I called to schedule an appointment for an alignment. (I checked several other places prices, Pomp's was the least expensive.) Arrived for my appointment, they got my truck in right away. They aligned my truck perfectly, and had me back on the road in no time. Great service, great knowledgeable staff! I couldn't ask for more! I will be a return customer for sure!

Needed a tire repaired that had a slow leak due to a screw in the tread. Another tire shop in town recommended a brand new tire with the extended protection package of course. Went to Pomp s for a second opinion and they plugged and patched the tire about 1 hour later. Don t be fooled by all the brick tire shoppes of you want good service by people who actually fix tires go to Pomp s!

Auto Haulers can be challenging with after hours emergency roadside service. Other vendors may not be able to get the trailer jacked up and may not take the service call at all when they find out it is a auto hauler.Call Pomp's for prompt professional service. They showed up within an hour and had the job done with in an hour. If those tires ain't rolling you ain't making no money.Don't sweat it CALL POMP's!!!!!

Store is under staffed and poor attitudes about it with customers. Employees were very rude and blamed me for a new tire having damage to the inner mounting area. Was told if tire s would have been mounted at their store we wouldn t it be having this problem. I told them if you were able to install the tires the day I paid cash for them you would have seen the tire was damaged am I would have never known about it. I will not be going back to the Lafayette store ever again. The Manager was very disrespectful and raised his voice from around the corner from his office when I was talking to the counter person about the issue.

Great people, great prices. They always get me right in, they are always quick and professional. They never try to sell me on anything that I do not need. I got a new set of steer tires on my last visit. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

Have used Pomp's on several occasions. Always very knowledgeable staff and helpful.Also you can count on quality service and feel confident it was done correctly. Highly recommended .... Update, had issue with my steer tires and the manager and staff took the necessary steps to resolve the issue. As always, they try to be fair and have you leave whistling a tune and smiling

Your staff gets it done, from the front desk Gal to the Tech that mounted and balanced my steers.Was inN out In a timely fashion. Despite having a tech walk out on him.

I had to make a return of unused tires bought for my mom s golf cart but my mom died before I could mount them. Then I forgot about them for three years. They accepted the return! Fantastic customer service.

They did a great job. Ordered 4 tires and they came in on time. Then had them mounted and balanced didn t take very long.

Thank you to the amazing staff for getting us a new trailer tire and getting us back on the road quickly. Tammy was amazing and our service was 5 star. Being stranded while on a trip is stressful and they made everything seamless!

Did a great job on 8 new drives.Had to do some extra work sorting out how to buy them through the national account of the carrier I'm leased to but they got it figured out and done.

Blew a tire on my work vehicle on the way to Lafayette early in the morning. Stopped in here in hopes they would be able to replace it that day since my company uses a national fleet service. Within an hour and a half I was back on the road headed home with a new tire installed

They were very efficient and friendly. I came in to have the bead seated on a couple lawnmower tires that I installed. I expected to drop off and come back later. They had someone available and took care of it while I waited.

Had a GREAT experience using Pomp s tire service. They gave a 90-120 minute ETA for a roadside tire change & was there in just over 90 minutes.

Fantastic Service. I had a puncture in the construction zone literally 3 miles from their location and stupid cars now days don't come with even a donut tire. Got towed to Pomp's. They were able to install a plug and get me back on the road in just over an hour.

Super friendly, took care of me right away. First blowout on my RV. Got me two new tires and had me on my way quickly. Great prices and friendly technicians. These guys really helped me out when I showed up! Highly recommended.

Had an appointment for oil and filter change which took 3 1/2 hours . Looked under the hood afterwards , they spilled oil all over the frame and hoses and did the same underneath the vehicle. Pretty sure it's not filed with all 8 quarts of oil. Not a great experience. Would be very hesitant to recommend to anyone or use again.

Dropped off rims and tires around 8am to have a dismount/ mount and balance done fully expecting to have them done by the end of the day. They reached out around 11:30am to tell me they were done. When I arrived they helped load them in the trailer, it was then I noticed they had wiped down all of the rims and made sure everything was satisfactory. Excellent service and a decent price for not purchasing the tires from them.

This review is a few months late, but still I needed to say some good things about them. In early December 2020, my husband & I were moving across country in an RV with our 3 animals towing my car. The RV was used & we thought in pretty decent condition, including the tires. How wrong we were. Barely 2 hours into the drive we blew a tread on one of the tires. It was pushing 5pm when we frantically started calling around to find someplace to get a new tire when someone recommended we call them. The woman who answered the phone let us know they were getting ready to close up, but she would let the guys know we were on our way in. No one acted like we were ruining their evening, even when they checked out all the tires & realized we needed a full set. They were so nice, so sweet & so helpful, even discounting the after hours charge we should have gotten. They got us back on the road safely with a smile & a handshake, giving us a better start to a difficult trip. If I was still in the Indiana area they would be my new tire shop since my Subaru needs new tires right now too. Alas, I am now in Arizona, but anyone who needs some tires I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks to Pomp's Lafayette for taking care of us & getting us on the road to our new life.
