil changes. I have noticed that a burning smell is coming from my car. Haven t experienced this from Take 5. I have before when I went to other oil changing stores that I use to use. I wonder if the men from this location forgot the oil plug.

Hi, I knew i had to get a oil change before Easter weekend, and didn't have the time to get it before we started on the road trip so while i was in Lawrenceburg Indiana for my wound care appointment i chose this service to change my oil before i went in the facility with my car i asked the man of service how much for a grease and oil change next thing i know the other gentleman started telling me tome come on in with my car and then the gentleman that i asked for the cost, was under my car giving me an oil change, the gentleman asking the usual questions ,and working on my bill and receipt informed me there grease machine was broke so there went my grease job, i understand when you get a grease, and oil change its a certain price, but when you don't get the grease job and only get the oil change i sure would think you shouldn't have to pay for the other when one only gets one job, i believe i should have gotten that for half of $83:00 it's a sad way of doing business i know i wont go back , but still wish you the best with your business being upfront with the customer service first before starting a job should be detrimental there were no prices large enough to see in sight for me Thank you!!!

This was my first visit to Take 5. Upon arriving your new manager informed me of a knot on my tire. He probably prevented an accident. I m very thankful for that. Everyone was very thorough and kind. I will definitely have my oil changed there in the future.

I will never go anywhere else for an oil change! They re fast, friendly, and always make sure my car is taken care of! Without asking they top off all other fluids and check air in my tires! They ve given me free upgrades on oil, and also an amazing deal on wipers! I wish knew the two men s names who happen to always be working when I go! I also love that they re open so early! I work night shift, so being able to get an oil change on my way home is a blessing! WE LOVE TAKE 5!Service: Oil change

The guys that work here are so nice! I know next to nothing about cars and they explain everything very well and always answer any questions I have. Richard and another guy took care of me last time and they showed me everything they were doing and explained it all.
