So FAST! My Husband thought that the price was fair. The men were all very nice and polite, friendly, and respectful of me and my vehicle. I couldn t be happier with my service. I got greeted with a cold water and a frozen Reese s Take 5. No lines. Everyone was beyond nice. Super quick. It was more than I could ask for. They weren t pushy with me needing new everything. I ll never go to Jiffy Lube again!

Popped in for an oil change and I was well taken care of. The team was quick, courteous, and took care of all my needs. I liked that when I pulled into the bay, I was provided with a bottle of water. The manager came over when things were wrapped up to ask if I had any questions or concerns and if I was happy with the service, which I was. As a bonus, part of their service is I can return any time between now and my next service date to top off other fluids.

The guys did a fast, efficient job on my Subaru Accent!!!! They were all very polite and friendly also! The manager even came over, introduced himself and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my service! This Army family thanks you for the discount given with proof of ID!!!! Great job guys!!!! We will be back!

Always a happy experience. The guys there are fast. Efficient. Attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend to any of my friends, and I have, to go to Take 5 Oil Change for efficient and secure work needed. They're also happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have with a phone call or while you're there.

Wonderful experience! They were kind, courteous and very helpful. Explained my tire sensors to me and pulled all the air filters to show me they did not need changed at this time! I will definitely go back and encourage my friends to do the same!

I showed up a little late right at closing they took me anyway, that was so professional of Take 5 Oil Change. I appreciate your excellent service. My oil was low and I didn't have anywhere else to go on a Sunday. They changed my oil and they also change the air filter at a very reasonable price. It's hard to find someone to service Fiat and they had everything I needed. They also support the military and I was able to get our military discount. Thank you Take 5 oil change.JamOnStella

First time customer:Best customer service around greated with a big smile, take 2 bar and bottle water for me and my passenger. Was in a out in 10 minutes. Phillip and another take 2 employee were great very professional and polite.Julian the Manager came and asked how everything was well it was great checked all fluids and filled them. Also an employee worker on another car popped his head up and said have a great day.Best customer service I have had in a long time they left me with a smile on my face. Thank you all. Lynn P.S. My first take 5 experience and I could not be more happy. Julian took his time to explain things on oil and the wiper blade. James talked us through the quick process and was very friendly when we wanted to use our military discount. I don t believe I talked to Kevin or Nathan but they deserve a shout out too. I left the window down to hear and the entire team worked well with each other. We will definitely be back!!

Was greeted with water and a take 5 candy bar. They even gave us fruit snacks and juice for our kiddos. Philip, Scooter, James, and Kevin all did an amazing job. They weren t pushy at all and were extremely knowledgeable! This is the only place I take all of my vehicles always great customer service and extremely fast! Thank you guys so much.

I was just frustrated yesterday about what happened to my car, But this shop gives a great Customer Service. They really take quick actions and they take responsibility if there are problems occur. Big shout out to JAMES and SCOOTER. I remembered scooter cause he did changed oil my car on my first two visits in take 5 oil change, and he was amazing. Also, Thank you James for being cool about the problem today, you're awesome!!! And for the others, Improvement can make a difference. Make sure everything is okay, cause Cars now has a big part of our daily lives. You guys are awesome! Thankyou for all of your doings!!!!

Morgan is a great guy. While checking my fluids and filters he found a bird in my air filter. I don't think either of us will forget that any time soon. Great service both times I've been there. I was in need of an oil change. I drive a little over a hundred miles to work everyday and thought I would take a chance and see if I could get in before the end of the day. All the guys were cleaning, but didn t say anything other nice greetings and excellent service. I told them I could come back, they insisted that I pull into the bay and they would fix me up very thorough checks were done and the oil was changed. I highly recommend. Thanks guys!

A WOW experience! All of the employees were working together, great communication, a very comforting atmosphere, and it was such an effortless experience. As a young woman going to an auto shop sometimes the energy can be weird, but NOT here! They were all so polite and kind. I will definitely be getting my oil changed or whatever I need done at take 5!

Yall I hate getting my oil changed as much as the next person but this place is somewhere I ll come back to.Not once did I feel like I was being up-charged at all.Everyone was very respectful towards all women - really, all customers - that came through.The manager Khalid gave honest recommendations with explanations. He even took a look at my air filter and gave me recommendations on how to clean it myself.Thanks guys!

I've been getting my car's oil changed at the South Street Take 5 Oil Change Shop for a couple of years. They do a terrific job every time! They greet you with a smile and a gift of bottled water and a snack. Never have to wait long since they have 3 service bays and plenty of guys. VERY respectful and they will take the time to answer any questions.

I never write reviews, but the service was so incredible that I whipped out my phone as soon as we pulled away. The staff were very friendly and didn t try to upsell us on anything. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes (as per the name), and they even filled our tires as well. Wonderful service that I just had to write about.

Yesterday was my first oil change visit And one of the guys came out and talk to me, was very polite and kind. Another guy guided me into the garage area and gave good instructions on what to do and explain to me what kind of oil I needed for my van. I was very pleased when it was all done, and I will be coming back to get my oil changed again.

They instantly came to the car with a water and snack for myself. Then noticed I had children and brought them drinks and snacks as well. Everyone was very polite and informative. They never were pushy about upselling. It was quick and very convenient to not chase my kids around a waiting room. I will definitely be going back!

I ve had my oil changed multiple times at Take 5 and always had a friendly and professional crew - and this time was even better. I went in when my car reported it was at 0% oil life. When my technicians checked it, they told me that they would change it if I wanted, but that it was still incredibly clean and didn t really need to be changed for another couple thousand miles. That s what happens when a company has the confidence to value long term customer relationships and trust over short term profits. It means I trust them when they make recommendations. (They ve checked my air filter each time I ve gone in and have always found it clean and not in need of changing.) I would never go anywhere else for an oil change; Take 5 has earned my business for the long haul.

The workers here are different than the usual oil changing drunks around town; they're very friendly, very polite, and always try to have fun and make the experience really nice in general.They remembered both my wife and I, what we drove, and some of the things we talked about. Excellent service, is go back here even if it were twenty bucks cheaper across the street knowing my cars are at least being taken care of right.

I can not recommend them enough. A very friendly, professional, and kind staff. An amazing oil top off policy and with an engine that burns oil this is very useful. They give you a snack and a water with your visit. They tell you what they do under the hood. I love going here for oil changes

Is it strange to say I enjoy going to get my oil changed?. The crew seem upbeat and always respectful. I have 3 vehicles that I bring for service and will soon to be 4. I don t know if it s all Take 5 locations or just this group. I thank you all for the service you provide and wish nothing but health and prosperity for all of you.

I recently visited Take 5 Oil Change and was thoroughly impressed with their service. The staff were not only professional and competent, but they also worked with a sense of urgency, completing the oil change in about 30 minutes. What stood out to me was the unique waiting experience - I stayed in my car during the service, which was convenient and comfortable. The staff were not only friendly but also displayed a great sense of humor, making the visit more enjoyable. The price for the service was reasonable, and I would definitely recommend them to others for their efficiency, professionalism, and friendly service.

I definitely recommend this place, we showed up and come to find out they didn t have the oil for our truck. We went and purchased our own oil, and came back. And have them take over the rest, definitely recommend coming back. They treated our vehicle just like their own. Definitely coming back! Appreciate everything you did for us. God bless you guys

We got an oil change, didn t have to leave our vehicle, and only took 15 mins total! The manager (can t remember his name, Calid maybe? Sorry!!) and James, we re SUPER helpful, kind, and explained everything! Just a TAD pricey, but to me, I m willing to pay more to have great customer service too! Would definitely go back and recommend!! Thanks guys for keeping me on the road and for being so great!

I made the mistake of going to Walmart for my last oil change and could tell it just wasn t right. I chose to come to this location and I m so incredibly glad I did. Your entire crew made me feel so at ease with how detailed they were in showing me every part they were doing. 100% recommend this shop! Will be going here for every oil change after this experience! Plus who doesn t love candy while they wait they re addicting!The crew I had that day was absolutely amazing and hilarious. They went above and beyond!
