Great experience, Brandon took great care of us this morning! He was very customer friendly and when we returned to pick up our Nautilus, he took care of the paperwork and brought our SUV to the door for us.

Actually this time not so good. I had a 9:00 appointment but the vehicle wasn t ready until 3-1/2 hours later after I had been told it would take around an hour when dropped off. I had a coupon, which I thought included filter and labor for $69.95 (for synthetic blend). Even with a $25 discount, for the time problem, I paid $102.70.

The first time I brought my car in was a great experience which was in 2022. This visit not so much. I had an appointment for 9am, was told it would take 3 to 4 hrs. To complete the job so I dropped my car off the night before the service. My car got checked in at 730am but didn't get worked on until after 130pm. I had planned on picking it up after an appt. I had in delphi at 1pm based off when it was scheduled. My car wasn't finished until 4pm! I had to drive an extra 40 minutes longer than I should ha e because my car wasn't worked on during my appt. Time. No one even called to let me know. I had to call at 1230pm to see if it was nearly done and was told I would get a call back...which I did not. I called again at 145pm to find out my car hadn't even been worked on and it was just getting pulled in. To top it off, when I picked it up I was told it would be an extra $4.25 or close to that because the prior person miscarried me. All I was told is they were sorry to hear about my frustration and they understood. Obviously that was something they were taught to say to appease clients...which it did not. It takes 1.5 hr. Round trip for us to drop off my car. You'd think they would've written off the measly $4.25! So disappointing. Lack of communication, not getting my car in on time with a set appt. And...you guys sent an email every single day for a week to remind me of my appt. That wasn't done on time. Then the very next day I got an email saying I missed my appt. And needed to reschedule! Wowww

My daughter had our car in Indiana and the check engine light came on. I m in Pennsylvania and couldn t help other than to call Lafayette Lincoln. They scheduled an appointment for us the next day. Brandon texted me every step of the way from when the diagnosis was made to when it was ready. He was prompt to respond to me, very professional and made things easy for this mom who is over 400 miles away! I was even able to pay via a link sent to my phone - making pickup even easier for my daughter! Thank you Brandon and thank you Lafayette Lincoln!

I m an Insurance Agent and my car is very important for my life. I m happy with the service of my MKC Lincoln. They took the time to fix my axle and a few other issues. It took a bit longer than I expected however I feel like I m driving a new car. Thank you all.

I was initially scheduled to go get my vehicle serviced at the dealership next week. Yesterday I received a notification via text that I could move my appointment forward for a needed recall if I used the mobile service instead. I was pretty leery about having a van come out to get my car work completed and thought it might be a scam so I called in and checked with Lafayette Ford/Lincoln s service department. Sure enough I discovered that they really can come perform the work for me while I m at home or work. I went ahead and scheduled the visit for service the very next day. Today I had the repair while I was at work. The service was smooth and I was delighted that I don t have to sit at the dealership next week to wait while the work is completed. Thank you Lafayette Ford/Lincoln for having this option! I ve been very pleased with how convenient you made my experience!

I bad to bring my aviator in for a replacement part! At first i was told it would be 2hrs or more. I had my little ones with me and Brandon made sure i was out of there within an hour 15minVery quickly! Brandon and the team went above and beyond. They took their time in diagnosing the issues and then proceeded to communicate the repair plan. They even shuttled me from my home to the repair shop.. This is such an amazing crew. The repair manager took time to patiently explain all of the previous repairs and he recommended routine maintenance. Second time I have been disappointed in a year. My car was in the shop THREE TIMES and it still is not right. They don t know how to properly put a front dash back on AFTER having to take it apart to fix my AC. They had to replace a part due to the steering wheel rubbing and the new part they replaced has scratches on it because the rubbing is still there AFTER fixing it a SECOND time !!!!:(((( also; there is now a rubbing sound when I turn that was never there before.I had to inconvenience myself twice for them to put my car back together and it STILL IS NOT RIGHT. I wish they would write me a check so I could go have it properly put back together but I know that isn t going to happen. Sherry that works in the service department is equally the best there is and so caring. They might be busy but they treat you as if you were someone extremely important. My visit was previously scheduled but I arrived early at the Lincoln service center and they were able to accommodate me nicely. I traveled from my home area to Lafayette for this service and it was good to see Karri again! One mightcheck to confirm, but I think they offer loaners to locals and I might qualify too if I needed extended work other that than the routine service that I had today. Karri sets the bar pretty high for personalized service!Service: Oil change
