This was an excellent service at a very reasonable price. They worked with me and my hectic schedule every step of the way and we re consistent with all communication. They did everything in my garage or driveway (my choice) whether or not I was home (also my choice). I will definitely be using Mobile Mechanics again for future car needs.

I called Mobile Mechanics because I live out of town and my daughter is a student at Purdue and her car needed serviced. They were very responsive, very fair in their billing, and worked until the car was fixed. I will use this company again without hesitation.

They have the cheapest prices when it comes to fixing my finicky Fiat. The fact that I do not have to drop off my vehicle for most things and have it sit in a lot for days on end as I wait for them to even look at my vehicle is fantastic for me. They are always polite and helpful when I have any questions about a repair or replacement. They are quick and efficient and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

They came after my vehicle older battery could not be started by a professional after extremely cold temperatures. I called them up and they were available at the time, we discussed the need, different types of batteries, installation price, and they kept me informed of when they would arrive. They professionally installed the battery for me on my premises, we warmed vehicle, tested to ensure restart, and got me on my way. Thank you very much! Great service!

I got my breaks checked out since I knew I needed maintenance, and they were so open to answering my questions and vert personable too. This was my first time getting car maintenance done away from home so I wasn t sure what the usual process was, but it was really stress free. They told me and showed me what was wrong and laid out the rest of the plan. While I was contacting my parents, they were patient while we called to talk about what to do next too. Then when they came back to actually replace the breaks, they again explained everything that I asked them to and showed me what was wrong and it was really cool honestly! I will definitely be going back to them for any other car maintenance I need. Extremely easy to work with

Went into a ditch and lost power in both of my headlights, called here as I couldn't pinpoint the issue. Niko was the best help and made sure everything would be situated for the repair, even helping out with a small issue on the side just to be kind. Really professional while still being friendly, I will be calling back here for any other problems I may have in the future!

My experience with this company was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! My technician Nikko was very kind, helpful and patient with all my questions. Walked me through every step of what had been done my vehicle! He was very methodical on every inch of the vehicle and checked and double checked to make sure everything was done right!! I would recommend this company to anyone and for your sake, make sure you get Nikko!!!

Mobile Mechanic is incredible! Fast service, friendly, reliable, and great communication! Oh... and reasonable prices!!!! My daughter's brakes were really bad. I didn't want her driving. Mobile Mechanic was recommended on either Townie Moms FB or Purdue Parents FB. So glad we found them! Jordan set up the time with my daughter to meet her at the car which was parked on campus and then emailed the estimate to me. I agreed and he set up the time with my daughter to come back and fix it. Two days later, she can drive safely again. We will definitely use Mobile Mechanic in the future.

My technician, Nikko, was amazing. He made it a point to finish my car in one day, and was out working on it for at least 6 hours (till 9:45 at night). He was so helpful and kind to me since I didn t know a lot about cars. He also was very adaptable and understanding to my situation. Mobile Mechanics was open and available to take my call, even on a Sunday, when my car broke down while I was traveling. They were helpful, prompt, and polite, came to the hotel where I was staying to service my car, and got me back on the road the next day. These clowns gave me an estimate assuming that I wouldn't do any research and get a second opinion. This place has the audacity TO ATTEMPT to get me to pay FOUR TIMES we've the past costs in reality. Tried to charge me 300...I got wthe part that I needed for 39!!Not: Wefound MANY of that part between 30-60 dollars for the ENTIRE PART(s) but didn't see even ONE for the 309 that this scammer quoted me.Afterward he even had the audacity to DEFENS that bogus estimate. I should have heededthe red flag when 60% of our initial contact was him badmouthing other mechanics in the area. SO unprofessional.Ifyou value your money, DON'T USE THESE CLOWNSJordan made my point FOR me. If you look below, he quoted 211.00f or the part. His "edtimate" to me said the part is 300.00. Judge for yourselves.I almost fell out of my chair LAUGHING when she said, ..."we are professional..." If they WERE I wouldn't have had to call the police to make them stop harrassing me about my review!I learned in the Marine Corps, respect has to be EARNED. Good luck with THAT jordan.Oh yeah Get your story straight there Einstein. I sold some of the tires on Craigslist and THEN I please guilty. Made a lot of money too! But I manned up and TOOK what I deserved unlike your "other than professional" work ethic. I don't regret ANYTHING that I've ever done because even the bad can be and ARE lessons to use as building blocks to better ones self. You'll realize that when you get olderUPDATE...The police had to call that Jordan clown and threaten him with criminal charged if he didn't stop harrassing me on all levels.THESE pirates quoted me 450.00 to replace an IGNITION SWITCH!I contacted a REAL mechanic and businessman and got it done for 135.00!!!AND YET...2 WEEKS LATER THIS CLOWN IS STILL ATTEMPTING UNSUCCESSFULLY TO PUBLICLY SHAME AND HARRASS ME EVEN WHEN THE POLICE ORDERED THEM TO CEASE AND DESIST. DO YOU REALLY WANT DISHONEST PEOPLE LIKE THIS WORKING ON YOUR CAR? GOOD LUCK

These guys really saved us. My wife and son were driving his car back to school in IN when a loud knocking sound came from the rear wheel well. We had just gotten the rear shocks replaced in MD, which turned out to be the problem. Mobile Mechanics came to my son's apartment and went to work. They took pictures, researched service bulletins, and fully documented everything. Then they patiently explained how the MD mechanics did the work, and what they did wrong. Then, they told us what parts they thought we best and how they would perform the installation. They also found an issue that the other mechanics missed. They never did any work without first showing us pictures and explaining what needed to be done. They communicated continuously with us and were always available when we called or texted. It was great that they went to the vehicle instead of having to get a tow. Most of all, thanks to their thorough documentation, we got a full refund from the MD mechanics who did the original work, AND Mobile Mechanics did it for less. They made it easy to help our son from 1000 miles away. It is obvious that these guys are looking to make a name for themselves to be in business for the long-term.

My vehicle wouldn't start and I assumed it was the starter. Niko (sorry if I didn't spell it correctly) did a thorough job and found the real issue. Service and communication was very transparent. I appreciate the job well done and I'm glad to have my Jeep back up and running! Had them come out to diagnose our ford flex, they arrived within the time frame, he had it diagnosed quickly. Ended up being a fuel pump issue, had it towed as it was impossible to do on site. Wires ended up being shorted out, communication was amazing, Jordan kept me informed every step of the way, The tech, (I believe his name was niko) did an awesome job, had the repair done quickly. Very knowledgeable, very polite, and they care about their customers, without breaking the bank. Will definitely be calling these guys for future repairs.

The mechanic Nico came and filled up my friend's transmission fluid. It was a 2017 Nissan Sentra with a CVT transmission. He filled it up and told us what the leak was from, fantastic experience he's very knowledgeable and helpful.

The gentleman sent to remove a stuck bolt on my Jaguar used his expertise and managed to remove a bolt I struggled with for a week! 10/10 I highly recommend these guys!

These guys were very professional and prompt. From the initial call to the finish of the job were very helpful. Even on the hottest day of the year the technician showed up in good spirits and was able to get me back up and running. Would recommend them to anyone in need of service. The prices are very cheap for the quality of craftsmanship and customer service that you receive and they come to you. Thanks A lot and if ever in need again you will be the first I call.

Had to replace my lower control arms on my car. Some issues popped up while the mechanic was working on it but he was patient enough to go through and wait on parts and did a quality job too. Would definitely use them for future installation. Best mechanic ever. Had an issue with the abs brakes lights coming on so he came out and did a diagnostic on my car and was able to figure out the exact problem which was the wire connection. No other mechanic was able to diagnose it to that minimal problem saving me $2000 from buying a new abs module and have it reprogrammed which would even cost more.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Brakes

Man, we were lucky to come across these guys! Our alternator went out and our car died while we were out and a van that said mobile mechanics just happened to pull up a couple of minutes later. We got dude s card and called to make an appointment. The next morning he came out and fixed our alternator on the spot where it died. Our car hasn t ran this well since we ve had it, these guys do great work.

By far the best diagnostic team in the city, i was convinced nobody would be able to diagnose my vehicle. After visiting multiple repair shops in the city we were referred to mobile mechanics. Four different repair shops couldnt figure out the problem. These guys figured it out in less than two hours. They really know what they are doing and are extremely reasonably priced,.Great service, i would definitely recommend this company 10/10 times.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I had to have a battery installed by them because I knew I wouldn t be able to do it myself with the tools I had. I had someone come to my car that same day to properly install the new battery. I forget his name, but he was fantastic. Not only did I learn more about my car, but he was extremely friendly and got me on the road again! Showed up to put a transmission line back on my truck changed me almost 300 dollars. Had to help the tech who seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. The line blew back off after 50 miles later. Asked for a refund on just labor and they could keep the money for the fluid and refused asking why I didn t call them back out. Gee I wonder why I didn t call them back out considering they were closed. Took to the Chevy dealership and was fixed right. Do not waste your money on these wannabe mechanics.I ve been in the industry for 10 plus years and they have no clue what they re doing.

On Wednesday morning we are pulling out of our driveway at 5:45 AM to get to Indianapolis for my infant to have surgery. My car broke down in the middle of the road and Momo mechanics was prompt with getting to us to try to help solve the problem, they ended up having to tow it to their shop and did that free of charge.
