Why isn t there an option for less than a star?! Everything started out great. While the other places I took my car said they couldn t do anything, Kevin spent time with us and found a solution. Put $900 on what was going to be a 2k+ project. Then all the lies and manipulation started. Every time I checked there was another excuse why they couldn t do the work yet . Was supposed to have window tint, a remote start system, and a new Apple car play alternative installed. All we ended up with was a $900 window tint job. I then had to fight with the bank to get it refunded. Ultimately was successful in doing so. But that $900 was around Christmas and could have been used other places if he just would have been honest and said , I don t think I can meet all your wants, but this is what I can do. Sucks, because Kevin was a really likeable guy. He just needs to be honest in his business practices and he would make WAY more money

Whatever you do, do not take your time and money to this place. All I wanted was some subs to be installed in my jeep -- long story short this guy had his "sound tech" screw some subs into the back of my car with DRYWALL screws. Needless to say, the subs fell out within a week. Took it back to him he said he'd have it fixed..... all he did was waste my time for about 3 months to the point where I just gave up on working with him. It's over a year later and still dealing it.... been with doing my own work on the car to get my subs to stay attached and I'm going to have to take it somewhere else to have it finished. Every other time you call this guys shop he'll have a different excuse "oh our customer database crashed I lost your number" or "oh one of my sound techs cant make it in this week" or "oh i fired my old sound tech so i dont have anyone to do the work right now" its actually unbelievable. Poorly run business save time and money and take your car somewhere else. 0 star rating if I could.

I can't say enough about how meticulous Ben was with my pride and joy PONY. Kevin knows his stuff and the two are the LENNON AND MCCARTNEY OF CAR AUDIO!! Love my system guys. I'll try to post a pic of the finished before and after. But right now....I can't stop driving her enough. Lol.Home now. Here you go....before and after.

This business is a scam! They were supposed to do chrome vinyl wrapping for my father's fiberglass parts. They used materials he specifically said not to use, because they don t work for on our products. Kevin and the guys kept putting the work off, never got it done, even after taking $1100.00. We finally had to come pick up our incorrectly done, and unfinished parts to take to a real business of integrity, who knows what they are doing. I'm sure ProFormance's new location was made from the funds of those Kevin scammed. And oddly enough, Kevin, the owner, is conveniently never around when we have tried to set up a time to arrange a meeting for the refund FOR THE WORK HE DIDN'T DO! Every time he says we should be getting it in a few weeks, a few weeks never comes. A TERRIBLE BUSINESS! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

I was leaving for college and wanted some speakers, amplifiers, and a subwoofer installed in my BMW. Kevin swore he would have it done in a week and it would be all done by the time i leave. I went the day before leaving to pick up my vehicle just to find out nothing was done to it and nothing was ready. We asked for a refund since he has a policy that after 10 days you can get a full refund but refused to give back any amount of the money that was gave for a down payment. He is a complete scam and has no professionalism what so ever. Very bad business overallUPDATE: We agreed on a date, i arrived to pick up my vehicle on said date, and the vehicle was not worked on in the slightest way possible. When asked to show up the work Kevin did for the vehicle, he could not provide any evidence. So you re a liar. Also Kevin did not show up to court for the second time in a row obviously leaving him at fault. This guy is a joke, irresponsible, and has no idea how to run a business. Look elsewhere!

A lot of wasted time for something that was supposed to be a "quick job". Watched Kevin watch videos and carry on multiple conversations without anything being done, but him trying to wheel and deal with multiple other people to make money to pay all the bills he's behind on. Was there for 5 hours for a quick job that was said would be done the day before. Only thing that happened was the harness getting attached to the receiver.I was nice enough to leave money for the install kit when I finally left. Hell, I should have charged for my (multiple) wasted time. I shame for the business it is so poorly mismanaged. On the verge of bankruptcy and eviction, yet let paying business (not to mention the future business of window tinting, adding an amp, and speakers, etc.) walk out the door after getting absolutely nothing done for anyone in the entire time I was there.

This guy! What else can you say. He started off as some to do work, then an alleged friend!!! But really, a big fraud!!!!!!!!! Almost 7 grand in a system,!!! and now my car smokes from the back where battery was installed! 4 k watts and I couldn t beat a fly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not go here, they do not know how to tint windows properly. I had to take my car somewhere else after coming here to get the tint fixed after they had bubbles my tint and left my car without tint 3 times. I had asked for a refund and I paid cash and it took them over a month to send a check. They had lied and said that I had altered with the tint when I didn t touch them for 2 weeks and the cleaner I use is car pro x professional retailers use it . They had cut into my rear window defrost and scratched my windows including breaking my drivers side outer door handle. The place that I took my car to get the tint fixed had showed me everything and had told me and showed me the dirt that was inside of the tint.

The manager is great, very professional and has excellent customer service. Guide me of what I needed. Stay on the phone until my order was completed. Offered other items that I needed for my radio and explain to me the quality and the best items . will always order from proformance sound and graphics no more going online purchasing cheap items low quality. Great quality and you get what you order.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE ELSEI initially took my car to another competitor in the area and it was an absolute nightmare. The place never answered my calls, didn t touch the car unless I harassed them to do so, and had no idea how to work with an insurance company. I finally had enough sense to get my car out of the other shop and take it to Proformance Sound best decision I could have made!!Proformance Sound immediately jumped on the task of servicing my car by explaining to me what they were going to do, what products they were going to use, and when it would be done. They followed through on EVERYTHING they promised me they d do. They made the transaction effortless by communicating with my insurance company and filing the correct paperwork without needing my direction.If you don t want to gamble on the quality of service to your vehicle take it to Proformance Sound.

I've had multiple work done here, I've had subs and an amp put it last year, and just had a remote start installed. Great service, done in a good time, and quality install. Highly recommend for all remote starts and audio equipment and installation.

Husband and I made an appointment for Saturday April 23rd at 12pm to have my front and rear cam installation completed.. When we scheduled the appointment, we were told it'd be a super quick and easy job and they could get it done in under an hour..We dropped my car off and returned around 2.. We were told they hadn't had a chance to get to it yet and to give them more time.We arrived back to the shop at closing time.. After waiting for 30 minutes inside we were taken outside and told they never touched my vehicle and there were still 2 cars ahead of ours... We took my vehicle and left..Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism in this shop and we left with no progress after they had our vehicle for almost 6 hours..Do NOT recommend.

This business purchased a part from my business. Months after the initial purchase they approach us to return it. It was well out of the 30 day return window. Then has the nerve to post a negative review. They are unreasonable and definitely not a business I care to deal with.

I called with questions about installing a radio and speakers and received a return call quickly. With the quick friendly service i have now scheduled a remote start to be installed this weekend! Keep up the great work guys!

I paid close to $1800 to have them install a double din, new door speakers, 2 12inch subwoofers, amp for subs and amp for door speakers. Within 3 months both my amps quit working I took it back to them and this is what I was told. I went 2 MONTHS with no amps in my truck every time I called them I was told they were awaiting arrival . After it rolled over 3 months with no amps I called and threatened to take them to court which magically got me 2 new amps within 2 days. After they installed the new amps they worked for around 4 months before the amp powering my door speakers yet again quit working. I checked all connections and fuses and any simple problem that may have kept it from working. I refuse to go back in there and am going to go to soundcheck once I feel like spending more money on audio, as of now it feels like a money pit even tho I bought everything brand new! Not to mention they broke my automatic lock switch on my passenger door with no compensation. Don t let the new name fool you. This place went down hill after it lost the name autographics.

Very unprofessional place, Smells like sewage in the showroom because the bathroom actually has a pump inside that leaks out the nasty smell of sewage Which is highly toxic and dangerous for a human body to be breathing, the show room is always cluttered in disgusting, the owner will spend hours talking about minute details that not everybody is intrested in, is prior staff messed up my vehicle several times and it took me 6 months to get my radio in speakers installed, they left tools on my windshield and I actually drove home with some on there, they left the power source for my alternator un-bolted and it was sparking against my engine and almost caused a fire, it took them 6 weeks to change a busted brake line I had, All in all it took over 9 months to get the few items that they did of my truck to get fixed correctly! The original employ messed my radio up so badd that the owner had to put in 40 hours of time rewiring my entire stereo and speaker system because the 1st guy screwed it up so badd not to mention they broke my antenna wire from the truck! The only reason why I was put through all these hassles and accepted it is because I volunteered my own time to try to help the owner stay in business because of his lacking knowledge of how to properly run in establishment! So he offered free labor on my vehicle to compensate for my assistance. If I knew I was going to waste 9 months of car insurance while my vehicle sat there waiting and a radio and speaker system that I never got to enjoy because I sold the truck the day it was finally correctly installed I would have never put myself through this hassle! I highly recommend avoiding this shop at any and all costs!

To everyone in lafayette If I were you I would never take my car to this place. I got a 2019 Volkswagen Passat these guys installed under glow lights that I had trouble with since week 1 and because of bad installation job they almost caught my whole vehicle on fire. Now the speakers and amp they installed have now gone out. Now I have to find another shop to fix it or spend another almost 2000.00 but a lawsuit is following.

I got a new stereo put in with these guys a year ago and I was completely ripped off. They destroyed my door panels when they took them off to put in my door speakers and tweeters, they gave me faulty wiring for my speakers and would constantly get a burning smell from them , they put my tweeters in my door panels so now if I decide to take them out there are holes in my door panels. These guys are unprofessional and I took my vehicle to another place that does car stereos and they fixed all of my problems and I upgraded my subs, box and got new door speakers and my stereo sounds 100x better. I had to come back to this place several times because one of my speakers would go out or my subs would stop working for no reason. They also cut a bunch of wires behind my dash that should not have been cut and it messed up my heater so now I need go get that fixed too. The bottom line is, is these guys did nothing right and I recommend the other place in town if you want to upgrade your car stereo ect.

Bought a head unit the other day and got it home, wired it up, and went to slide the face plate on and it would stay connected. Couldnt figure out what I was doing wrong so I took it back and turned out there was a broken piece. They said no problem and took care of me with no hesitation. Great fast friendly customer service! Highly appreciate it!

Just paid $400 to have a power sub hooked up after 4 hours of waiting the guy installing it tells me something wrong with the power sub and to send it back. Come to find out there is nothing wrong with the power sub and had to pay someone else to wire it up right. Out of $400.

I literally spent hours replacing missing screws, redoing bad connections, and trying to buff out screwdriver marks from my interior. Amp connections weren t thread locked and rattled loose, wire connections that were just twisted together (no connector), missing clips, the list goes on. I had to reinstall all four door speakers because they were done terribly. They left the boot unconnected between the door and the body, leaving wires exposed. They didn t even use the speaker rings I gave them from Crutchfield! In fact, they kept them. They also did a terrible job reconnecting the vapor shield in the door.

These guys do great quality work and have a very friendly environment to wait while getting your vehicle serviced. I highly recommend this establishment for your music and graphics needs.

I went to buy a remote for my auto start from here and it took them a whole month to get it and when they did the guy didn t know how to program it and we found out it was the wrong part that they made me wait a month for. I then had to wait 2 weeks just to get my refund

After checking all other audio places in town and not finding the radio i wanted i ended up here. They took them time to figure out wat i wanted and gave several suggestions, not just wat they had in stock. Picked the one i wanted was cheaper then buying online, and then sat and talked about other recommendations for rest of my build. Will be back for more in the future

Had an appointment at 4 to install a CD player. Got there at 4 I was the only one there 45 minutes later they tell me I need to go to BestBuy and buy a dash kit and wiring harness because they do not have it.

Edit from my 1 star irritated review from 5 hours ago. Originally said they did not answer their phones, was finally able to get ahold of them and they were very helpful over the phone. Still would suggest clearing out your voicemail or atleast changing it from just stating your phone number and hanging up on me to say it's for Proformance Sound & Graphics, other than that, appreciate the quote and information regarding my vehicle. Thanks for the quick reply earlier also on my rage post.

Had an appointment for an install 1 week in advance. Showed up at 10:30 for my 11:00 and the door was locked(sign says they open at 10am) waited around tried to call and nobody answered. Tried to call again at 11:00 and 1:00 guess they did not want my business? Lol I'll get it done elsewhere seems like I dodged a bullet!

Priceing is through the roof .Why would anyone buy your elctronics from perfomance sound,just blows my mind.Performance sound fella priced me 250$ more for a battery that I purchased online.Middle man company . . do your self a favor and just order from online dealer or pay double the price .Good day mate !
