This company should be ashamed of themselves. I wish nothing but the worst on every single employee. Got into an accident Nov 9th, picked up my truck Dec 26th for them to fix an AIR FILTER. Didn't have a choice but to use them. It got towed there. 545.00 for a 4 mile tow. That's not counting the 800.00 for an air filter.

The yard and wrecker boys are helpful and good at their job but the office management sucks. Purchased a trailer that was stored on their lot. Was advised to wait for warmer weather to pick it up and then charged a $2200 (150/day) storage fee

The leaf spring on my camper broke while heading to Potato Creek State Park. I called multiple different tow companies and as soon as I stated I had a travel trailer, I was told they couldn t help me.My father found this towing company and gave them a call. They told us they could help us no problem. Driver Casey showed up and quickly tied up the axle on my single axle camper using ratchet straps and wood blocks. This allowed me to tow my camper a mile down the road to a repair facility. Casey was very knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly took pride in his work. If I ever have an issue in the South Bend area with my camper or other vehicle in the future, I would not hesitate to call this company for help.

The towing service associated with this company damaged our trailer when they towed it. They said they could handle it and obviously did not know what they were doing. Of course they denied doing any damage but there wasn t any damage to the front end until after they towed it. We are hard working people that now have to fix the damage that they did. We won t ever use this company again and it won t be recommended to any of our friends.Service: Car towing

Worst experience I ve ever had with a repair place. I own the truck and they refused to deal with me because I wrote an email because they weren t being transparent with me. I guess a woman asking them questions was too much for them? Nothing they did was honest or Christian as they call themselves. We received a quote for $11,000 from another place and went there for a second opinion. We were told it would be nowhere near that. Almost $14,000 dollars later and the truck was literally falling apart on the road during the first run after it was fixed. They said this should have cost $17,000. They were the ones who gave us the estimate. So much wasn t honest or right about this transaction. We had just had the A/C repaired somewhere else and suddenly there is no Freon in the a/c. It s been maybe a month and the starter they had to put in just went out. To date they haven t called us back about that to fix it. The staff is rude, especially James. My mother told Angela to her face she wasn t acting like a Christian. In fact I am looking at my legal options now as there is no signature or permission from me anywhere on any quotes. I ll definitely be contacting the BBB.They know where to find me if they want to do the Christian thing and makes this right.And the story just gets better. The starter they put in failed and it s my responsibility to get it fixed and then return it to them? These people are crazy. James is about as cranky as they get. They did the shoddy work and their starter failed. I don t think it s too much to ask to repair your shoddy work. Whatever happened to customer service?I will update this review every time something else happens.Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

I had an amazing experience with this company! There tow truck driver Chad made what could have been a very stressful situation seem safe and relaxing! He was very fast and knowledgeable and had my truck hooked and moving in less than 15 minutes. With our overheating issues that ware dipper than normal overheating, meaning Oil cooling system and radiator kluged up with mud and whatever chemicals ware mixed in. the entire system was to be restore.I must say. we took the truck to a couple of different mechanics and ended up paying for guess work, couldn't really get it fix, sure it took Ryan and His team some research work but they really do know what they are doing. we got out truck worked on a timely manner and fixed correctly. I though I was going to pay way more that we really didhands down the best team I work with.Thank you guys!!!!Service: Long distance hauling

This was the worst experience ever for roadside service for a semi truck/trailer. The roadside tech that showed up was nice but the service manager BRIAN is very rude and over charged us by several hundred dollars. After trying to talk with BRIAN regarding our bill he stated this was correct and was nothing we could do. Any trucker knows you don t pay a $1000 for a trailer tire that blew out!!Unless you just like paying way too much, being treated like your nobody and dealing with RUDE people, DO NOT call this company!

My sister had a flat in the middle of the night in a bridge close to Lakeville so we (3 women) tried to change it ourselves. We were unable to get the lug nuts loose; we called 3 different companies and all of them turned us down with excuses like they were busy. We called state police station and they refer us to this company. The guy arrived probably in less than half of an hour, in no time he changed the tire and help us to get back into the road safely using his truck to block the lane. We were so grateful with him, we made it back home thanks to him. Will definitively use their services and recommend them to anyone.

$233.00 ($213 + $20 shop supplies) for a tire repair (patch job) during business hours (that was after the owner agreed that $278 might be to high of a price for a tire repair). Not a service call or after hours work. I live about 5 miles away from this business and had begun establishing an ongoing relationship as a frequently returning customer. Needless to say they won't receive any more of my business.

Called to get me unstuck from snow and was at my location in 20 minutes. Took only 10 minutes to get me out and complete paperwork. Driver very friendly and polite. I hope I never need a tow to get out of snow again, but if I do I know who I'm calling!

Great service and great people! Would use them again for any roadside - especially as a young woman. My car broke down and within half an hour they were there to tow my car. respectful and kind people.

I own Joy's Johns portable restrooms and I had one of my delivery trucks pick up a nail in Lakeville and U.S. Truck & Trailer were able to get him in fast and fix it up inexpensively. Great Job Guys!Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

If you have any choice, do not have these people tow or store your car. Or perform any kind of repairs for that matter. The employees made it very clear that unless they could make money from your mishap, then they did not really care what happens to your vehicle. The employees were incredibly rude and and stand-offish, as well as using intimidation to force exit before all details were confirmed. When discussing the future of the vehicle in question, the employees gave an A or B option, neither of which involved any sort of negotiation, or even listening to the customer's concerns. Proceed with extreme caution.

Today while helping my father take his 5th wheel from his place in Michigan to Florida we broke down in the Lakeville area. I made multiple phone calls before finding someone that could help us. Bettchers did all they could and went above and beyond to find a place that could start the big repair ASAP. While waiting at the their office we had the break room and water bottles offered to us. They looked out for us helped us out and went way above and beyond. I am not happy to be broke down but this company is a great business full of great people from the top down.

I was out of the state my daughter hit a semi tire that was laying in the Road. Once I called Rod he not only got to her immediately to get her car. His driver also gave her a safe ride home ,Can t thank them enough . AAAAAA+++++++Thank You All

Towed our car literally 30 feet and charged us $350. Very rude when we asked for personal items out of car. Overall, they will steal it if they can....avoid this company at all costs.

Theses guys do my DOT inspections on my trucks.I was running down US 31 and my service engine light came on .I was not far from there shop I called drove over and they had my truck in and looking at with a few minutes.told me the issue,had parts on the way and back up and running in a very short time.

Worst service I have EVER incountered in 40 yrs of truckingHave had to redo everything that they did starting with replacing brake and drum as they completely left them off put in wrong wheel seal and put lock nuts in wrong and not complete setWill never go back and will let everyone
