I came in for a dent repair. Rick gave me an estimate which is a couple of hundreds dollars less than all the other ones I had at that time. You can see the "before and after" pictures. I am happy with the quality of work. This is a one man shop, he's amazing. Would recommend.

I am so grateful for Rick, the owner of the shop. I am a full time student and work as a delivery driver, so I use my vehicle almost every day. He was able to fix my car while I was on spring break and did an amazing job within the time I needed it done. Not only that, but the price was extremely affordable compared to the other quotes I had gotten. So thankful for the amazing work he did repairing my car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

After my VW Golf was creamed by a hit and run, I took it to R&W...It was a real mess, the entire driver's side door was smashed and the A pillar bent.The owner, Rick, did the job ! I got the car back and it looked better than BEFORE the accident ! Rick is awesome! He is so polite and knowledgeable about what he does. I had a pretty deep scratch in the side of my car and he was able to have it fixed for me within a week. My car looks good as new! RW Collision provides great customer service and quality car repair. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience and would recommend RW Collision to others without hesitation.

Rick is honest, up front about things and fast turn around. He was good about returning calls, and on time estimate. Repair was great. One thing I noticed when he was outside turning a vehicle back over to it's owner... Several people honked and waved at him while driving past. If you meet him you will instantly like him!

Rick does a great job! He was able to fully repair and replace components to fix my car for several hundred less than the competition! I will definitely use his services again!

This is a story about trust and honesty...While at Purdue, my daughter had a run-in with a pole, again...Being out of town and knowing no one in Lafayette for body work, I was searching online and came across RW Collision Center. Based solely on their website and reviews and its close proximity to the campus, I gave them a call.A gentleman named Rick (who, after several conversations I deduced was the owner) answered the phone and after I explained the situation, we discussed options and I found he was very sincere and open about his business and empathetic to my plight as we discussed our daughters and driving. He said to just have her bring it by. Accidents happen...Rick even called me back the following day to ensure my daughter made an appointment for the initial estimate just so he wouldn t miss her, because of her crazy class schedule.I wanted initially to pay out of pocket and Rick was willing to work with me on getting the best deal for parts while doing great work. After I saw the pics of the damage I knew it would have to be filed to insurance... both doors needed replacing.Rick cleaned up the car in order not to miss anything and made a full list of all that needed to be done, and we discussed that in detail.I called State Farm who came to the shop the following day and approved everything.Paid the claim almost immediately, and though I thought the check was sent to Rick, it was not.Rick ordered the parts anyway and started work.I went to pick up my daughter for Spring Break and when she returned, her car was ready and looking brand new. Rick sent me a pic when it was finished and she was beautiful. Although Rick and I never crossed paths, I could tell just by talking with him he was a decent individual and he proved that in both actions and words.His timely, professional work shows both his expertise and pride in his business. He kept me informed every step of the way, which proved to me his commitment and honesty.PLEASE... if anyone looking for collision repair comes across this review, do yourself a favor and consider contacting Rick at RW collision center.
