Excellent customer service! The ladies in the office were so kind and helpful. The price was very reasonable and they did a great job. They also got me in very quickly. I had to have the windshield replaced on my Toyota Highlander after a large rock flew up and broke it. 10 out of 10 would recommend for sure.

I had an excellent experience with Magic Glass! The Customer Service was exceptional! In particular, Michelle was cheerful, kind, and attentive throughout the process! Thank you Michelle for answering my many calls and questions! I had an abnormal situation with the type of windshield needed for my Jaguar and they communicated with the out of town car dealer to get the exact windshield needed for my car s VIN. I am so very thankful! In addition, I paid out of pocket and the cost was 1/2 of the major competitor! Btw- the atmosphere in the establishment is welcoming and very comfortable and cheery. They also have refreshments available if needed. I would HIGHLY recommend their warranty program as it is an inexpensive option for a one or three year guarantee of replacement (even if another rock hits the windshield and cracks it!) Lastly, when I got into my car, I noticed they had transferred my oil change sticker to the new windshield! It s a small detail but just shows you the care and attention they provide! They came to my location and put 2 windshields in my Peterbilt, 379 that we are redoing. they showed up on time when they said they were going to be there. They were four times cheaper then the first company on Google that I will not mention their name. I am extremely happy with Magic Glass.

Competent, expedient, personable yet professional! Excellent service! We were from out of town - called and they ordered our windshield for us and had it installed the next day within 1 hour 15 minutes ! They were so kind and friendly. The windshield looks fantastic! So much attention to detail and customer satisfaction! Great company!!

This place was really great about fixing my windshield after it was cracked by a stray rock while driving home from work. Someone came right out to measure the break and they quoted me a price within minutes. As a bonus, they have a really cute dog in main office.

We dropped off our car the day before our appointment because they were closed for the holiday, and by 8:30 am the next day they called and said the car was done. They were so fast and professional. They even vacuumed inside! I hope I never have to use the service again but it's nice to know someone knows how to do business.

The guys were running a bit behind schedule but they did a professional installation like I've never seen. I had two vehicles to install windshields and they did this with accuracy and precision. I'm glad I got connected to Magic Glass for this install and am totally please with their work. Price and same day service & the less than 30 minutes to repair my windshield are the justification for 5 stars for Magic Glass!The day of my visit, a dog was there. Some people may be uncomfortable with this & her over friendly attention. She did ignore me once I stopped engaging in play. I was kinda hoping one of the employees would call her away from me. Or had asked me if I was ok with the dog. This would not prevent me from returning or recommending Magic Glass.Service: Auto windshield repair

Magic Glass did a great job of replacing my cracked windshield. The job was finished quickly and efficiently. Everyone was courteous and pleasant and it was fun getting greeted by the therapy dog.

We went to the Lafayette Indiana location with a rock chip in the windshield of my dogs truck, and Brooke was very professional and courteous, they helped us with our problem. It was very quick and easy, out of ten I give this location and Brooke a twenty!!!

I recommend Magic Glass to everyone! My window was cracked on a Thursday. By Friday they had the glass. Ryan came in on a Saturday to replace my windshield. My car was immaculate when he was finished! Thank you Magic Glass!

They were very prompt, I had left for lunch and they took care of my windshield replacement and were finished before I even returned. They called and gave me detailed instructions on the after care. Highly recommended and very professional

Everyone was friendly and it was pretty quick to replace the windshield. There's only one thing I had a problem is they don't discuss payment and spring it on you at the end.

I recently purchased a new (to me) vehicle, and was told that (a well-known national autoglass chain) was the only approved vendor. I called Brook and Magic Glass, and she had things settled and ready within 48 hours - AND it was less-expensive. Even better: Ryan, the technician who came to do the windshield replacement, was AMAZING. Careful, conscientious, and quality/service minded. Highly recommend Magic Glass for all of your window needs. We had a great experience with them. This company and their staff have all been wonderful to work with on two different repairs. We had a rock hit our windshield in two different vehicles only months apart! It s been frustrating, but the staff have all been very professional and so friendly. They re very accommodating and even bought coloring books for my little one when they thought we d have to wait in their office, which is also stocked with goodies and drinks to keep their customers comfortable too. They ve thought of everything and I will always return if we need glass repairs for our cars. Highly recommend them and very happy with how efficiently they returned our car to us as well. I stopped in (without an appointment) to see if I could get a small chip repaired on my recently purchased van. Upon inspection, they said it had already been filled.
