I almost always take my vehicles to Haddad auto repair and tire. I been a customer since Tei, the owner, opened up shop. He s a great mechanic, he s fair, and he s very honest! All around great guy.As of a last year, I have been doing my own mechanical work. But every now and then, I run into a couple of snags and need take in my vehicles for help.I recently had trouble replacing the o2 sensors on my 2005 ram 1500 truck to get it to pass emissions, mainly because they were rusted, and because 2 of the 4 were the original ones. I tried everything I could but I had to bite the bullet and take it in. Tei and his team worked his magic and replaced all 4 sensors. Two of them he had to tap, and also had to diagnose the wiring and computer system because the engine light would not kick off. Something I wouldn t have been able to do on my own. Long story short he was able to pinpoint the problem and get my truck to pass emissions. All in a timely manner, and very fair with his labor price.I have been going to Haddad s for almost 10 years and in those 10 years, he has never let me down.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The mechanic, his name is T. He s amazing. Does top of the line work and has great prices with amazing service and also quick and efficient. He s been my mechanic for years with other vehicles that I ve had in the past. So quick and professional. The service was the best I've ever had and all of my time living in Indiana as well as other places. Haddad Auto made me feel at home the owner treated me as a family member and even gave me a discount when I was struggling and didn't have the money. My wife took her car up there as well and she came back with only positive stuff to say. One of the best things I would say about Haddad Auto is that he only looks out for your best interest.

We were driving on a trip from Illinois to Ohio our car broke down on 80 near Lake Station, Indiana . Precision towing picked us up and took us to Haddad Auto. We had bad ignition coil and plugs. A big shout out to the team who worked on the car. They got the problem fixed much faster than anticipated and the price for the work was much lower than I would have expected. The were so friendly and hospitable the entire time we were there. The owner of the establishment even offered to let my son sit in his mustang. All and all a great experience and if we lived anywhere nearby we would for sure have become long term customers.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

Honest repair shop and the best prices. Haddad is a very kindhearted person. He will let you know exactly what is going on with your vehicle. You can trust him to take very good care of your vehicle. Nothing leaves out of his shop unless it fixed and fixed right! I am a very satisfied customer!

I had to get wheel bearing replace on a buick enclave 2015 part at ato zone is $38.99 I had them do the work and get part I got charged $196.00 for part Labor $133.00 when I asked if I should get a part he said no cause he gets discount I think I going to try to do the other 3 myself h charged $350.00 al together or find some one else

I got a flat tire by this shop and pulled in. They turned out to be closed but the owner did come and change the tire for me. He came out of his way to help me. I offered money & he wouldn t take it. Great people over all.Service: TiresService: Tires

Hit road debris on 94 and limped into Haddad based on its reviews. They didn't have the tire we needed in stock, but said it would take 90 minutes to get it. It took 90 minutes. And it was very reasonably in terms of cost. These are some really good folks, and would highly recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

Great guy who knows his stuff about cars. Everyone in my family goes to him whenever they need anything done to or even just looked at with their vehicles. Has great prices and does a phenomenal job. Staff is very polite and curtious. Never had any issuses with any of the parts he said he changed. Haddad Auto is the only place I take my vehicles too and I highly recommend that you should go to him whenever you need auto repairs or tires.

Allow me to paint a picture in order to preface this review. I'm currently on a cross country trip from New Jersey back to my home in California. Somewhere on I-80, a nail punctured the sidewall of my brand new Cooper tire on the rear passenger side of my vehicle. I was stopped at the rest area and Haddad is 10 minutes away. I call to ask if he could do a repair, not realizing that a nail in the sidewall is RiP to that tire. Haddad told me to come on down so he could take a look at it. After confirming that the tire is shot, he looks thru his inventory only to find that he doesn't have a comparable tire in his stock. Does that stop him? No! He calls Discount Tires to ask if they have the tire I need. They say they do but that it's a few hour wait! A 2 year old is not about to hang out for a few hours and Haddad knows it, so he tells me to go buy the tire from them and bring it back. He got the tire on, mounted and balanced in under 20 min after I returned with the tire. I did feel it necessary to give him a sizeable tip for his kindness and generosity in going above and beyond to help. This man dropped everything to get me and my family back on the road and did it with a smile on his face and treated me like a family member. I absolutely never write reviews but I absolutely felt it necessary to commend this place on its kindness, courtesy, speediness and professionalism. I've never met nor done business with a more kindly person. If I'm ever back in this area again, I'll be sure to stop by this place again, if for no other reason than to just say thank you again!Service: Tires

We got stranded in Indiana traveling from Chicago because our tire wouldn t hold air. Haddad auto fixed it in 10 minutes and it was only $25. Honestly the nicest experience I ve ever had at any mechanic.

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you very much to the staff (especially Keith) of this Auto Repair Shop. My girlfriend had car problems today while traveling from Northern Illinois to visit a local strawberry field with her daughter and sister. I called the shop from my office and discussed the problems she was having. The staff went above and beyond to assist her with her not working alternator. Its companies like this that i can appreciate doing both business with and paying for service. They turned around the car in a reasonably quick time frame (which i know is hard to do last minute), but understood the circumstances and accepted the challenge. It's organizations like yours that contribute so much to a community and make people want to return for business. I look forward to the day that i return to the area with my girlfriend and shake the hands of the people that helped her so much. Wish there were more people like Tei around. I was in the midst of a long drive home from Montana to New Hampshire and started leaking what seemed to be transmission fluid. Tei towed my old rusty van to his shop, pulled it right in, diagnosed the needed repairs, and got to work Monday morning. He had me fixed up and back on the road fast, despite the tough search for proper parts. Tei was very professional and I felt he went beyond expected service, to help me out. Final cost was more than fair. Van made it back to New Hampshire with no further problems. Highly recommend Haddad Auto.Service: General repairs & maintenance

In my experience absolutely no professionalism or integrity, brought up a concern with a vehicle that was through thier shop and returned damaged. Another shop has confirmed that the type of damage could have occurred while changing brakes. Old cars break and I am not confident the damage is entirely thier responsiblity but while explaining our concerns, the owner interrupts me to call me dumb and inform me I know nothing about cars. I am not an expert and by no means a professional mechanic. I do understand that any number of things can occur that may complicate a repair even a break pad replacement. Improper lifting of a vehicle being a common example.Take what you can from this, but mistakes do happen. I would much rather work with a shop that is willing to work to determine responsiblity and assist in finding a solution.On the bright side his prices seem low

Getting ready to drive back home to Texas and noticed a screw in my tire. Haddad fixed the issue, balanced my tires and got me back on the road quick. Great place!

I love that this is a local business, and owned by a very knowledgeable guy, Haddad. He won't rip you off and if something needs to be adjusted they tell you.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, and I don't really like to recommend mechanics.
