The staff there is so respectful. Also, the. Staff make sure they go out there way to make sure all the drivers are well taken care of! TBK is an Christian loving community and they treat you like family!

Installed new tarp with existing poles and already mounted, quoted price was double at the end. Took 6 hours and had to help because people didn't know what they were doing. What a joke! Oh and they had to add on twice because people don't know how to measure on a brand new tarp.

Bought a catwalk box next door and these guys did the install. They were quick, friendly and helpful. Good service.

I ve done business with this place for over 30 years! Today I regret it s not the place that Tony started.! I called and asked them to repair a QuickDraw rear panel they said that they could but I d have to be here early. I got held up and wasn t able to make it that day so I spent the night here. Then first thing went in and got them to look at it . Their response was we can t do that today! So never again they lost my business! If I ever need just a tarp I ll go the extra distance to not buy from these people. If I hadn t called and asked I would not have this opinion. I buy from Tri city some to and I promise they d kept their word!

have bought tarps form them for years have 3 semis I run around the area stopped in for a five min fix 1 inch by 2 4 inch did not have to take off my tarp and was done I'm about 6 min and I helped put there stuff away for them (I carried his ladder) was charged 95 dollars ask asked why so high they said its usally more THANKS JR my business will be taken some where else from now on I could see 25 maybe fifty on the super high side but really guys GO BOB THE TARP MAN

Friendly service and treat you like family. Light tarps in many size and dimensions. Large variety of colors minus pink and teal. Very accessible at the Flying J truckstop stop.

Bought 6 pieces of coil lumber for $188.00 6/14/21 the lumber was cut wrong coil didn't sit in lumber properly they wouldn't refund me money the next day don't buy here go to tarpstop they have better stuff and better refund policy

worse tarpi company ever. bought 1 of the trucks a coil bag and the craftsmanship and the material itself didnt even last 4 hours...took off and put on throw away tarps and they made the next 1800 miles without a tear...then charged to refix it and its still trash ...doesnt honor their overpriced trash warranty

I've bought lots of tarps from lots of places. These are good tarps, made right there. Last as long as any I've tried. Longer than most. Guys friendly. Good atmosphere.

They adjusted the position of the tarp on the dump trailer I pull and did what I wanted them to do to correct the problem. Nice guys and I'll be back again if I'm having a tarp problem in the Chicago area.
