I got excellent customer service from Chris trying to replace sections of hosing. The new hoses fit great and I was able to finish my project that night instead of waiting on parts in the mail.An auto part store next door tried to sell me a $70 full hose kit when all I needed were a few sections. I ended up buying other stuff here because the service was so good and they answered all my questions.Will definitely be my go to local shop from now on.

Will be going back from now on! I got what I needed and more when they had the other parts on hand I decided to get last minute. I asked about availability for a part and they had it brought in to the store within 5 hours for me. I was in a pinch and they saved my butt. Super friendly and patient with me!

Staff was so nice. I didn't know what to do with my battery and she explained in detail what I can do... It made my day. I really appreciated and will come to this store again :)

Chris was super helpful tonight. He greeted me when I entered while on the phone. He helped me find a lightbulb and some cleaner. He even put in the new bulb. He also told me a funny story, and I needed a laugh. Thanks, Chris!

Didn t receive a 5 star rating due to the fact that they rarely have what I need in stock but, due to their impeccable customer service, I went with 4 stars, because that s obviously very important. All employees here are really nice and willing to go above and beyond to get whatever you may need ordered for you, which can be picked up at the store as soon as the next business day, or even straight to your front door.

Shout out to Dane !!! Dane was extremely helpful in helping me install and select a new battery for my SUV my car was designed with the battery under the computer but he knew exactly how to pull it and put in the replacement. He demonstrated outstanding customer service and was super knowledgeable ! I will definitely be going back for any future parts for our car . Definitely recommend this store !

My car wouldn't start one night so we started off by taking the battery into O'Reilly's to be checked. One of the employees checked our battery on a machine/meter and told us our battery was still good and usable. We were surprised by this diagnosis but moved on to thinking it was the starter. We purchased a new starter from O'Reilly's and my husband swapped the old one out for the new except when he did my car still wouldn't start. We were shocked! We got a second opinion about our battery at AutoZone and he told us our battery was DEAD!! We purchased a new battery and put it in our vehicle and it started right up! The employee at Auto Zone even told us our old starter was still good. Now I understand that people make mistakes, but when my husband spoke with the manager at O'Reilly's about the incident the next day, he was incredibly rude. He didn't offer to refund our money back for the starter we didn't need to purchase or offer any other incentive to keep us as customers, and also hung up the phone on my husband while he was talking!! I would definitely NOT recommend going to O'Reilly Auto Parts. TERRIBLE customer service! We will never go back here again! I wish I could give this business zero stars.

I ve been here twice since the pandemic started. Both times the staff hasn t worn masks and I ve seen customers without them too. Use Autozone down the street - their people are better and they wear masks.

I am a fan of O'Reillys, I have always had good luck with warrenty and and other issue I might have. They usually have the parts I need or can get them very quick. I also can dispose of used motor oil and filters here too.

Absolutely amazing customer service here, the new window regulator I got broke while installing and I was able to get it replaced under warranty to fix it again. Will continue to return here for all of my auto needs!

I am always greeted when I walk in the door and the staff is very nice and helpful. The store is well-lit, well-organized and I can find what I need efficiently. And if I can't find it, there's always someone to help. It's usually a quick stop!

They seem to carry more parts than other stores and always have a friendly staff. They offer good solutions and take time to look harder for those special parts you didn't know you needed. I'm here weekly.
