Hi trucker friends I had the best experience at the international dealership in Lafayette Indiana. I was nervous before I went in and Josh the Service advisor rest assured me that I will be well taken care of. Then I met Mary the service manager I call her Boss Lady and she took great care of my truck not to mention I was in and out in a dood time. Just wanted to say thanks to the entire staff over there I m a happy customer and a happy customer is a customer for life.

I have sent my guys in to this location on more than one occasion and each time have been beyond satisfied with the whole experience. We have gotten in and out in extremely reasonable amounts of time and the price has always been fair!! One of the best international dealerships I have dealt with in the country!!

Very rude and unprofessional. Our truck was towed to their shop last night under a promise it will be looked at this morning. This morning we were told it will be looked at and they will let me know in 2 hours at most. After 3 and a half hours, the man started yelling at me how he has other trucks in line before mine and I will probably have to wait until Monday. AVOID THIS SHOP!

We were pulling a trailer with an Argo 8x8 UTV which we purchased in Arkansas. We hadn t made it home yet and the trailer s wiring harness went out. We still had to get home. In my 24 years of driving one of the most positive experiences I've had for a break down wiers has a great team of personnel here from the parts team to maintenance absolutely no price gouging on repairs with a Great estimate before they start work also will provide shuttle service for driver which is very convenient ,I like the idea that they stand completely behind what they do and want you to feel comfortable with the work you wanted done will go over everything with you before you depart I Highly recommend wiers international for any type of maintenance work done on your truck!! This was an amazing stop for us! Even though it was unexpected they took take care of us in every wat! Thank you to Josh, Tim and Mary for getting us in quick and out even quicker, even letting us stay in their lot with our big class A RV with a car attached until they could get to us! They even let us chill inside all day with our service dogs as well.Our Motorhome was losing power to the fuse box so we would lose all acceleration, brakes, steering and it would shut off. They were upfront and honest about expectations and also gave us options!They even took the time to fix our exhaust on the generator.If you are having any issues RV related give them a call! Stopped here on our way to the Indiana Dunes! We just bought our camper a month ago and as we started our drive down the highway our siding was falling off. The technicians here were very helpful and nice! They riveted the metal together within 10 minutes and sent us on our way! Would definitely recommend and would come back for any RV issues if ever in the area! Thank you for helping us and relieving some stress before our holiday weekend camping trip! We appreciate it very much!

Had a great experience with Wiers! Brought our truck in for some emissions problems. Tim and Josh were able to take care of us quickly despite some delays with our warranty company. We would not hesitate to bring our truck back here!

We had our older RV towed here after talking to Tim and Josh about the issues we were having. They communicated throughout the process, often having Scott, the mechanic join the call. We were given detailed explanations and choices at every turn. At pick up they took time to walked us through everything that had to be done and what preventative maintenance we should do going forward.

100% recommend this place. Mary and the entire service department were fantastic. My dealer in Peoria IL installed a part improperly and it went bad 6 miles from Lafayette IN. Wiers didn t have the part but immediately went and got it and had me going again in 3 hours. Thanks again!

Had to have my truck towed to their shop. The mechanics were able to get right on it as soon as it got there. Within 24 hours their team had my truck diagnosed, radiator replaced and my truck rolling. They're very professional and were so good to my driver. Having a truck break down on the road so far from home can be a nightmare, they definitely made the experience a lot less painful. I would 10/10 recommend them!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We had a serve light come up on our super c international rv. We called service and they bring over and they would scan it! Found out the problem in 5 minutes!! This is my first delivery to this Adli's.I didn't see any issues as the other drivers complained about.What I did see, unprofessional truck drivers, no one following safety rules.They are acting ignorant.No safety vest, no flashing lights when they're backing up, they're staying on their phones when they are doing the backup.Drivers, fix your issues and stop complaining about the shippers and the receivers.

The only International Dealer in Indiana that I recommend. Started having work done here a little over a year ago. Service keeps getting better every time. Staff in parts and service are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Good shop staffed with friendly people. If you need to bring a rig in, they can usually start work on it immediately. I had to wait a day for a part to be delivered and the shop workers were nice enough to drive me back and forth to a nearby hotel. Very pet friendly as well.

Broke down with a oversize load on =in26Got over to the shop sat morning . There was only three guys there , part's and two mechanic's . These professional employee's took time out and helped me with the problem . Greats group of guys I have seen in a long time . By the way the problem was the international shop in ft smith ar did not do the job I paid them for over 3k . These guys fixed it and only charged 280.00 parts and labor on a Saturday . Great job I can not say enough good about them .

After having issues with another RV Shop in huntsville, Alabama. The guys here were able to not only correct their mistakes but made sure all the electrical was fixed through out our trailer. They also did few other things we asked that the other shop was not able to do properly. Wish we had more time in the local area to get other things done but the main issue was resolved. completely satisfied with their work, professionalism and getting it done in a timely manner. Also, they are set up to take our Voyager card that we use for the military.Service: Electrical

Just wanted to take a moment to thank this fantastic team. I visited on my way home from being OTR all week. Had a stop engine light due to carbon clogging a pass through between the engine and EGR. Had the truck towed there Thursday night and Josh had me on my way before noon the next day. He ensured me the night before they would prioritize this repair as I had some frozen skids in the box. He did not disappoint. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Courtesy pickup from my hotel as well!

I really enjoyed my experience with Wiers. They got my truck in and out. I broke down drove it up to this location they immediately diagnosed it then pulled into the shop and I knew within 45mins wat was wrong with my truck.. Although I had to fix the same issues I thought I already repaired with Rush International a complete joke and robbed me for my money Wiers made it all right and I definitely recommend if in the area. Found a leak on the accumulator on the chassis a/c of my motor home right before we were leaving for a trip. I called Wiers and not only did Josh reassure me they could fix it, he sourced the parts and had them on their way before I could even get my rv to him!
