Always seem to have everything I need there, in stock. Not to mention, the employees are very helpful and willing to give you a hand with just about anything. Be it advice, coming out to vehicle to point something out, or loaning a tool or two, I've always had a positive experience in there. Love the 15 & 20% extra discounts given by purchasing online ahead of time for in store pick-up. Went in to pick up some headlight bulbs I ordered online for in-store pick up yesterday. While in there talked with the manager, "V." about a severe problem I had with "baked on" brake dust on some aluminum rims due to a brake/rotor seize up issue I had over the winter. He didn't just tell me to go grab a product (of which I already had one in my hand) but he came out to the car, looked at what I had going on, ran back inside & grabbed a few different products and came out and literally kneeled down & in a few minutes went through the motions with me. Helped me make a determination on what I liked best. (It ended up being Meguiar's Ultimate All Wheel Cleaner) He effectively doubled my initial purchase, all by doing some good, old fashioned customer service. With the economy as it is, little things make the difference. Probably not necessary to mention, but guess where I'll go the next time I need anything vehicle related?

I did not have to go ask for help. the gentleman at the front asked if I needed help and assisted me in finding what I needed. A part I bought was defective, and he handled it with no issues. Very happy with the service I received.

I lost a wiper blade in rain and stopped by to get one,he diagnosed car free but never that my blade was on top of hood of car lol.

If you are going to do a slice up paint job on your car like feature striping it's going to take more than one can of spray paint... If you have a custom color such as the Rust-Oleum brand candy colors they need to have more that " One Can " of paint... You say they can order more... Yes they can order more but there is an excellent chance that it will be a different "LOT NUMBER " making It a different shade and if you paint like me you can see a difference.. so they need to stock specialty items in Paint so it can be used on a project accordingly.

Great place to buy tools and parts for your car. The employees are very nice and knowledgeable on most issues. You can almost always find a 20-25% off coupon when ordering online. I gave only 4 stars due to low variety of alternators they had in store

Most of the time they have the part/parts you need on hand but, if not, they can order it for you. It'll be next day pick up! I don't really care for their customer service though sorry! That's why, only the 3 star rating.

I went in on Sunday morning to get a new headlight for my car. A very helpful man named Rodney was working. He helped me locate the correct light bulb and even installed it for me. Thank you Rodney, your help was very much appreciated!

I was recommended some 9005 headlights for my 2004 Jeep by an older gentleman at this location. I purchased these bulbs, but when i tried to replace my bulbs i realized they didn't fit. obviously I took the bulbs out of the packaging to put them in, so when i took them back and tried to return the bulbs i was shocked that bulbs have to be in original packaging to be returned. it's funny how Napa will let you return bulbs even if they are not in original packaging, but you guys do not. very disappointed and upset that i'm 60 dollars down the drain. the employee told me i could try using them in another vehicle. glad to know who cares about their customers.

Don't bother. Can't order the right part the first time, an employees not trained on register for refund transactions. Or how to change the paper for that matter. An all without a manager to help in the store ! They're out of my phone.

Not sure if the employee really loved his job or was fascinated by fixing my car. Either way, he wasn't letting my car leave until it was fixed. Above and beyond great customer service and didn't try to sell a bunch of things I didn't need.

I ordered a part online and it said it would be ready for me to pick up in 30 mins,well I showed up about an hour and a half later and they never even pulled my order. I had to wait 15 minutes for them to find my order and to find the part I needed. I stopped on my 30 minute lunch break to pick up my part and spent half of it waiting for my part I wasn't very happy about that.

8/29.....4:00 PM.Just stood in line waiting to be checked out. Behind a man replacing a remote in a car key. After the girl waited on him, she just walked off leaving myself and two other men standing at the counter. Then came out of the back with her drink and left for the day. Never said anything. Another man working there just walking around, never bothered to take over. All waiting customers left. Poor service PERIOD. Will shop elsewhere.

I sat behind a dude who was being served for 10min with 2 other employees on the computers. A local came in and they instantly served him while I was supposed to wait. Go to O'rielly across the street
