I had been searching for muffler delete from a few other websites and each one of them said items were in stock, then I received emails saying they were out of stock. I asked for return/order cancellation and was met with some less than desirable comments and actions.I decided to order through WRXDaily and while the same thing occurred with an item being out of stock, I received an unexpected and positive response. The team asked if they could find another item that was similar, and when I voiced my concern over the price they were able to work with me and find me something that would work. Additionally, the shipping only take a few days and will be here soon. I was pleasantly surprised with their response, understanding, and willingness to find a solution. I am just starting to customize my WRX and WRXDaily will be my first stop for everything I look to order.Great job to the entire team and I only wish I had the name of the staff who helped me arrange the alternate item, THANK YOU very much and I look forward to more business.

These folks are the way to go! I purchased a set of OLM Taillights for my VB WRX. When I received them I noticed they had hyperflash. I immediately emailed WRXdaily to try and see what the problem may be. Not only did they attempt to remotely troubleshoot, but they also expedited a replacement set to me. Unfortunately the issue persisted so I'm thinking it's an incompatibility with my aftermarket front turn signals. Regardless though, these folks never left me on seen nor did I have to follow up multiple times to get a response. I can honestly say this was a rare experience and one that will absolutely make me purchase from them again. If you wanna see a company's worth, contact them when you have problems and see how they respond. I've been very impressed from beginning to end with these folks and would recommend them to anyone.I'm still very happy with my tails and I'll most likely be just adding a secondary set of resistors to my front turn signals to keep the hyperflash away.

Bought a CF Hood for my FD RX-7. Awesome communication with a true " In Stock and ready to ship" status. Super fast shipment with tracking updates! Packaging was something out of a spacecraft it was so tightly bundled and packed. 10/10 will do business again!

**SCAMMER :: BUYER BEWARE**Same story noted by others, in previous reviews. Product did not function as advertised. WRXDaily refused to exchange under the company s stated policy. After a chargeback was filed with credit issuer, WRXDaily finally decided it would be easier to offer a refund. At this point it was too late; credit issuer explicitly stated that no further action was to be taken on my part until I was directed by credit issuer to do so.Mark @ WRXDaily provided false and MISINFORMATION in his response to credit issuer, painting a skewed perspective of the situation. My response has been provided to the credit issuer. I am confident the missing communication with Mark, omitted from his response to credit issuer, that has been provided by me to credit issuer, and the clarity given surrounding his misinformation that I highlighted in his response, will flush out any confusion for the credit issuer.Save yourself the time, heed the warnings of others and don t give this hack the time of day!!!!

Would give 10 stars if I could! We bought an iDoing head unit for my son s 2017 WRX. A couple months later he was rear ended and it was totaled. When we took out the unit I forgot to get all the cables. When I realized it I reached out to WRXDaily to see if they could give me any advice on where to find the cables. They responded within an hour and was able to help me get the cables I needed. They went out of their way to help me. If you are looking to upgrade your WRX you definitely need to buy from them. They look after their customers during and after the sell. You can t go wrong when doing business with them.

Bought a head unit, they sent the wrong one, no big deal. They refused to send a new one until I shipped the order back to them. OK! Ordered a second one thinking I'll just return the wrong one and the new one will be here in no time! WRONG! They never shipped the new order. Sent the first unit back, weeks pass, no refund no new head unit. Emailed over a dozen times, responses took 3-4 days. Finally after over a month I got tired of it, asking for a refund. They ignored me so I opened a PayPal case, also ignored. I had to wait for PayPal to TAKE the money from them so I could get my refund. Save yourself the time do NOT order from these guys. Terrible customer service. I'm sure they will try to justify this review, but save yourself the trouble, not worth it.

great service. The whole team was very easy to talk to and super easy to work with. I bought an Idoing system for my 2017 WRX and by mistake of my hand when ordering hit the wrong model. I was able to email the team back send back the Idoing unit for the right one.Thanks again.

This is the one of if not my favorite place to shop for my WRX. Pricing is always on point. The response time and courtesy of the employees is other worldly I, suggest you try them out. You'd be missing out if you didn't. Friendly and go the extra mile to resolve issues and help you OuT. Love it!

Ok so my son order a trunk lip for his car according to them they sent the item in which the item was shipped back to them. I have proof of the tracking information with the iteming being sent back. So then my son contacted them and spoke to someone which said to him that the reason for that was that they sent the wrong car part in which is understandable but now it's been a whole month and they have not sent in the car piece nor have they refunded my son his money. So I have decided to give this people one more day before I file a FTC. So hopefully they get back to me asap. I will keep you all posted. Moving on to Social media

I was very impressed with the quick responses when I had questions regarding a part on back order. Adrian was prompt and courteous in answering my emails. When my son decided not to wait on the part, Adrian made it very easy to order something else and paying the difference was a breeze.Once we ordered the IDoing head unit for my son's 2015 wrx sti, we were contacted via text in regards to making sure we received the correct unit. The person (I forgot their name, unfortunately) even sent photos of the 2 different stock units to malke sure we were on the same page and would receive exactly what we needed. We also received step by step directions for installation. My son loves the unit and I definitely recommend ordering from WRXDaily. As I know we will for future parts.

I ordered a carbon fiber wing and carbon fiber A-Pillar replacements for my STi.Unfortunately, they were damaged when they were delivered to me.I sent pictures of the damage and Mark took care of replacements immediately without hesitation.I absolutely love the products that I ve ordered from WRXDAILY and the customer service is phenomenal.If you re looking for quality products for your car and phenomenal customer service then you should order from WRXDAILY.

The car enthusiast s best store for a quality offering in parts and awesome sales staff and sales support.I received the APR carbon fibre side extensions for the 18 StI.Again these pieces are AWESOME ! Functional ,well finished and they exceed all my expectations.If you have a STI you want to get these real carbon fibre aero dynamic products from APR. The car is not complete without them.Application/Installation is straight forward. Best customer service ever!! I had an issue with my shipment with the shipping company last week and the owner spent half the day literally trying to figure out what was wrong and after numerous phone calls and investigating, he figured it out and he made sure that the shipment was picked picked up and sent out. Never had someone look into something so in depth. Will be doing business with them again!!
