Midwest Auto Care has been AMAZING! I took my car to this other shop at first and they left my car sitting for an entire month with no work done and I had to keep calling and reminding them to get it done. So I had my car towed to Midwest auto care and I wish I went there sooner. They understood my situation and did everything they can to help, they called my warranty company and made sure everything went by smoothly and they reached out and kept me up to date on everything. I definitely recommend this place for any transmission replacement or any other car work. Katie also did a terrific Job on getting ahold of me and looking out for me and making sure I m taken care of!! Best customer service I ve had

One of the best and most pleasant auto shop experiences I've ever encountered.I was impressed with such polite service and great communication from everyone working at the shop. The place is very neat, clean and pleasant to be in. I am so happy I had the option of financing my expense of vehicle maintenance! The issue of my car was fixed over night while I was given a vehicle to use for the time being for no extra cost! Glad to have found Midwest Auto! 5 STARS in all areas!

I live in Indianapolis and choose to get my car repaired at Midwest Auto any chance I get. (My parents still live in Hobart) Troy and Katie are wonderful to work with. They are thorough, honest, great communicators and best of all their work is top notch. I highly recommend giving them a try. I would like to say this normally where I get my oil changes at, because I have heard good news about this establishment. Good oil changes great customer service I would have love to give a 5 but today got me in a loophole due to a coupon they send out in the mail states AC service - you will think like you getting repairs done for a good price not a diagnostic because no where on the coupon it say diagnostic but I could say I made a mistake not reading the small print present it when you check in we all make mistakes but my only issue that coupon need to state AC diagnostic instead of service. The guy I spoke with told me when I made the appointment he told me a price of 250 you didn t sir you just told me to bring the car Friday morning once the job done you had to add that in the system at checkout but any who that s my only issue with this place got the AC working in the car but I still felt I needed to say this. Need to be more specific I had to ask others around they said they would have thought the same thing me and my mother thought on the AC job for the work car. Made it seem like we was overreacting have to be more specific I appreciate the job done. A (AC CHARGE) to be exact. The service that was done because the air was blowing warm.

Tried this shop for the first time due to some warranty work by carmax. Was told by a specialist named Katie that she knows Carmax hates to cover repairs so she got this. Days go by and they give carmax a ridiculous cause of failure in hopes of keeping the car and making more money. Moral of the story I wouldn t take my car to get an oil change from this place

Absolutely would not recommend, took car in for a starter replacement on a Monday, was told it was a one day job and would have it back Tuesday or Wednesday morning at very latest. Didn t get the car back until End of day Thursday car came back with a dent in hood, and the temperature gauge completely not working anymore. Now have to take it to a different shop as do not trust this shop to do anything else after such a simple job was botched.

Well, I thought this business was a decent place to get work done. I have had such a bad experience here I have to write this review. I own a f150 that was having issues that lead me to believe it was a transmission problem. I had them look at it and was told it was something else. They quoted me a price of $1300. I said o k and picked up the truck after repairs were made. 2 days after, I had the same issue I did in the beginning. I took the truck back and then they tell me it s an electrical problem. I had a remote starter installed 5 years prior. They told me it was causing my trouble. So without asking, they removed it completely. Not only did they remove my remote starter, I had a dash camera that they removed and just threw away. I picked the truck up again and 2 days later, the very same problem occurred. After spending $2500 for a problem they never fixed. Not only did they not fix it, I m out a $500 remote starter and a $100 dash camera. They did dig the dash cam and a few parts of the remote out of the garage, but neither one are usable now. We have tried to talk to the new owners but cannot get a return cal.i certainly do not recommend this company or their affiliate M&M Auto.Service: Engine repair

Alternator broke down in the middle of a long distance trip thankfully I found the right place to get my car fixed. They gave me a detailed report with pictures of what needed to be done and other issues to look out for, They even gave me a shuttle to my hotel. Perfect!

There are NO words that can explain how amazing this small company and it's employees are! If I could give a 1,000 stars I would. This a small businesses with a HUGE heart an abundance of experience. Recently had work done on a vehicle and couldn't be happier! From my initial phone contact w/Troy, he was (and is) EXTREMELY knowledgeable, forthcoming, and compassionate. Being a woman, I'm almost always skeptical and apprehensive because I've been "dooped" many times before in this business. Something spoke to me about this business as I was researching places to take my vehicle. Speaking with Troy about my vehicle's issue gave me comfort and confidence that I'd be choosing the right place and I'm so happy I did!!! Katie is ALSO awesome!!! This business and their employees make you feel cared about, empathize with your needs, concerns, and expectations....they TRULY CARE and make you feel like family!They go above and beyond anything expected, especially with their diagnostics. They're NOT going to tell you alot of jargon or try to upssell you anything that's unnecessary. They're straight forward and present you with HONEST sound, solid advice and options!I'll definitely be going back, w/out hesitation, for any of my vehicle(s) needs...or even just to stop by and say "Hi"! I always took all my cars here for inspections and get work done but the inspections were free now they charge $75.00. I hate going else where getting my car inspected and worked on by another shop because this shop always got me together

If you value your time or your money don t waste it here. I ve been here 3 times all of which were bad experiences first I had my breaks done and they have squeeked for 6 months regardless of what I try I came in for an alignment and control arms and my tires aren t even straight then I came for a wheel bearing told them what was wrong and that I d like it fixed waited 6 hours with no call for them to tell me they needed approval to work on the car I just brought to them and asked them to fix but never attempted to call in said 6 hours to try and get approvalServices: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I REALLY like this mechanic shop! They do GREAT work, with that quality work takes time so if you are looking for quick fix in hurry (depending on accessibility) this might not be for you. Also they have payment options from credit check financing to no credit check financing with that there are obvious interest rates to no interest depending on how soon you pay off what you owe. I teach customer service to fortune 500 companies all over the United States, and this business is one of the best I ve ever seen in my life. In fact, I m taking some of what they did when I had my oil change and using it for lesson plans for future trainings of Fortune, 500 companies. I highly recommend this company for all your auto care needs and as a new resident to this area, I will be bringing all my auto care needs there in the future.

I received a flyer in the mail from Midwest Auto Care with some very good promotions. I called and scheduled an oil change. My niece took my car in for me as I had fallen ill the day before. Everything went well but I was surprised to receive a text message with an inspection report. When I opened the report it showed two issues that honestly I had no clue about. One of the issues was a belt with cracks that really needed immediate attention. The other issue was something to watch but would need to be fixed at some time in the future. A few days later I dropped off my vehicle the night before so they could change out the belt the next day. I was impressed with the key drop box that provided envelopes to fill out for the car key. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and I appreciate this type of customer service. I thank Midwest Auto Care for their good work and attention to detail.

The team at Midwest is very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I asked the team to replace the starter on my vehicle, which they were able to do with short notice. I have taken multiple vehicles to them over the years and have always been treated great by the team. I really appreciate the after service reports, they help me with things I might not have noticed on the vehicle. The team works hard to make sure that you are informed and updated on a regular basis. After hearing great things from family and friends about Midwest, naturally I gave them a call when something went wrong with my car. They found and fixed the issue at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. I also took advantage of an oil change coupon I had received in the mail- couldn t beat the deal on a full synthetic!
