I had a bad tire and went to one tire place and they didn't have the tire in stock. I called around and then called Mr and Mrs Tire and talked to Cary..He was so nice and accommodating even though they were busy. They were the only ones that offered to put a new tire on quickly so I could make it to work on time. They were so kind, efficient and service oriented. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Thank you Mr and Mrs Tire!

Honestly I cannot stress how quick, professional, and efficient the whole crew at Mr. And Mrs. Tire is!!! We had previously changed our tires with them a few years ago too. I showed up this morning without an appointment, clueless about the process in general, and I was treated with respect by the AMAZING people there! Car was done in less than a few hours, even though they had given me an even longer time frame. Need any tire work done? MR AND MRS TIRE, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

I will always recommend Mr. & Mrs. Tire. I wore my tires down and ended up with a flat the day I was supposed to leave for a trip. I took my car in to get all my tires replaced and they drove across town to get the tires I needed so I would still be able to leave on time for my flight. Incredible service and cannot thank them enough!

Took my car in for brake diagnostics and although no issues were found - they didn t charge me anything. The team topped off my power steering fluid and filled up one of my tires without me asking. Just genuine great customer service!

I damaged my sidewall on an AWD vehicle and thought it was better safe than sorry, and brought in my car to have tires replaced. They looked at and told me it didn t have to be replaced, tires were all good, and the damage was very minimal. They repaired the small amount of damage I did, and didn t charge me anything. Fantastic service, and I will be returning when the mileage on the tires is hit. Thanks guys!

My car had a flat tire. I did not wait long before my car went into the garage. The waiting room is nice, and WIFI is available there. The issue was repaired for $21. I am satisfied by their service.

I will forever endorse Mr. And Mrs Tire. I am a 22 year old college girl and the workers treat me equally and actually explain things to me. They also have great prices. As a young woman, this means everything :))

What impressed us was the quality of work for a great price. They also explain things well. A bonus is that they are next to a very good restaurant, so waiting is no problem.

These guys are great to work with. Had them mount some tires to some wheels. Dropped them off, paid, picked them up the same day. The work has been solid and the tires are holding up fine after a couple years.I also had a minor problem in the middle of a DIY job and they fixed it in about 10 minutes and didn't even charge me.

Completed my car repair really fast with no appointment. I was left with an impression these folks really know what they're doing. I hit a deer and busted up my radiator, air compressor, headlight assembly and grill. When I left the car looked like it did before the accident. They really saved me a lot of trouble.

I ran over a bolt in the construction zone on Salisbury Street near Payless. I kept hearing a loud noise and thought it was bumps in the road until I turned on the next street, and I still heard the noise. A friend told me to drive it to the nearest tire place. Luckily, the nearest place was Mr. & Mrs. Tire because they are amazing! They took care of me right away, removed the bolt , patched the tire from the inside, and only charged me $26! We will go here every time from now on!

Bad tire warranty.Thought I'd support a mom and pop shop and bought a new set of tires earlier this year. Was told they had a 65,000 warranty and covered damages. Ended up getting a nail in the side wall of the tire so it needed replaced. Was told "We don't consider nails a road hazard so the warranty doesn't apply" and said I would need to buy a new tire.

Trustworthy. Saved me $3000.My wife and I drove from Chicago to look at a dealership's used 2008 Lexus RX350. The dealer showed me a long list of "certified work" on the car. But it sounded funny while driving.Took it to Mr. And Mrs. Tire to inspect it up on the racks. The mechanic found bad struts, leaking oil and $3000 in repairs needed. The driver side rear wheel was scraping rubber molding because of bad repair due to accident. Yikes.The manager knew we drove from Chicago to see the car. I showed him my credit card and he waved me off."No charge today. Sorry you drove so far to see it."So yes, I trust Mr. And Mrs. Tire. I only wish we could bring our Chicago cars here.Thank you sir.

I have taken my vehicles here for service for the last 10 years. It was always convenient and good service. Never really noticed poor quality until my recent visits in the past 12 months. I took my vehicle in for an oil change, it wasn't filled up. I took it in for tire rotation and balance, the lugnuts were only hand tightened. I took it in for a gas smell, they told me they dropped the gas tank and couldn't determine an issue. I later find out there was no possible way they dropped the gas tank because I took the vehicle in for a second opinion; I had to pay for two new hoses that were corroded so bad it was required in order to drop the tank. I also paid for a new fuel pump module - needless to say, I had many issues that Mr. & Mrs. Tire said they checked but clearly didn't. I brought this to the front desks' attention, appeared most of the employees were present at the time (including the associate that "dropped the tank") and they looked at me as though I was in the wrong. I will never again do business with this company due the lack of accountability and personal ownership.

We have an antique auto that needed new tires. Mr. & Mrs. Tire ordered the tires for me and put them on. They were so respectful of the car and my time. I am so grateful for what they do and the professionalism all of them exhibit. Thank you!! The car is running so much better now with the new tires!!

Perhaps the best shop in greater Lafayette for any service that your vehicle might require. Unless its covered by your factory warrantee, forget about going to the dealership. The staff at Mr. and Mrs. Tire is honest, and the repairs are done correctly the first time at a reasonable cost. I fully recommend Mr. and Mrs Tire.

This is a great local store. I've been going there for many years and have never had a bad experience. Yesterday, I came in with a tire that had a huge screw stuck in it. They patched the tire and remounted it for me. Since I bought the tire there, they didn't charge me anything. These are people who take care of their loyal customers.

Meineke was trying to charge me $550 for replacing the rear rotors on my Honda. These guys replaced them for $330 and finished in under an hour. Superb price and great service experience.

Curt and the crew at Mr. and Mrs. Tire are amazing! We have been going here for years, and they always take care of us and our cars. Our AC was not working in one of our vehicles. They were able to work us in within minutes of calling to diagnose the problem, gave us a temporary fix, and then got us on the books for the next morning to get it taken care of. Their customer service is through the roof to say the least. It s awesome to support a local business that does great work.

I went Mr & Mrs Tire several times to get an oil change service. In fact, I did like them at first and I even asked my husband to get his tires done here, so he did. The issue was that I recently found out that they forgot to put my engine splash shield back after finishing oil change. So, my engine was full of dirt and salt, and I had to buy a new part from a dealership which it costed me close to $200. My car is fairly new, so Mr & Mrs Tire is the only place where I went for my car. I just don't know how they forgot to put it back considering the size of the engine shield. Anyway, I used to recommend this place to my friends/families but now I am afraid to recommend this place to anyone.

These guys are great!!! Hadn't used them since their dad owned it, but the two brothers are carrying on a great tradition. Will use them for all my 4 vehicles. Two thumbs up!

We have been customers of Mr. and Mrs. Tire for over 5 years now through several different cars (both newer and older models) for tires as well as oil changes and all other repairs. Curt and the team are always going above and beyond for us. Although they may at times seem to be all business, they definitely bring the heart, too, making sure to uphold their warranties and stand by their past workmanship. It s not uncommon for them to offer ways to save us money with our repairs. On quite a few occasions I have left being pleasantly surprised with the price of honest repairs. We will happily support this local shop.

I've been a loyal customer for years and I could not be happier with the service at Mr. and Mrs. Tire! I dropped my car off today because it was making a horrible noise. Less than half an hour later it was fixed! Fast and reliable service that I know I can trust.
