Took my car to this place to change tires. I had 3 rims damaged before, so I didn t worry much about those, but the 4th was a new rim and they scratched it in a few places its front. They obviously didn t bother to inspect it before and after I ve got the car back and inspected the job all rims had some new scretches and the new one was the worst. I washed the wheels before going to them specifically to make it clear what damage was there before and make sure they don t add more. The main manager shamelesly said that it was scratched before they took it in and called me problematic. Besides, they do not use any rubber bushings on their jacks so underbody got a couple of new dents from the jacks; they lifted car not properly checking for the places where it s supposed to be lifted -- they bent underbody plastic by jacks a bit. Front caliper had a clear sign of a rim hitting it, they don t really care about your rims hitting the brake rotors when taking them off. I m not even talking about dents on the inner sides of the rims from the machine holding the rim.Guys are also not aware of existence of tire pressure calculator and will put the pressure from the door sticker regardless of the tire size; and the main manager claims he s in tire business for 15 years.To their credit, when I first visited and asked if they can do a proper job the manager said that there s some little change that they can damage the rims, and I guess it meant that they would not be responsible for it.Rims damaged, some more damage on the underbody and lifting points, it s irreversible, but if this review will save your car -- I consider it served its purpose. If you value your car - this place is not for you. If dealership asks under $500/4wheels go there, you ll save on damage.If you re from management of Tire Barn, or maybe its owner, reading this, contact me and I ll tell you how to make your service better.

I got a great deal on a brake pad and rotor replacement. I called 8 or 9 shops in Lafayette and Tire Barn had the best price. The guys at the desk were very knowledgeable. They didn't try to sell me parts and services I did not need, like a lot of other places were trying to do. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I have very hard tires to find. Tire Barn not only had them in stock, but got them changed and had me back on the road in under 30 minutes. Would give 10 stars if I could be a that s fantastic with short notice and on a FRIDAY!!! Staff was excellent! Recommend them to anyone needing tires!

Superb service and quick repair of my tire. Was able to make a quick phone appointment with James and was in and out within 20 minutes. They checked all my tires and brake pads and were not pushy and were very courteous. Definitely would return and highly recommend this location. Thank you

4 new tires put on the van. Staff was helpful, actually they have ALWAYS been very helpful, and that is the # 1 reason I always choose TireBarn! Sure there are plenty of other places to go, but TireBarn has always treated me right!!!!

Took my girlfriends car to discount tire and without even looking at it they wanted us to buy 4 new tires after we told them we only wanted a repair. We came over to Tire Barn and they go the repair done in 30 minutes. These guys gave us a great experience and were honest with us. Recommend them to anyone!

Great service! We were traveling from Chicago to Gatlinburg when the steering wheel started pulling left very hard. We quickly searched around and ended up at Tire Barn. They took us in right away and fixed the problem with an alignment in great time to send us on our way. They were professional and quick! We appreciate you guys!

awesome experience went to get a tire patched yesterday. Got it done within like 45 minutes when getting it back in the evening I noticed a sound coming from that area and I called and they had me come back in and something actually was sent and they fixed it at no charge! definitely recommend

Been here several times and hadn't been in a couple years. I went in for an alignment and upon getting my truck back my lower suspension bolts were loose, my truck pulled hard to the right and my steering wheel was at a 45 degree angle. I called and informed them and set an appointment for them to correct the issue. I came back and they said they realigned and all the bolts are tightened now. All they did was get me steering wheel to look good and the truck still pulls hard to the right. Refused to give me the receipt to show they realigned it and my whole front end is brand new. There is absolutely zero reason for my truck to be pulling to the right as hard as it does. Took it home to do a simple string test and it shows the front right tire is pointing out and that's causing the pulling to the right. I'll never go back to this place. Messed it up the first time, gave them a chance to correct it. Now I've been there twice for an alignment within two weeks and they screwed it up a second time.

We took my husbands truck in for new tires a few weeks/month ago. When we got home my husband said they switched out his rims. His were like new, clean to where they were spotless (this is how he keeps his whole truck inside & out) & the ones they put on have rust spots & filthy & not the ones that were on it when we took it in. Sad thing is, we can t prove it! My husband has been obsessing over it since. He believes he found them for sale in a neighboring state!

Came in 30 min before they closed with a tire that wouldn t hold air, and still needed to get to Chicago. They took the time to inspect the tire, and while they didn t have the tire in stock (it s a specialty tire), they put the spare on and identified the problem within 15 minutes. Really appreciate the service and just wanted to shout this location, great customer service in a pinch.

James the front desk person was very very rude. I m disabled and they did nothing to help. I ve used their services since I was in college (many many years ago).Brought tires with road warranty about 2 1/2 years ago. Less than 20,000 miles on them They kept losing air. Went back three different times. The last time I know it was cold but I only had 22 pounds of pressure in my front tire. I asked if they could put air in the front tire. I was told I needed to wait for 4/5 cars to get serviced or make an appt on Friday. Because I m unable to get out of the car without the assistance of two canes I was unable to get air. I was told not to come back for service even though I have a road warranty guarantee that I paid extra for.I was appalled. I guarantee you I was not rude obviously he was having a bad day but whatever they lost my business.

I brought my vehicle in for a alignment and have tire balance. I told them about a issue with the lower control arms and they said they would take care of it. Recieved my vehicle back driving worse than before I brought it to them. Found out they didn't address the control arm issue according to the serviceman. Found my drivers seat broken and it wasnt before and was told they were not responsible. So I ended up with a $135 tire balance and a vehicle that drove worse than before I brought it to them and with a now broken driver's seat. I will not recommend anyone take anything vehicle service related to them.

Called and spoke I believe with Erick on the problem I had and what I needed, asked about coming in, timing to adress my problem etc. Friendly phone service. In store visit followed up with Erick, personable professional and just a good guy, got my problem fixed super fast, offered multiple cost options, and promptly called me when the service was completed. Just about a perfect customer experience....

I went to the Lafayette, IN store for a tire rotation and oil change.After 1 hour, my car was brought back to front parking lot and tech was starting to tighten lug nuts when the manager yelled something out to the tech, who then drove my car back into the shop. I asked the manager what happened and he said oil was leaking. See pictures of the oil in the parking space where my car was parked. I also asked why my lug nuts were being tightened in the parking lot and he said that s what they do.Another 1.5 hours later, I looked thru the window into the shop and noticed the tech slam my car door into a post. I ran to look at damage and the manager came after me. He was screaming and then started shoving me backwards with his body to get me out of shop area. I am a 63 year old grandmother on disability with spine issues, fibromyalgia and a broken foot and the managers shoving nearly caused me to fall over a tire. I was completely frazzled.My driver s side door is damaged and there is oil all over my engine compartment, on the carpet and leather interior is smudged. Due to my disabilities, I will have to pay to have cleaned.I paid my bill and, when leaving, noticed the tech didn t reset the oil change indicator. Once home, I realized he never finished tightening the lug nuts.I now have to take my car somewhere else to have the lug nuts tightened and to confirm oil isn t leaking.My fibromyalgia had also flared up due to being shoved.

Today my tire pressure was low. It was negative degrees and I was unable to get air from the gas station or figure out how low they were. I went to 3 gas stations. I stopped in and asked if they could check my pressure. I was told they didn t have their machines on. My husband wasn t answering and I had my 2 kids in the car. He didn t even ask if I had gotten my tires from there NOTHING! My husband said I should have given him my receipt, but I was not thinking. I m not going back there! How inconsiderate!

Had a slow leak in one of the car tires of my wife's car, brought to our attention by the low pressure indicator on the dashboard. Of course, it's Sunday and very few places who repair tires are opened. However, Google Maps indicated that the Tire Barn was opened until 5 pm. Called them to see if I could get it done on Sunday, and the answer was yes. 1 hour later, I was walking out their door with the tire repaired and no longer needed to worry about my wife driving her car. Thank you Tire Barn, Lafayette, Indiana.

Made an appointment the same day I got a flat. I showed up 30 mins early and they helped me right away. They got me a new tire very quickly. They were helpful and friendly and very quick.

Getting a flat tire is never fun. Luckily, I was right next to Tire Barn, and they were able to immediately put my spare on (no charge for this), and order me a new tire. As soon as the tire has arrived, they were able to get me in right away to change it out again. They have a super friendly staff that was able to make a bad situation manageable!

They checked out a tire I had patched by other people and showed me how the bubbling was so bad that they should ve never patched it in the first place they then got me set up with a new tire and it was done within at most 15 minutes. So all around great place so

Had some stuff done at this store they are quick at what they done and the hospitality is amazing for sure thanks for ur alls services that u all do for sure won t go anywhere else. They also went over the prices and explained to me witch tire was the best to buy

Do not trust these people. First time I ever came here they told me all 4 of my tires were the wrong size. They then charged me for 4 new tires. I drive away confused and hear my tires scraping on my car to find out the idiot behind the counter looked up the wrong car!!!! They put my life in danger by putting 4 tires on my car that were too big and could have busted if I drove too far.Stupid me came back for a second time for two front tires. They change them out (right size this time) but now my car shakes like crazy!!! Didn t shake before they changed the tires!! I take my car back and they tell me it is not their fault! These people are idiots and hire anyone off the streets to work for them. Do not trust them!!

Good prices and service. Only issue is they filled 36PSI tires to only 28-29PSI. After filling them at the gas station no further issues.

Very poor customer service. They wouldn't cover a damaged tire even though I had the road hazard. The employee told it was totally safe to drive on even with a big gouge in the sidewall.
