I was in desperate need of a van for my family I reached out to this place and they had a van in my price range. I went and seen it. They let us test drive it. Everything seemed perfect. There was an issue where the wiper fluid would not come out and use. Men went above and beyond to find out why it wasn't coming out and we're even willing to fix it for free while we waited. Turned out to only be a fuse which was great. Ended up finding the fuses in the center console for that and the horn took The van on a very long trip already. It did amazing everything works. It was clean as a van can be granted. I'm sure the last people had children not a big deal because so do I. I love the fact that it passed emissions and that anything that could have been wrong with it. Prior to us buying it was fixed and any issues that we had found they were willing to fix right away and not make us wait. These people are honest and amazing and I can't be more thankful for them helping me find the van that I've always wanted and needed 10 out of 10 recommend. They have a lot of really nice cars at really great prices and they're not trying to sell you rust buckets with hundreds of thousands of miles on them at dealership prices they give fair honest prices and go above and beyond for their customers. If you're looking for a vehicle, this is definitely a place that you need to check out because hands down. I've never bought a car the first time I seen it until now and I don't have any regrets. Everything about this car is beautiful including the mechanics. Thank you guys so much for helping me find my van. I appreciate you and all that you have done. Thank you

Got my daughter a small truck that is really nice last year and we took her friend there a month ago and she got her a nice vehicle. I would recommend this place to others. Really nice service.

Update:Went back again to get a vehicle for my oldest son and we again got exactly what we were looking for. Keep up the great work. I'll be coming back again for something for myself. I can't wait to see what's in store.I could not be more pleased. Not only were they willing to work with me, they understood my situation and helped me get exactly what I needed. If you are looking for a vehicle for yourself or a family member I would save myself some time and at least check out what they have available.

This lot was recommended to me by a friend.I came expecting not much of anything but walked out with not only keys to my new vehicle BUT a great experience also.Customer service was excellent and the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable.He helped my husband and I choose the right vehicle that fit my everyday needs...... I would highly recommend Deals of Steel to anyone looking for a vehicle....!!!!

Over the years I've purchased vehicles from this car lot.. They make sure your 100% satisfied before you leave. I recommend this place if you're looking for a great deal on a nice reliable car..The owner is very professional he'll answer any question or concern you have.. Great deals great service.. I have bought 2 cars from here and they both have lasted me YEARS. If there was ever an issues (which were minor) I was able to go in and get great service from Deals of Steel.I have refered ALL my friends and family here and they all found amazing cars! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I highly recommend Deals of Steel because I've been to many different car lots in the area and I'll have to say this is a very fair, honest and knowledgeable car lot. I've purchased a couple of vehicles at Deals of Steel. I've always been satisfied with the price, quality, and service.

I had a great experience here. The secretary was very friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. The mechanic did a great job and the owner took time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. The service here was great and I will definitely be coming back.

If you need a car or any auto work this is the place. I bought a 2005 Grand Prix a couple months ago from him and for a great price! I did have to get some brake work done but they did fast and for cheap! The customer service was awesome and he answered every one of my questions.

One of the most honest places in town, or probably only, also best place for to get your mechanical issues taken care of for reasonable quotes. The owner is straight up and doesn't sell lemons. I bought a few cars from there and had mechanical work done and never disappointed.

Excellent dealer. Very nice staff. Selection like any used car lot fluctuates quite a bit, so you'll have to stop by or call frequently if you don't see something you like. Would recommend them.

If I could give this company no stars, I WOULD. This place of business is a complete joke. Alona is a fraud and Vern is okay with her being that way. Very unprofessional and careless. They were quick to take my money for a vehicle and allowed me to drive off of the lot leading me to believe that they have verified my information for themselves and the finance company. Just a bunch of rip offs

They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell. If there are ever issues, they are quick to have you bring it in to get whatever solved. Friendly staff and owner. Will definitely recommend and return.

Went to look for something nice and compact good on gas i was shown a 2005 convertiable and still have it to this day. Great business buy there pay there and also great deals on repairs i recommend this business to everyone!!!!!!

This place is a joke. Cars are fairly priced, but they sure do want a lot of money down for something that looks as though it should be going to the junk yard soon. Not willing to work with your finances.

If you live in Northwest Indiana and you don't check out Deals of Steel your crazy. Best place that will work with you I went to all the surrounding lots and nope they didn't help like Deals did.
