Excellent quality and reasonable cost. no need to buy a new vehicle just refurbish your old one. Excellent communications and fast turn around time. Brandon and his team are top notch. not only did they do some minor body work and paint but I also had a rocker panel replaced. You cannot even tell it was touched. Looks like factory. NOV '23 I swapped paint with someone in a parking lot and pushed the rear bumper in a bit. Just got the car back from Maaco. The car looks great, it was done on time, and the estimate was accurate. I went to 6 places for estimates - 1 never answered, 2 told me to come back later, and 3 gave me estimates. Maaco had the lowest price AND the fastest turnaround time of the estimates, and they stuck to their word! Very happy and will go to them first next time.NEW REVIEWJAN 24 Brought in my Fusion to have a crack in the bumper repaired. The folks at Maaco fixed the bumper (and washed off a scuff that I thought was a scratch and wasn t!). The car looks brand new. It was done on time, and they didn t exceed the quote they gave me. Still the lowest quoted, fastest turnaround time that I ve found. Plus, they re just pleasant to deal with- respectful, responsive, down to earth. My car looks as good as a Fusion can (and very clean)! :)

Scraped up the bumper and fender on our year-old car. Dropped the car off on Tuesday and had it back Wednesday afternoon. The work looks great, and they charged half what the folks up the street wanted. Very pleased. I'll be back next time we hit a garage wall.

Maaco got our car in and repaired very quickly. Helped us out by successfully buffing out an area vs. just recommending replacement. The bumper piece that was replaced matches perfectly! Brandon and his team performed an absolute miracle on my what ended up being totaled car. Excellent communication skills and work. I gave them a deadline and they made it with flying colors. Would NOT Recommend!!!Had a complete paint job done on my 2009 Town and country..had 2 rust spots fixed, and all the (dings) fixed. ALL of the dings were still there! Paint on hood was (tiger striped) and several runs! Paint looks like it was put on very thick! They said they would fix it, or give me a discount, I chose the $900 discount. Would Not Recommend! UPDATE..... I saw you replied to this review, I DID call the number, left a message, and was told the person who needed to talk to me about my issues, Would call me!!! 2 weeks later, and still awaiting the call!! Again, I Would Not Recommend Maaco.

I don t normally write reviews, but the employees at Maaco were great, honest, and nice. I highly recommend them. I had a couple of scratches on the front of my car. They were quoting me for $400 to repaint and said it would take a day or so for service. Ended up only being $150 and only needed to be buffed out. On top of that, it took less than a couple of hours to finish. Looks great and brand new.

I highly recommend this body shop!! The staff was very professional and personable! The work on my car was very detailed and finished in a timely manner! The price was also reasonable and fair. Very happy with the work that was done on my car!

Jason was a tremendous help in getting me an accurate quote from my insurance company. Even though my truck was too damaged to repair Jason did an outstanding job keeping communication between me and my insurance company. Making sure the process was as fast and painless as possible. The door hinges were replaced and welded so the door swings properly. The door still takes a firm push to fully shut. A couple of very small spots had bare metal but hard to see unless you are close and looking. Overall it was a decent job.Services: Body & Trim, WeldingServices: Body & Trim, Welding

I bought a white Kia Soul and immediately drove it from the car lot to Maaco to have it painted. I wanted a very specific color (Tiffany blue) and Jason was great! When he was unsure exactly what color I wanted, he called me to come in and give the colors a second look. I brought my Tiffany blue necklace in to show him and he matched the color perfectly! Jason and the two girls who helped me up front (different days) were all awesome! They were not only polite, but also knowledgeable. I'd recommend them to anyone who is in need of a fabulous paint job! My car looks amazing and I am soooo in love with it!Service: Painting

Took a little longer than I planned. Paint seems to be very close match, but just a little off. Repair itself is great. Had some rust, no other body shop in town wanted to fix that so.... My experience with Maaco started when I was getting quotes for getting my '08 VW Rabbit repaired from two different accidents. After being told to basically bug off by several other body work shops in Lafayette for being a cash customer, Jason from Maaco helped me find the other body shops that would work with me.As you can tell by me writing this review, I ended up at Maaco for a new front bumper, wheel well liner, and hood.Initially when I got the car back there was some blotching on the hood going on in specific light, I called in, and they got me squared away.My only complaint is that my fender damage kept the bumper from lining up perfectly with the new bumper Key takeaways: Jason/Jackie are great to work with, the rest of the crew is very easy to work with. Pricing was the best I could find as a cash customer I'm happy with the end result.Service: Painting

A couple months a go I took my hummer here to have some rust repaired under my doors and rear panels. They charged me a little over $800 which I thought was an amazing price but they did a pretty bad job imo. A job i could've done myself for a lot cheaper. They just covered the rust with paint and didn't even cover all of it. Not only did they not cover all of the rust but they ran the paint so now I have dried paint drip going down my truck but I do owe them a thank you cause now when I take my hummer to have the whole truck repainted I know where not to take it and for that i think you Lafayette Maaco.Service: Painting

I let them did a paint repair. The painting was not great, a small particle was sealed in the paint. The price is reasonable. I am sure when they get in my car and move it, they were wearing the cloth for painting, and I notice a heavy paint smell and few very light white paint marks left on my leather interior. I believe they didn't notice it, but I noticed it after few mins when I get the car. Hope I can remove it myself.They promises that they are going to repaint the lift gate for me. I will update after they finish.They fixed the issue for free now, so I changed the rating.

First thing that was odd and unprofessional to me was the cat that lives there in the office? I don't hate cats but I'm definitely not a cat person. It was literally in the waiting room running back and fourth jumping on everything, scratching the couch, and it was extremely uncomfortable, I couldn't have sat down even if I wanted too. Second thing that was unprofessional to me was the fact that my car had been done for over three days before I called and checked. I was told that the man that gave me the estimate had wrote down the wrong phone number, and that they were sorry but the car was finished and that I could go pick it up immediately. The third and the final thing is what gets me the most, when I pulled up the car wasn't even finished! I asked them to repair the chrome trimming around the front drivers side's tire, and on the door of the driver's side, but when I arrived it still was not completed, only the paint job was. I told the same man that gave me the estimate and he said they would have it done in 10 minutes. I waited for just a little under an hour for the same man to come out and tell me that he specifically put too much glue on the chrome strip on the door and it dripped down the side of it and ate the paint off the door. He took full responsibility and I really do appreciate that but I'm anxious to see how it plays out pertaining to the cost and time. I hope that they try to somehow justify the situation, and I will do a follow up review after I get my car back. It is a 94 Jaguar Vanden Plas.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very reasonable price and quick service. I had few scratches and dents to get rid of and Macco did an excellent job with it. Quotes were way cheaper than what I had from other bodyshops. Also they returned my car before the estimated time. And now it's as good as new.Very satisfied with the service. Highly recommend.

Very professional and timely in completing my repairs. Fair pricing and the final product looked fantastic. They did a great job seamlessly matching my car's original paint color. I would highly recommend this place over expensive car dealerships and unprofessional Abbott's.

Quality work! Fair price! I recently had a rusted rear wheel well cut out and repaired on a company vehicle. I was surprised to see that Maaco went above and beyond and also repaired the dented bed rail in the process, and at no extra cost. Paint job looks to be a perfect match!

Maaco did an excellent job with my old 84 chevy truck. The truck was very weathered (no glossy paint anywhere) and had some surface rust but was otherwise very straight and never in an accident. The dark navy blue paint came out very nice and the finish was mirror-like. The truck was undercoated when new, so this new paint job should help make it last for many more years. I also had spray in bed liner applied and it was nice as well.
