I recommend everyone get ALL their cars repairs at Brock`s. I did and will continue to do so in the future.The mechanics are very skilled and knowledgeable. They will explain exactly what work needs to be done for your safety and reminders of what needs to be done in future to keep your car running at top quality at reasonable rates.Family owned business. Friendly and warm atmosphere , smiles are contagious. I called the local Ford dealership to get my check engine light looked at and they could not get me for almost a month out. I called Brocks after getting a referral from my father-in-law and they were able to get me in the very next day. The issue was fixed and the car was ready by the end of that next day. Fair price, great communication and service. I will definitely be coming back for future needs.

I bought a car through Carvana and they are partnered with them for repair work. I had some issues with my "new" car and took it to Brock's. They fixed it quickly and then worked through everything on the insurance side with Carvana so I did not have to pay a thing! Since then, I have switched my entire family over to using their car services. Quality is top notch! Prices are fantastic. Service is even better. The staff is the best part of this place. They go above and beyond and have every. single. time. Can't beat that!

Brock's is great! Found them about 6 months ago when the dealer gave me a ridiculous quote without really diagnosing the problem with my AC. Technician at Brocks found the real problem and got me back on the road the same day for half the price. Since then I've had oil changes and minor repairs always done well. They found a bulge in my tire during my last oil change further proving there attention to detail. I don't go anywhere else. 2013 Suburban used as my work truck.

Friendly and communicative staff. Quick turn around on my vehicle repairs and the price was pretty fair in my mind. The follow up to check on how my vehicle was running was also a nice touch. I will probably bring my car back for any future repair needs.

I needed an oil change and my van had a coolant leak. Brock s was able to get me right in and worked to get the parts needed to fix the leak as soon as possible so they could get the work done the same day. It was much appreciated and at a reasonable price too.Update: I just got another oil change at Brock s and as always service was friendly, all the work was great, and they even spent a lot of extra time looking into a break issue I was having. I recommend them to anyone needing work on their vehicle!Service: Oil change

Visiting from out of state for a few days and noticed wheel bearing issues on the road (started making a horrible whine on the highway). Brocks got my Toyota FJ in the next day, confirmed the issue, and replaced the bearing the same day. Was able to drive back to Maryland on schedule and with no issues.

I recently had alot of work done on a new used car and I was out in just a couple of hours. My car runs better than it ever has. The entire staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. The overall experience was pleasant and I know that Brocks is my mechanic from now on.

I had a problem with my cars exhaust while on vacation, and I stopped in at Brock's to see if they could help me. Even with having a full schedule they were more than willing to take a look at it and see what they could do. Before I knew it they had my car fixed and all ready to go for me. The service and the quality of their work are next to none. If you have car problems stop at Brock's.

I was traveling back home to Indiana for the holidays and my truck had some issues on the drive up. Ron got me in on short notice and corrected the problem in time for me to make the scheduled return to NC. Ron gave honest advice and walked me through each of the items they were doing and how it would fix the problem I was having. Would definitely take any of our vehicles there in the future.

I was in a bind and needed my sons truck tire fixed. I couldn t find anyone to mount the tire. We had been to 2 different places that wouldn t even look at the tire, just tried to sell us new tires. Brock s took the tire and was actually able to patch the tire we had! It saved me so much money! The staff was super nice. Service was fast! I definitely recommend :)

They dented my door, obviously opened it up and hit another car or something. Denied it. Another big dent above my door handle, Denied that also. Tried to tell me i needed new brakes and rotors but just had them replaced 2 months ago (was still good). I do not recommend this place to even my enemy.

Prices are fair. They were able to fix my Jeep within a few days. Sent me updated text messages which was nice. Got me 2 new tires, a rim and the results were great! Highly recommended!

My pickup was acting up over the weekend so I called Brocks , they quickly diagnosed the issue , while my truck was at the shop I asked what it would be to go ahead and do the scheduled 100k service . They researched the service and got back with me on price. Bottom line quick service and pricing was reasonable and they were great communicators.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

We bought a used van recently and it came due for its 100k mile maintenance right before a family trip out of state. Brock's was able to get us in same day for that. They also found an issue with the brake job that had been done shortly before we bought it, and they were able to fix that issue in a couple hours. We picked up the car in the afternoon just a few hours after calling them about the maintenance and had it ready and safe to drive before our trip. Thanks, guys.

Brock Auto removed, rebuilt and reinstalled the engine in my Jeep J10. Great experience with Brock s. They took the time to show me what they found and even showed me how to fix a part that I could fix myself and save money. They handled all the more complicated aspects and kept me up to date on all of it. Great communication and price is very fair. Would recommend to anyone and I will be back when I need service again. Recently found Brock s online when researching local auto repair and found good reviews and heard good things from friends. I had them repair brakes and ac and they did a great job. Very friendly and informative of the issues found and very good communication throughout the repair process on making sure we were all on the same page on the plan moving forward. Pricing for repairs made was very reasonable as well. I will use them again for auto repair needs.Services: Air conditioning, Brake service & repair

I never heard of Brock's until I was looking for in-network places for a warranty on my car and they were one of them and I saw so many positive reviews plus they are local for me and Carrie called me on her personal phone when they were closed at the time to try and help me schedule to get my car in which was next day and let me know every step on what they were doing and have never experienced this great of customer service in my life. I'm 100% bringing my car to them for all maintenance and repairs as long as they are there! I recommend everyone to give them a try and see how amazing they all are there!!!

Being new in the Lawrenceburg area, I was looking for a good local mechanic to work on my classic corvette. I called Brock Auto Service and they got me in right away. While I was there the technician took me out while the car was still on the lift and pointed out a few safety repairs that I should address soon but not necessarily immediately.
