It was early in the morning, they had just opened.. sometimes that can be a chaotic time to get service somewhere, but they were ready to go. The inside cashier, a woman whom I forget what her name is, was very pleasant, and took care of us quickly. We had two cars to get oil changed, and they were done in like 10-15 minutes; we weren't even finished shopping yet. They also added fluid to my windshield wipers, which was much appreciated. I will always go here for my oil change as well as any other minor issues that I may have that aren't covered by warranty. Thank you Walmart Auto. This was about a month ago that I had the oil change done

Checked in for flat repair. Got text saying service was started while sitting in waiting area. 45 mins later nothing. Go to look and van isn't in there. Turns out the tread was to low for them to do anything. Waiting for nothing. Had we been contacted or told we could have gotten a new tire on it or at least have not sat amd waited for so long! Employee said he doesn't have anything to do with the notification amd he goes in and out and doesn't know who's vehicle is whos. They didn't call our name over intercom or even look in the waiting area.

Amazing and caring crew!! I can't say enough about how exceptional my service was yesterday. The whole team went above and beyond. Want to thank them all. John,Bill,Robin and Brenda. Your kindness and effort didn't go unnoticed.

Last night the door was locked before 7 pm and no one would let me in. This morning door is again locked and there's not even anyone to see me knocking. At least last night I could see the employees behind the locked door. This morning I can't even see any employees at all. If they close early and open late what's the protocol for that? There's no sign on the door and all the lights inside are on.

They were really helpful and managed to work me in on short notice, even though they were busy and I didn't have an appointment. Price was reasonable and they were able to get my car taken care of quickly

We found a screw in one of our tires on our way through Lafayette for vacation. The Walmart Auto Care Center was open on a Sunday (when most other places were closed), and they replaced our tire quickly and efficiently. We were able to get back on the road without a long delay. We were very appreciative for their quick work!

They had my tires in stock, on Black Friday, with special pricing for Black Friday, and they got it done that day. Totally amazing and unexpected!

If I could give zero stars I would !!! I so regret coming here, this my first time in Lafayette, needed an oil change, and decided to come to this Walmart to get that done. The guys working on my car as I m looking at them through the door window was just laughing , talking & goofing around while working on my car I ve had for over a year now with no problems. Now I m no mechanic but there shouldn t have been lots & lots of oil pouring down to the floor. I have to now bring my car in to a mechanic so my motor doesn t bust. These people act like children & incompetent, it s a waste of time & money AVOID !!!Service: Oil change

Not the fastest but seems like that's due to lack of staff/resources. People are nice and to the point. I found out I needed new tires and had four new ones within a few short hours for a fair price.

I got here at 4:38. There was a guy that works there looking at me the whole time that I was waiting to be attended. Finally the lady ask me at 5:00 what do I need, when I told her "oil change" the guy told her no because they were book for the night. And there was NO CARS INSIDE THE SHOP. customer service at this place is the worst! Don't waste your time coming to this place. Ah! And it close at 7pm

Can't speak on their quality.. but I called to inquire on their oil change prices at around 6pm. I got the price and said "okay, I'll head that way then."I was not told that they stop accepting work at a certain time. I walked in a 6:34, told the guy I wanted a synthetic high mileage oil change. He let me know they that they close at 7, and have to have all of their work done by then. It would take 30 minutes for an oil change, so it would be cutting it close, but they couldn't do it because they already had 2 cars waiting...Thanks for wasting my time and gas for nothing I guess. Really appreciate it. It really isn't hard to tell people over the phone that you wouldn't be able to accept my car tonight, before I drove in to town.

Went there for a battery and it was $50 less than another place quoted me. They installed the battery for free and took 10 minutes to install the battery and air up the tires. Would absolutely recommend and will be back...

So I waited half an hour to try to get my oil changed because it is first come first serve and you can't make an appointment (which I tried) only to be told that even though my car was next that since they close in 45 minutes and they didn't have any overtime hours that I would have to come back. The ads say "keep your car rolling" but they omit the part that follows "keep your car rolling next door, to get better help at places like Pep Boys."

I'm just not happy first time I used the order and pick up at any place. Totally messed up...missing items..stuff i didnt ordered ... i just want my money back..I was getting I have to wait speech ...I just started crying...if I get my money refunded to my account

They do a good job on the work quality, only had a couple of mechanics working and one bay going. Said they were short handed. Not the first time I've seen this. Would like to see a better incentive or better selection in hiring that will keep workers working and not short handed.

Normally never have an issue with any auto center I have ever been at brought my car in for a flat because I m out of town and figured it d be faster than dealing it with myself. Expected to be here only 30 minutes there was only one customer in front of me and they were finishing up on her car as I came in. But now it s been an hour later they filed 2 cars in before mine telling me my car won t be seen for another 2 hours.

My mom and I found I bump on my cars tire in the middle of a 16h Roadtrip. Chris and Jerwin went out of their way on a Sunday evening to find a new tire and install it. Well above and beyond their job description. We are beyond grateful and impressed by them.

Terrible service, as always. Went into this particular one and I couldn't find anyone taking care of the service desk! I called and called but know answer. So I went in because it just happened to be that I was within a mile from this particular Walmart! Woman who was supposed to be taking care of the desk was hiding in the back obviously hiding, was on her cell phone! When finally got her attention she was rude and didn't want to help me with a road Hazzard warranty that I had purchased at this store. I wish I would have gotten her name and I would have but I was so upset by her lack of caring that I had to get out of there! To the manager of this store, she was working the afternoon shift on a Saturday a month and a half ago. Very rude individual I help manage a multi million dollar line with 60 plus people so I understand how people can be but I would definitely walk this one to the door and tell her not to return.

Frequently come here to get my oil changed. Kind of hit and miss if you can get in and out of there within an hour. Usually wait until I have to do some shopping. Weekday mornings, and early weekend mornings are the best bets. You have to show up to find out the wait time. They do a lot for your money, except this trip they forgot to vacuum the floors. Will also install air filters and wiper blade at just the cost of the items.

Not good service when they state they carry your tires and you arrive and the tires are not in storage, they try to sell you a higher priced tire.

They waisted my time because they are not equiped with proper tools to loosen a bolt on my car to change the oil. Waited without notice, then was told after an hour they couldn't do it.

Laziest and slowest people around. Like to walk around chitchatting doing nothing. Waited for an hour. The technician Tim there get walking around but would not start working on a new customer. Worst service.

Walmart is convenient and always has everything I need. It's priced well, the staff is friendly and helpful. I shop at Walmart more than any other store.

Slooooooooow. Both business and the service. would hate to see this place when it's busy. Price was alright but nothing special. Not sure there's anything about this experience to actively bring me back, though nothing but speed was lacking.
