Great people super helpful went in to get some new tires out on they accidentally punctured a hole in me rear tire with the bead breaker but were super professional about it and covered the replacement cost and got me a new tire super quickly! Definitely a great place to shop at and do business with!

Highly recommend Spykes. The customer service is always top notch. I had a couple small issues after my bike was serviced by them and when I brought the issues up they did not try to argue or anything they just wanted to know how they could make it right. They easily could have not done anything for me but instead offered multiple solutions, all of which were more than fair. They have definitely gained my loyalty.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, and great deals! Have some really nice bikes in the store and are able to negotiate the prices. If your in the market to buy a top of the line motorcycle, I would highly recommend this dealer. The store is new and getting new inventory daily! They sell new and used bikes at prices that will not be beat!

Excellent service department has an email that they will answer about questions concerning your KTM.For instance converting an off-road RFS engine into a street-legal machine there's a capacitor underneath the gas tank that is required between the battery in the CDI to filter the noise in the ignition signals.

Drove 3+ hours after buying a '23 bike from them to get more parts. Great prices and even better service from Justin and his team. Even more awesome now that they sell TacoMoto! Can't say enough good about Justin's practical and down to earth knowledge of these machines, and most importantly, he's a straight shooter, no BS.

Awesome service, have done nothing but make me happy and meet me needs. Employees want you to walk out the door happy. Its 3 hours away from me and ill make my journey there just for this shop and it's customer service. Always good prices compared to other stores. I'm the kind of person who never does reviews and they genuinely deserve this one. Keep it up Spykes!

There are good dealerships and bad dealerships, and then there are the rare great dealerships like this one. I ve been a Spyke s customer for about 2.5 years now, and I continuously refer others to this shop. The owner and employees are friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, professional, down-to-earth, and surpass extremely high expectations of customer service. You ll find yourself wanting to continue the conversation with a member of the team here, long after you got what you came into the shop for. In the rare case of an oversight, they will take care of the customer and make it right. Everyone here will know your name, and make sure you get the service you are looking for. The level of customer service from this dealership is so great, that it played a major role in my decision of what bike I purchased I bought from this team because I knew the ownership experience would be great. A few of my great memorable experiences have been: one of the employees answering two straight hours of questions regarding a bike purchase, a hand-delivered part, and interactive in-person education on an engine rebuild. I could tell you about all the great experiences I ve had here, but it would probably be best if you go in and experience it for yourself. Visit them, and be amazed.

Justin at Spyke s is great to work with! I needed some technical info on WP forks and shock for my son s Husky TC85. Justin emailed me the info on a Sunday night! I d say that s top notch customer service. I will definitely be looking them up in the future for all my Husky/KTM parts in the future.

Incredible dealer! Knowledgeable and easy to work with. I ride a Honda and they order all the OE and aftermarket parts I want. Great customer service. Highly recommend them for anything bike related.Update after two years. Best bike dealer I have ever dealt with. Sold my Honda and bought a KTM purely because of Spyke's.

10/10 experience. Justin was very helpful and easy to work with. I also appreciate the KTM/Husqvarna/GasGas demo days they host every once in awhile. The demo days were a huge factor in why my brother and I both bought bikes from Spykes.

Purchased the majority of my riding gear here. Staff was very helpful, better price than online stores, and majority of the gear was in stock! No hassle of ordering online and it not fitting correctly.Recommend Spykes to anyone, regardless of what manufacturer you re loyal to.

Heard great things about Spykes and tried them out this winter for a WP shock revalve and spring despite the long drive from Chicago to Lafayette IN.I was so impressed with the combination of professionalism, kindness, and absolute attention to getting every little detail right. The work was exemplary, on time and under the expected cost due to some warranty efficiencies I was unaware of. Perfect experience.Three months later I was in the market for a new bike. The fact that Spykes had sold out of the model I was looking for didn't stop them. Justin went out of his way to locate the exact machine I wanted and delivered at the most competitive price.I'm done looking for the best dealer. Proceed with confidence.

Knowledgeable friendly staff, no high pressure annoying sales tactics good prices good selection of parts and gear and priced fair, actually saved money over ordering it online myself. Can't ask much more than that. Will definitely be buying more parts and gear from them. Can't really find anything negative so far keep up the good work guys.

I cannot begin to say how much of a help these guys have been. I have used these guys for gear purchasing, repairs for both a KTM brand and my older Buell, buying performance parts and buying a bike. Every time I have gone through them for any of these, it has been painless, fast and professional. I will not take my bike to any other dealer because you cannot beat their prices or expertise.I could go on forever about it but take my word. Awesome shop, awesome work. Keep doing what you're doing.

So today, for the first time, I went to Spyke's KTM in Lafayette In. I actually went there twice. Once on my way to get a Dirt bike for my son and once on my way back. Had a different employee help me each time. Anyway I just want to say that the level of customer service and friendliness there was like I have only seen maybe once or twice in my lifetime!! I mean to tell every brick and mortar business out there, if you want to see how customer service is done, visit Spyke's KTM.

Great place on the first impression, while I was there the staff and owner was very helpful and was quick to make me feel welcome..definitely reccomend anyone who has questions and is looking for anything you may need from parts to apparel to helmets, to be and used bikes!! Great place and will continue to visit this place, just wish the service department wasn't so backed up, but that's a good sign because they are very good at what they do.. I'll just have to wait in line.. Thanks to all the staff at Spykes..

Legendary. Really, I experienced customer service to the same level of those legendary stories told in business 101. After having issues with a front wheel "fixed" by another dealership, I brought the bike to the Spykes shop. They diagnosed the issue quickly, provided an interim solution, and ultimately corrected the problem. Out of this world service.

Although I have a Yamaha and not a KTM I would still recommend this place to everyone in the area. While on 65, about 7 miles away from the shop my chain snapped, I gave these guys a call about 3 minutes before they closed and they still came to pick me up and replace my chain in a very timely manner. Thanks guys!

On a trip with my fianc�. I called ahead and said I was having trouble with my 1190. David the mechanic met me outside and already knew the whole story. Within 2 minutes they had my bike hooked up to the computer and the problem was solved. I was in and out in 20 minutes. These guys are great. Two thumbs up!
