I've purchased quite a few cars from the old owner of this company and I want to say wow what a difference to the new owners! Alyssa Rudisel, Justin Dunn, and Josh did an incredible job with my car purchase making my wife and I feel more than family. If I can give these guys a 10 star review I would. I vowed to never buy another vehicle from the X owner which name I will not put on the review. After seeing it has changed names I wanted to offer one more time my business to that company due to the product they sold. Highly extremely highly recommend stopping in and talking to the salesman Justin Dunn as he will take care of you as good as he took care of me and my wife!

Just leased a new Forester sport! First time leasing a car! My salesman James Hardman was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind and patient explaining the process! Josh Swanson (manager on the deal) made the process smooth and made me feel like family! Alyssa is a doll! Super bubbly and extremely helpful! The love encore program is awesome! The tour and information of the service department was great! Definitely have found the dealership and sales team I will continue to work with!

My wife and I had an absolutely phenomenal experience. We had the blessing of working with Kyle Denny. This was the first time we had walked through a vehicle purchase. He was incredibly diligent with explaining each step, detailing the process, and answering any questions we had along the way. Not only that, we had our 8 month old with us. Kyle, along with the entire Ziegler team, loved interacting with him.

My wife and I were referred to Zeigler to see John Pilatz and we couldn t be happier we did! He got my wife into a brand new 2024 Subaru Ascent Onyx and the process couldn t have been easier. VERY TRANSPARENT sales approach and a higher trade in value than the other dealer we were dealing with on our Chevy Traverse. If you re looking for a great dealership with an even better salesman go see my man John! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

On December 13th, 2023, my 2019 Subaru's battery decided to give up at a gas station in Lafayette, Indiana. The situation became more challenging as both my daughter and her friend were eager to return to Geneva, IL from Butler University. However, thanks to the quick response from service manager Kara Lee, our day took a positive turn.I called Kara, who promptly sent porter Brendan with a portable jump-start device. This came after a few unsuccessful attempts by a well-meaning local to help us car-to-car. Brendan worked his magic and got us started, allowing us to attempt a repair at Zeigler Subaru, which was less than 3 miles from the gas station.Service advisers Rich and Nicole were angels in disguise, guiding us through battery testing and ensuring a smooth journey back to Chicagoland. Kudos to the team for their prompt and effective assistance!

I came from out of town to buy an Outback at Zeigler Subaru of Lafayette and the entire experience from start to finish was excellent. John Pilatz helped me with this purchase and everything was as smooth and as easy as I could have possibly hoped for. I d recommend anyone that s considering buying a new/used vehicle to work with the staff at Zeigler Subaru. They ll make sure you have a good experience and make the car buying process seamless and easy. 10/10 would recommend Zeigler and the next time I m in need of a vehicle I ll be calling JP again.

Jordan was very helpful with both our Subaru purchases in February. We didn t feel pressured to buy anything and she was very knowledgeable about the entire buying process. We would recommend Jordan to others when they are looking to buy. Zeigler has changed the Subaru Dealership for the Better!

Didn t think it was possible, but My dealer John and financier Alex really came through in busting his butt to make sure I got into my dream car at a very reasonable price! I know they are new to the area, but there really is no competition in my town when it comes to Ziegler s. 10/10 recommend!

My wife and I purchased 2 used cars in February 2024, from Zeigler auto group with the help of Jordan. She was a huge help and answered all of our questions and made the buying process simple and painless. I would have to say it was the best car buying experience we ve ever had. The salesmanager didn t pressure us to buy the warranties. The sales manager from Rohrman Subaru was a complete jerk and I was glad to see he wasn t there when Ziegler took over.

This was the first time I bought a car from a dealer and James Hardman and was kind and patient as I had no idea what I was doing. I enjoyed working with him and it made the experience a little less intimidating. I would use him again if I ever need a car again.

incompetent staff!!Wife called in the morning to get out the door price on a car. They took information and said sales person will get back to her, hour later no text or call. I call and get the same story but this time I get text asking "what am I trying to accomplish"? I answer this genius question with a simple reply, trying to buy a car and need out the door price so I know how much cash to brjng.Three hours go by and no reply yet, I call back up and speak to somebody else and ask same question.I finally get a text with out the door price, I notice they charge a "LoJack fee" lol.So I call back up and they transfer me to a business manager and she informs me car has been sold 20 minutes ago. I inform her that I been trying to get a price since 8am in the morning but then proceed to ask why there is a $590 LoJack fee since I'm paying cash for car.She informs me they equip all their cars with a LoJack gps unit to protect their cars on the lot. That's ridiculous, I understand installing LoJack to protect your cars on lot but then charging customer a ridiculous almost $600 fee is bad business.Go somewhere else!!

I bought a 2023 legacy yesterday from Addison Martin. While I've been through the process before I have never had a more thoughtful salesman. I gave him a list of features I am looking for. Shortly after I received a personalized video of Addison throughly explaining all the features of the car and his personal favorite features. He even threw in some humor and made me laugh, which I genuinely appreciate. Closer to the time of our appointment I received another personalized video, where he had pulled the car up for us to see while we locate a parking spot and where to go and how to find him.Upon arrival Addison greeted my wife and I, then he described every feature of the car as if he had a checklist memorized. He left nothing for questions.If you made it this far into reading this review, I cannot recommend a salesman more than Addison Martin.Addison, if you're reading this, thank you for taking a stressful situation and making it painless.
